Went to the gym after work for the first time in years.. my boyfriend tagged along and his presence is such good motivation for me!

It was nice and quiet in the gym tho, like 3 other people where there... and that's good cuz i get stressy about other people seeing me DO ANYTHING. I'm very self conscious and also so self aware i piss myself off.

I started off slow today, warmed up with a 5 minute walk on the treadmill and then ended that with a 15 minute jog with the incline on high. I did this twice because i was too anxious to try out something else there.
