may I ask if like previous dark worlds still exist? Like does cyber city or card castle or even tv world still exist? Also may I ask about pizza pants/icee’s in general?

All previous dark worlds came back into existence once the roaring/blizzard hit; they all exist in the same contemporaneous 'world map' (Hometown is far larger than before to accommodate them).

Cyber City is a vast frozen gallery of darkners thanks to the events of the original weird route, and is almost entirely abandoned. Card Castle was covered in snow after King's escape to prevent him from using it as a base, and TV world... well, I have plans for that place.

As for the ICE-E crew, well:

They got a new boss, and they've got them all working overtime looking for any resistance to their rule.

what if papyrus is actually the ice-e warrior

Maybe kind of an intriguing idea, but I don't think it's likely. Knocking on Sans' residence in Chapters 1 + 2 describe the 'trousle of bones' that can be heard and indicate that Papyrus is inside at that very moment...

But the Warrior can also be found around Hometown at the exact same time.

And like, in Chapter 1 he's hospitalized and in Chapter 2 he's in the middle of a shift, so the idea that he's like... coming in and out of his house rapidly when we're not looking is even harder to justify, even for characters like the Warrior and Papyrus.
