I make myself wear clothes that force me to feel my heaviness so I won't over eat because a beautiful girl in this little milkmaid dress eats like a bird vs the uncontrollable grimlen in these sweat pants and baggy tees eats with tears streaming down her face.

What a silly little mind I have.

My gosh why is it so incredibly difficult to not over eating.
