We have this idea that love is supposed to last forever. But love isn’t like that. It’s a free-flowing energy that comes and goes when it pleases. But don’t be surprised when it leaves either. Just be glad you had the opportunity to experience it.

Day 8

I'll pick it up again, it's a new week. So today I didn't do much. I woke up drank coffee and studied while frank watched a movie. He gave me some of his pancakes which were bomb af. I went to work, not super eventful then went to KIN meeting and went home to finish pchem homework. Joyce and I fought again. Fuck I miss her so much. We go so comfortable in where we're at we forget how it feels to really spend time with someone or to miss someone. I miss you Joyce. I love you. Goal setting is the next step in my book and I hope it'll help. I'll need it this quarter, too many extra curricular sand still have to do well in school. I'm sure I can do the extracurriculars it's just doing well in school that I'm scared about. But always trust the process d always trust your training boy. Get it done every day. Weightloss needs to kick the fuck back in. Grocery shopping again and take care of your health goddam it. No more basketball, just run and bike and lift.
