I want to talk to someone
Like you talk to yourself
When mulling over an idea for the first time

I want to talk to someone
Like you talk to yourself
When mulling over an idea for the first time
I wish for the dark side of things I want to see the corrupting sights Smell the intoxicating scents Breath those addictive vapors I wish to bare witness to those events after hours When those who are good are long gone Where only the deviant remain The reverse of a good coward's soul I wish for the dark side of things
Whiskey and Wine
ill Fated
Tonight as you lay; asleep in my bed
Without a sound or stress in your head
Naked and free from uncertain thoughts
Those late night worries and late night haunts
An uncommon bliss; I know you suffer
Take shelter under my over-sized comforter
Iāll sit in another room and worry about you
Iām doing you wrong? Youāre being a fool
There is no way to tell but I am such a man
With bad in my past; I have tears on my hands
Iāll do my best to protect and keep you well
And save you from, my brand of hell
Catacombs
The catacombs of my heart
Where past lovers lie
A lone light disrupts the dark
A candle beneath your shrine
Many graves rest here unmarked
Forgotten with passed time
But the difference is quite stark
Of when your heart was mine
This era gone and past
Perhaps it was too soon
NothingĀ can truly last
I no longer call you my moon
Here with no sense to cry
I sit in this dismal tomb
Where my love goes when it dies
And I can always find more room
