Hey! I unfortunately did not. I got sick right before it and couldn’t go. They were very kind and refunded me. I really hope I get to go this coming year once all this stuff is over! It seems like it will be a lot of fun. If you’re asking as an artist considering selling at it, I’m afraid I don’t have much information for you. Though since I live in the area and it’s an interest I have, I was mostly just hoping to make my money back and have a good time with friends!

Second Growth Charity Zine

A collection of artwork, comics, and stories about the animals and people of Australia that have been affected by climate change and the brush fires. Over 20 creators have donated their time and work to raise funds for several charities supporting the people and animals of Australia. As this is a digital project, 100% of proceeds will go directly to the charities! These charities will be NSW Rural Fire Service: to help the families of the firefighters who lost their lives fighting the NSW fires. The St Vincent De Paul Society: to help those affected rebuild their lives – with food, clothing, furniture, other essentials, and funds to pay bills. WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service): to help their efforts in supporting displaced and injured wildlife affected by the NSW fires. And the Australian Communities Foundation (Fire Relief Fund for First Nations Communities), which is working directly with the largest GoFundMe set up by Neil Morris to help the indigenous peoples of Australia.

I realize a lot of people are ditching tumblr of the next few weeks as it sort of has its own melt down. No more links work, picking and choosing content. Accounts being deleted. It’s a hot mess.

This is a sideblog unfortunately, so if my main happens to go, so will this. Ideally, I won’t have an issue, but with not being able to link, I’m going to start being more active on Instagram and Twitter so here are my links!

Another commission! I had a lot of fun with this character. His name is Fred and bumble_bee_cosplay on Instagram commissioned me to draw him. I got quite a bit of free reign on it and that was a lot of fun!
