Genndy Tartakovsky's "PRIMAL!!" Season 3!!
Thanks to my Beloved wife checking Adult Swim, we've been thoroughly Enjoying this new season I thought was just wishful thinking after the death of our favorite Caveman. However Genndy Tartakovsky pulled the rabbit out of the hat again with this brilliant take!
It so reminds me of Samurai Jack with episodes with no dialog just sounds Wow it's been Wild!!
The Invisible Man (2000-2002) - S01E21 “Money for Nothing pt.1”
Man, when the Sci Fi channel was Still, "The Sci Fi Channel!!" An not the sell-out syfy ... we had The Invisible Man series!! LOVED IT!! Sadly, it only made two seasons, but it was worth every moment! It was an Action & Adventure, Comedy, Science Fiction, Suspense series. The two main characters, the Invisible man, Vincent Ventresca Darien Fawkes thief turned spy, and his crazy handler partner, Paul Ben-Victor Robert Albert Hobbes were a match made in Comedy heaven!! Their chemistry how they played off each other was priceless, lol!
Facing a life sentence for a crime he didn't commit, Darien Fawkes volunteers to undergo an experiment that gives him the power of invisibility. After the experiment goes wrong, he's recruited by a mysterious intelligence agency to help stop terrorists.
The funny thing is even after the show was canceled occasionally, they would work together in different shows sometimes years apart but still had that same chemistry and would play off each other perfectly it was Awesome. Miss those fools!
I was once known as "Bladelover" in my almost 3 year fight to get the live action "Witchblade series" released on DVD! It was canceled on a cliffhanger with no reruns or DVD release! It felt like it was practically blackballed.
It had issues that most comic adaptations have of not following the comics to the letter, but what else is new. It still had a mystical feel and heavy style and storytelling that gave it top ratings.
The soundtrack also gave it a haunting feel that just drew you in. Then, the Ultimate betrayal, I believe 4 or maybe 5 years later, they released the series on DVD, "But," the soundtrack was changed in the series possibly due to statue of limitations. This just killed the vibe if you knew the series, I couldn't even buy it after seeing some of the changes...
Yancy Butler As Sara Pezzini “The Witchblade”
The series ran for two seasons on TNT for a total of 24 episodes (including pilot). The first episode aired June 12, 2001; the last episode aired August 26, 2002. In spite of its cancellation, Witchblade was ranked seventh in the Top 10 Basic Cable Dramas for 2002 (Multichannel News, February 2003).
Top Cow editor Matt Hawkins said that the series was and remains the highest rated TV series to be canceled!
One of my All Time Favorite movies!!
Sean Connery
Miss you so much! "Your best, losers always whine about their best, while winners go home and $#%+! The Prom Queen!" Hahaha, you were the Man!!
