3) STOP TERRORISTS FROM ATTACKING US

2) expand secret prisons and torture funding under the guise of gathering intel to “dismantle the global terrorism network”

3) full-spectrum monitoring and data collection of all US citizens, indefinitely, including but not limited to infiltrating Muslim communities to covertly incite violence and overtly advocate for a snitching campaign a la “if you see something, say something” fueling fear and lack of trust among neighbors
