Today I drew in Magma with my friends and gained a skill by overcoming my fear of a blank slate! I used to constantly start drawing something and put it off more and more often because I was afraid of messing something up with the wrong brushstroke or line, and because of that, it took me a long time to finish my work. But when I drew in Magma and tried to quickly draw the character without bothering too much, I liked it and it turned out well! Damn, I really liked how I colored it. I hated coloring all the time. I loved sketching and drawing, but I constantly avoided coloring. Still, my not-so-good knowledge of color theory gives me away, but still, knowing at least something, I realized that I could make something that I would still like. Damn, I did it too, I can't believe it.. I can't express in words how happy I am!!!

And the character is the dragon I play as in Century Age of Ashes.

I finished the fanart of two handsome guys)) I still liked drawing Rocky the most, although Cole is also pretty good😋

In principle, it turned out cool, but I'm personally still working on the colors, I find it so hard to find my own coloring style, it seems like everything is wrong and everything is flat and not beautiful, not harmonious, and oh my, it's so hard to find this balance, it's horrible😞

Overall, drawing took less time than trying to save the video normally... I honestly wonder if I have some kind of glitch in Krita, or maybe I did something wrong when saving the animation, but this is the best quality of all attempts to preserve animation... I'm unlikely to finish it, but I like this animation so much, maybe I'll manage to deal with Krita after all and I'll finish it, but it's not a fact.

Once I was feeding some ducks from a bag of birdseed I brought with me, and this woman next to me looked so confused and asked what I was feeding them

When I said it was birdseed she just went “oh- can they actually eat that? Is that safe?”

I didnt know how to respond like, at all, so I just pointed at the duck and said “bird”

She then had a look on her face like a new groove was just forcibly carved in her brain and said softly “oh my fucking god”

Okay, I LOVE SUNNY’S NAME, it is literally perfectly captures everything about her, and NO ONE TALKS ABOUT IT

It of course shows of her generally happy personality and willingness to see the best in people, and I hate people boil her down to only this because there is SO much more to her than that.

But it also captures her mixed heritage WONDERFULLY, the desert is incredibly sunny, so sunny of course is a Sandwing name, and also sunny— THE SUN which is a celestial body so it also plays into the NightWing heritage, come on guys am I the only person who thinks this is perfect??
