listen, you can either have your life together or you can choose not to. every day is unique and as every day passes by you loose the chance to be the person you wanted to be that day forever. you have felt the weight of your decisions on your chest time and time again. you remember the feeling of being proud of yourself and remember the feeling of wanting to evaporate because of the self disappointment. you know which feeling you like and you should know that you deserve to feel that way. you deserve the peace. you deserve the calm. you deserve the happiness. you are not meant for only chaos and disappointment and sadness. you deserve better.

sometimes the habits may feel routine. sometimes it may feel silly and annoying. what's the point of doing this? is it even changing anything? is it even helping? but take a deep breath in that moment and remind yourself that you chose to do this because it did mean something to you, you saw the value in it. trust yourself and continue to build trust in yourself. value yourself, value your words, value your promises.
