Jamil doesn’t usually get nice things. Even something as simple as a peaceful cooking session he doesn’t usually have. I just remembered a chapter in the 2vol anthology (even tho they aren’t canon it still a nice call back) where Jamil was cooking with Trey and Jade.

And he was literally surprised by how easy it was cooking with people who were of actual help to him??

People who “anticipated” what he needed before he could even ask?

Dude, azul would do all that and MORE. Be it with a side of extra annoying sauce in a weird form of flirting.

Basically!! i just love how they balance each other out! they are literally perfect narrative foils of each other. (A common theme with my OTPs i’m noticing…)

Awww the thought of azul getting jamil many different things to the point Jamil doesn’t even know what to do with them and having a hard time accepting them. Like, this is all TOO MUCH and is WAY more than what he is even deserving of and worth (worth-issues jamiazu my beloved).

like?? how azul has all these dreams, wanting to open a second mostro lounge, have hotels etc etc etc. And frankly, having the capability to do so. The opportunity! He’s already running his own little restaurant already, IN HIGH SCHOOL. Like?? He is going places. Everyone can see it. And the only person who’d hold him back from his goals, is himself.

While jamil on the other hand… he has dreams. But they’re just dreams. His family is subjected to servitude. He’s going to be a vessel for Kalim. And i get so irked when people act like if jamil and kalim make up then all is well, and jamil “doesn’t need to be free”. Because he isn’t free. He’s going to stay as a servant. AUGHH!! anyways— as i was saying. And the whole thing of azul being able to leave while he’s going to be stuck in his goal as a servant.

can you TELL i love long hair? aaaaghhhhhh they grow out their hair lowkey as they reach their third year frfr

anyways;

I like the idea of epel dying his hair to try appear more “cool” but he still appears cute (he expected it but it was still worth a try lol)

After he dyed his hair and posted a picture of it, the first words commented on it were from non-other than Vil; as he just said, “cute.”

Tho i do think that as epel got older— he did start to embrace his “cute” side more and start to not just view it as just a weakness.

ooohhhh i also like to think that epel is spell drive captain now

I also just love it if Jack gets SUPER long hair so this length is just the beginning.

Ace, on the other hand, will cut his hair within in the next three months on impulse.

He has a blue streak because of deuce. I just remember seeing that hc once and fell in love with it. So credit to the person who originally did that.

“Why do they look like girls?” it’s because i like to draw pretty boys LOL they unintentionally come off as women lowkey

sebek and ortho are also housewardens!! i just didn’t feel like drawing them. Deuce is Ace’s vice (duh!) BUT ace is also having deuce train someone to be ready to inherent the vice or even housewarden role when they graduate

I think that Epel became housewarden in his second year. And he felt very overwhelmed at first for i feel like he felt like he didn’t get the proper training for it. But not only did Vil support it but because of the fact that epel was so close with rookvil— the rest of the dorm also thought that it would be a good idea.

Overall; epel felt like it was too sudden and was constantly over burdened at the beginning (but got use to it eventually). Though he did drift away from his friends a little bit because of it (dw he started hanging out again after he felt more like himself).

that’s actually a reason why adeuce are training a younger dorm mate so at least someone would know how to run the dorm properly (aka— ace is trying to look out for the future of heartslabyul after he and deuce graduates. Tho he does understand that sometimes things just happen and who knows— maybe the one they are “training” will just be challenged by some random first year after they leave. but it’s the thought that counts)

Ace was also vice in his second year tho it did take Riddle a couple of months to try and choose between deuce and ace as his vice.

ace and deuce did have an argument and a fight after riddle finally made the decision (cater was hoping for ace, Trey was pretending to not have a preference but was secretly hoping that riddle would pick deuce. Treykei and their favourite first year /hc) Riddle did end up choosing ace.

Jack and sebek were vices in their second year. And overall— ruggie and jack made for a very good housewarden/vice combo.

When jack became housewarden in his third year— he adjusted very quickly because he was trained as vice the year before. Ace on the other hand— fumbled a little bit but eventually got the hang of it. Tho he is by no way as strict as riddle. Though he didn’t just turn the dorm into a party house. He was trained with Riddle the WHOLE year before. He learned a thing or two about how order, as a person in authority, is important for the followers.

Ace constantly texts riddle when he doesn’t know what to do. Bro is too prideful to ask his friends or deuce— but he justifies asking riddle because he knows that riddle would kick his ass if the dorm turned to chaos after all the “hard work” riddle put into shaping Ace XD

Riddle sometimes regretted choosing ace as his vice because ace was such a pain to work with on a professional level. It was like pulling teeth at times. Nothing like Trey was. but he does think it paid out in the end and he’s proud of how much ace (AND DEUCE) have grown. To the point he felt comfortable enough leaving heartslabyul in their hands.

did i just copy the outfits from their former housewardens because i am no designer? yes. yes i did. (just pay attention to the face and hair— it’s the only thing i cared about when making this LMAO)

i just LOVE the headcanon that third year deuce wears glasses … it’s so much like his senpai Trey 🥺

a favourite headcanon of mine if that Deuce had a puppy crush on trey in his first year and ace never let him live it down. So when he started wearing glasses later on— Ace believed that he only did it to look like trey XD (funnier if deuce actually did just need glasses but then again… it’s strange that he choose glasses that were much akin to Trey’s own jsjjsjsjs)

i also love long(er) hair third year ace (tho i do love epel and jack also having longer hair as well too!!)
