The science library has been giving away free books over the past few weeks, so my collection has significantly expanded! (btw, I have even more physics/math books that i haven't brought to the office!) Also, I changed the batteries in my fairy lights - I forgot how bright they can be! Hmmm I’m not sure what constitutes as old-time, lol! I don’t think I actually have a favourite physicist though. Hmmm I’ll just go with Dirac, Feynman, Emmy Noether :)

What got you interested in physics?

I used to watch physics documentaries with my dad! I thought that shit was so cool - and now it’s even better, knowing the math and stuff behind it all.

so here’s a cool tip for studying: do practice exams

how to find practice exams???? you may ask just google the name of the course along with the word “exam” eg, “electromagnetism II exam” and you will find old exams from other universities, often with solutions if you are having trouble finding solutions, try googling course name + “exam solutions” beware: other universities may vary in their course content, so make sure that the practice exams have problems that you could expect on the real exam that you will take (ie, the problems are about stuff in your syllabus/textbook/assignments/lecture notes)

I use a pink pen for marking. You get a big star for each question that you get 100% on or a little star if you did quite well but not perfect (no star otherwise!). Someone told me it was unnecessary for an upper-level physics class but they can FUcK OFF.
