warrior cats make for some really good lost footage horror content (as shown from PetitPoissons work) from the cats perspective but I also think the concept could be just as terrifying from the twoleg perspective. Like we constantly joke about how weird it'd be to see cats acting this way but could you imagine. could you. especially if this in the omen of the stars arc. imagine if one day you start tracking the strange feral cats in the forest only to discover that their behavior is vastly different from regular cat behavior to an eerie degree. A tracking cam is somehow installed in their camp/ territories and the humans watch with confusion and horror as one of the cats sleeping in their nests gain scratches and cuts from an unseen force.
I started doing that clan generator challenge that was popular awhile back but never finished drawing all of the cats. I was randomly reminded of their existence so in my free time I’ve been drawing remaining clan. Here are some older ones I made.

still so surreal to me that one of the Erins based bramblestar off of their real life cat bramble and then he ended up becoming one of the more despised characters in the series. like what the fuck happened.
I never actually finished reading bramblestar's storm so I had to skim Jessy's page a bit.
They have only one kit, a tiger clone named Sharpshade
ft. half siblings Sparkkit and Alderkit :) (originally I intended him to be a young apprentice here but then I realized the timelines don't mesh up so he's a manlet lmao)

Squirrelflight and Bramblestar do not have a romantic (at the time anyway) relationship in Bramblestar's Storm, it is strictly professional. Because of this, Jessy decides to join the clan and becomes Bramblestar's mate for a while. However the two come to realize that they don't work well together and decide to split up by the time Sharpkit is weaned. They're both able to come up with a custody agreement where Sharpkit will primarily be raised by the clan but Jessy can visit her kit as much as she pleases. Not everyone is happy with just letting an ex classmate barge into camp whenever she wants but eventually they all shut up and get used to it.
Sharpkit has a... relatively happy childhood all things considered, he gets to grow up having three parents (bramble, squilf, and Jessy) and is overall a pretty mellow little guy. Although he's far, far closer to Jessy and his step mom than he is to Bramblestar. He can't help but feel Bramble may...resent him a bit with how much of a black sheep he is when compared to the rest of the Bramblesquirrel family, this fear grows even worse when Squirrelflight reveals she's expecting kits and suddenly Bramblestar barely talks to him anymore. Unfortunately, he is not immune to the warriors trope of 'not telling anyone anything' and decides to distract himself by helping out in the medicine den.
When Squilf's kits are born he does everything he can to make sure she and the kits have the best of care. He almost acts as a second nursery queen, often covering for Squirrelflight whenever she needs to get out and stretch her legs. Bramblestar even starts talking to him more frequently, and he learns new, exciting things about fathers past during their chats together..although some tension still remains.
He is a very good brother to both Alder and Spark throughout their entire lives and always makes an attempt to stay in touch no matter how busy he gets. I don't think he'd ever have a pov role but hes a nice supportive presence within the clan.
In Squirrelflights Hope/ The Broken Code he'd have a more prominent role. In those books he'd be less 'mellow lil dude' to 'I'm breaking every bone in your body if you say something to me or my family one more time'. He calls out Bramble for his treatment of Squilf and starts purposely putting himself between them if he senses things are going south. Sharps relationship with Bramble is already deeply shaken but by the time the imposter situation comes about the damage is irreversible. Like, he realizes Bramblestar was not in control of his actions and technically not at fault but he can't look at him the same way anymore. Sure, he still cares for Bramblestar and loves him, but he can't ever forgive him..not after everything thats happened.
He almost considers leaving Thunderclan for good and living with his mother, Jessy, but ultimately decides he wants to be there for Squilf and the rest of his clan born family.
a few years ago i was wishing that there were more flat-faced cats in the Clans because they really need some physical diversity, and ended up creating flickerfur.
she's a loyal shadowclan cat and becomes brokenstar's mate (she loves him, he doesn't care for her and is more or less just using her for appearances.) just before he starts using child soldiers, she tells him that she is pregnant and he makes a comment like "they will be excellent pawns" or some freak shit like that, and she realizes like. whoa. this guy's fucked up. so she leaves to twolegplace and lives on the streets for a bit until the news travels that he has been dethroned from Shadowclan. she returns with her kittens and is welcomed with open arms. later at a gathering, fireheart notices the very unique facial structures that the apprentices have, and strikes up a conversation.
anyway i can't stop thinking about grandma yellowfang.
You guys ever think about how common plants that would be otherwise innocuous and pretty to us would have a different context in the warriors universe.
For us, Lillies are fine, pretty even. They’re a popular name for a reason, and it is associated with innocence in the language of flowers.
But for cats..lilies are poisonous, they are anything but innocuous. A cat with the prefix/suffix of lily is seen as the cat being an efficient warrior, a fighter, or perhaps even a warning. I could see queens naming their kits after stuff like Lilykit or Crocuskit in the hopes that they’ll tough out any poison life throws their way, or that they’ll grow up so strong that their claws sting as much as poison against enemies, etc...
honestly I dislike nightheart I think hes awful and not in a good way but honestly if I were a wc two leg I’d be like “omg..baby boye” or just excitedly point at him yelling ‘ITS HIM...THE CHICKEN FIEND’
I can say I dislike/hate a cat in warriors all I want but if I’m being honest with myself I would not be able to overlook the fact that they are in kitty bodies. yes sir I know this man has committed atrocities and has the emotional intelligence of an adult human but have you considered he also has little whiskers and a cute face.
