Watching a playthrough of Chapter 4 rn to see dialogue from various minor characters, and I'm fascinated by whatever Bratty and Catty have going on. Bratty saying "is my makeup okay?" tipped me over into "oh, she totally has a crush, but is in denial about it". And she's projecting her feelings onto Catty and claiming that Catty is the one obsessed with her. I'm curious to see where this goes.

So, I actually reloaded this scene from ch5 to see all three options, and…

The first screenshot where Catty calls Bratty hot is from the version where Bratty goes up to talk to Pizzapants (and accidentally ends up being his girlfriend, lmao), and the other three are from the version where Catty goes up (and becomes his friend, but Bratty thinks they became a couple). Yeah, there is absolutely something gay going on between these two

So is it just me or are Bratty and Catty like...super fucking gay? Like, I feel like I'm the only one who's actually been paying attention to their subplot (tbf, they are my favorite Undertale shopkeepers so I kinda get WHY I'm the only one paying attention). It's kinda frustrating, though.
