apocalypse era supernatural is insane because they will literally tell you in an episode that the winchesters' mother made a deal with a demon to let him infect her younger son with demon blood then the next episode is about a guy who, unbeknowest to him, inherited the cannibalism gene from his father. winchester #2 understandably wants to talk to the guy instead of straight up killing him because he doesn't HAVE to be a monster he can control it. but then that guy is forced to hulk out because a hunter threatened his pregnant wife. the episode ends with winchester #2 the Born Wrong brother burning the monster guy alive.
