But I have maybe no bigger pet peeve as a trainer than seeing clients and trainers progressing too quickly into these highly complicated moves without proper teaching! #EOTD Hang Jumps are a great progression to Cleans. Think of pulling bar from mid thigh emphasizing full triple extension (ankles, knees, hips) with a nice big shrug up top. Land nice and slow load and repeat. Master this movement.
