“Let’s all celebrate this nice weather with some mint flavored ice cream sandwiches!”
“And hopefully, I’m gonna work more on my crochet project today. I love Summertime so much!”
“Went on a crazy impromptu road trip yesterday for some father’s day doughnuts.”
“Alvin and Officer Dangus took turns singing random song lyrics the entire time.”
“It was like being trapped in an out of control jukebox.”
“However, it was nice to spend time with my family.”
“Dangus and I have tickets to see a new movie today and then we’re planning to have dinner at the cafe.”
“Problem is, I don’t have anyone to watch the boys.”

The Dave practice sketches are finally ready. This is probably only the 5th time Alvin 2.0 and I have ever drawn Dave.
ALVIN 2.0: There’s something weird about drawing your own dad. I’m getting pretty good though!
I think my favorite is a tie between the one with all three chipmunks or the one of him being suspicious of his coffee.
I’m definitely feeling more confident now. Thanks to @boiwthboi03 for some tips on drawing Dave.

What was the last thing Alvin did that made you shout?
“Well, I’ve been trying to yell at him less.”
“However, yesterday he was zipping around on his flying skateboard in the house and I ended up having to shout to get his attention.”

“Do you think giving Alvin this will show him I no longer think that his gaming is a waste of time?”
“Saw this at the craft store today and I couldn’t resist.”

“Eleanor took a joyride in my car. Simon created his own science themed webshow. Alvin stole all of Brittany’s makeup for a science fair project. Brittany maxed out Miss. Miller’s credit card. And apparently Jeanette and Theodore went to an environmental protest event and caused a riot too.”

Chipmunk In A Funk (The scene opens on a gloomy and rainy day. Alvin is staring out the window, looking miserable and blah) ALVIN 2.0: I’
Writing is hard after a long long break from it.
The Warbie fic is marginally further, but not finished. It’s 3 scenes from the end.
But, we needed to work through something else in our heads, so Alvin and I gift you with this script fic that I might eventually add to mini tales.
We might add the Alvin POV, or I might pivot and write from Dave’s POV. Who knows.
I’m TRYING to be flexible.

“Thanksgiving plans have changed at least 4 times in the last 2 days. Apparently Miss. Miller’s house isn’t suited for company, so we’ll be having the whole thing at Officer Dangus’s.”
“I haven’t even gotten the sweet potato casserole made yet.”
“But the pumpkin pie is done! At least that’s one thing checked off the list.”

School is almost out for winter break, but I used my small week off to sleep, mostly. So very little has actually gotten done. Oopsiessss....
