chris noel headcanons 💞

her full name is christine ida noel!! only a few people know her middle name though, she’s just “chris” to everyone else

she has french heritage but she’s not really connected to that culture at all

her great-grandparents were immigrants from france but they never passed down the language to their kids. chris ends up learning a little french later on but she’s not fluent

her parents are divorced and she lives with her mom full-time

she was a weird spacey little kid but her mom and teachers put a stop to that when she was a bit older

she’s a lesbian!! she struggles a lot with comphet though. growing up with divorced parents was hard, and seeing her mom unhappy without a husband subconsciously taught her that she needs a boyfriend/husband to be happy

(of course that’s resolved when she finds true happiness being with ginny)

bffs with todd and meeks

she can sing pretty well, not enough to pursue a career but she's in advanced choir in high school. she's a mezzo-soprano

allergic to pollen. she hates it -- spring would be her favorite season, but it's difficult to enjoy with a constantly-runny nose

Dead Poet Headcannons

- neil is a huge hopeless romantic, and is constantly professing his love to others wether he means to or not

- neil and charlie have a long running competition from their first year together of seeing who can take the quickest shower (neil has never lost)

- todd is incredibly good with animals and like to feed birds and squirrels when he goes on walks

- charlie loves to have his hair played with but he won’t ever admit it

- neil started smoking when he was 12 because of his dad. and he can’t get himself to stop

- meeks sorts his halloween candy by color

- cameron sorts his halloween candy by size

- pitts thinks both of them are stupid and usually eats all his candy before he even gets home

- todd owns at least 20 sweaters and has one in every color. half of todd’s sweaters are too big on him but they fit neil perfectly so he keeps them

-knox has no sense of direction and gets lost in the woods almost every time they go out

-the first time todd and neil kissed infront of the poets was when neil almost blurted out a secret of todd’s and todd kissed him to get neil to shut up.

- pitts is a huge softie for romcoms and cries at almost every one he’s ever seen

- neil has constant nightmares that todd has to help him with almost every other night. neil finds them embarrassing but todd just likes the excuse of being able to be near neil

-charlie gives all the poets nicknames that are both incredibly endearing and funny

- the poets have only seen todd angry once and that was after someone insulted neil in front of them. ( poets have never been more scared of todd in their life and they refuse to ever get on todd’s bad side)

- the first thing todd ever noticed about neil was his eyes. he likes to tell neil they are kind and loving looking and it makes neil cry every time

- meeks’s favorite animal is a cat and he has a tabby named Einstein.

- neil loves hugs and constantly asks todd for them as well as charlie

- neil doesn’t think he deserves to be loved after his father. and charlie thinks he’s unlovable

headcannon that todd can play the piano and can play it VERY well. Like i’m talking he can play classical music like he wrote it. but, the only reason todd learned how to play, was because his brother couldn’t play, and he wanted at least one thing for him self. (even if it was just to make his parents happy) but, he ended up really enjoying it anyway and decided to stick with it.

the poets found this out when his parents came to visit helton one time, and mentioned to todd that there was another music competition at home that he should enter and compete in ‘like he used to do’. (they only wanted him to do this for the money prize but that’s not important)

the poets ended up hearing todd’s parents, and pummeled todd with questions once his parents left.

“ you can play piano?”

“wait, like you used to?”

“competition??”

“CAN YOU PLAY FOR US?”

this is how todd ended up playing Moonlight Sonata - Beethoven for the poets at 11 at night, completely from memory. By the end of it, two of them were crying, all of them are speechless, and neil just fell even harder for todd

they persuade todd to play piano ALL. THE. TIME. after that. like all the time. none of the poets ever get sick of it and they don’t think they ever will.

bonus : he never told the poets this because he just, didn’t think it mattered at all. so when the poets eventually found out they were completely outraged todd never told them.

This is so special and I’m sure that people have reblogged explaining. but like she must have made an impact to get that cuff. Those take so long to make and are so complicated that they don’t get traded often. 

In the time I’ve been going to festivals and received kandi for small acts of kindness I’ve near cried every time. It’s just such a sweet thing for someone to say “thank you, you made a positive impact on me today and here’s how I can express it”  they come from connecting with people and helping each other out.
