This:
is a TORTURE DEVICE
Literally where is the product design. The respect for the user. From an industrial design standpoint it would not be hard at all to make a speculum that looks more friendly and less threatening and mechanical. On top of that, considering for example that giving birth on your back is actually more painful and difficult and doctors make women do this purely for their own convenience*, so they don’t have to get on their knees or catch the baby, exacerbating one of the most painful, godawful and sometimes lethal moments of a woman’s life... what are the odds that the speculum isn’t really that necessary at all? *Terichler, P.A.
