I think I’ve caught up with what everyone’s got going on? And I believe I understand the situation better now. So basically we have some random criminals that somehow managed to infiltrate Babyls and/or the students’ and teachers’ homes/dorms seemingly to cause unease? From how everyone’s been acting I’d almost guess that they were trying to figure out who’s mental health is more stable and maybe to get some to go into an evil cycle? At least that’s my guess right now from what I’ve seen~

Great question, yis!
Find a big pot to plant the tomato stems. This is because the roots grow quite large.
Prepare a specialized lamp to grow the tomatoes faster. I could be completely wrong, but the Netherworld doesn't have a sun. Therefore, I've decided to invent a lamp that creates amplified artificial sunlight.
Make sure the greenhouse/room you plant the tomatoes in have enough air circulation, yis.
Prepare the soil. As I've said in my classes, blood-tomatoes need very specific conditions to be met to properly grow them. Indeed, one mistake will rot the entire batch. Use the blood-tomato soil mixture.
Make sure you plant the stems at the right time, yis. Preferably at night, and during Spring/Summer. That way the tomatoes can avoid getting frost on them.
The stems need to be planted deep, they do!
Water them regularly, make sure the water seeps deep into the soil.
Cover the soil with mulch once the air gets warmer.
Once the seeds grow proper leaves, move them over to new pots, that way it is not crowded.
Set in tomato cages when the leaves grow up to ~20-30 cm. Such is done to keep it upright, yis.
When your leaves grow up to 60-90 cm, cut the leaves that lay at the bottom. They may grow fungus.
Remove any suckers that may appear, yis. They may suck away energy that could be used to grow your blood-tomatoes.
It's now time for the harvest! Use the blood-tomatoes to throw at your enemies. I assume that was your intention, yis?

What are the best substitutes when you want to bite? Bloodtomato soup is a good substitute for blood but I don’t like bloodtomatoes raw…
