The First Last Kiss
My short story, The First Last Kiss, has been published by the literary magazine, iExile. One of the major themes is the ambivalence of knowing you’re going to end a relationship. There are, of course, other themes. I like to stay out of the way of the reader’s experience by not deconstructing my work. I like hearing how it landed with you. What’s your experience with the story? The First Last…
Almost Home
The first poem I submitted for publication has been published by The Lindenwood Review: a literary journal of literary prose. To say that I was speechless and excited to be published by a University is an understatement. The poem is about isolation. And at the end of your life, you find comfort in your childhood memories. My new short story is about a young man who travels back to Germany with his mother to meet his father for the first time. Finn sees himself in a way that had been hidden from him his entire life. Published in the prestigious international literary magazine The Bangalore Review. Below is the link. I’d love to hear your insights. Cheers…

We will have so much fun. See ya soon
Capture the mood.
Black and white film. The best.
As they walked down the hallway, he felt embarrassed at the thought that if the restaurant were full, he wouldn’t be able to pick out Xaver.
Excited to share my new short story. A deeply personal story.
A fan sent me my first Beer Commercial. I just turned 21, so I was old enough to do a Beer commercial. We shot this in Brooklyn and on the Warner Bros. Lot. And my first time in Hollywood. This was the first in the series of these Genuine Draft spots where it snowed. They were looking all over the country for the lead, and I landed it. Maybe it helped that my last name is Beer.
Selfie with my new iPhone. Current mood . I love cardigans.
Throwback. Photo by Cliff Watts taken in the backseat of my 75 Ford Bronco. Cliff said, “Hey I like your truck, climb in the backseat.” I love how he framed the photo. A flannel shirt with a blazer? Why not. Swag
Current mood. 😏😌 Aktuelle Stimmung.
A fan sent me one of my early commercials. Directed by the great Bob Giraldi. I still remember the direction he gave me, "Do it as if you're Charlie Chaplin." Luckily, I was familiar with Chaplin at that age, and presto it worked.
A private moment
“Sometimes the clothes don’t make the man.”
