You spin endlessly

Not one ache or burn

The eyes can't help but be drawn to each turn

Plucked by the gentle breeze, they serenade the aduitors

Tingling and tangling as the winds grow harsher

The grumbles and patters erupt from the looming tempest

The giggles subside, corraling themselves inside

Stowed away, peeking through the blinds

The chimes remain

For the windchime will sing, even in the rain
