"Will you bear my children?"
“What the hell? No!”
(( dark-lord-morgoth oh my gosh I am laughing ))
As the babies were finally removed, Legolas stood on shaking feet and fumbled around for a needle and thread on a nearby shelf. When he found them, he painstakingly sewed up each gash and the stab wound before looking to Melkor and the children. “Are they all alright?”
As Morgoth did not quite understand himself what pain was, he paid very little heed to Legolas’s predicament. Indeed, the focus of his attention was entirely upon the shadow babies, who looked up at him with fiery eyes, belching sulphur fumes as he cradled them in his arms. “They’re beautiful,” he murmured with glee.
“What are you going to name them?” Legolas asked, settling back in the chair where he had been sitting and giving a small sigh of relief–finally this was over. “I’m going to give them mother-names, whatever you call them, but you can choose the father-names.”
“This one is ‘Sir Barfs-a-Lot III Esquire’,” Morgoth said, pointing to a shadow baby that was vomiting hot coals up onto the carpet, which was woven into a motif of elves being tortured. “I want to name this one ‘Dragon Face Slayer’,” he said, pointing to the biggest of the shadow babies. “And I want to name this one ‘Katy Perry’,” he said, pointing to the third shadow baby.
