It’s the average story, the cliché. I fell in love with my fucking best friend. No. Friendship and lovers– The ending tales of autumn’s glow, the damsel in distress undressing her regrets near the fallen leaves; a pity it is to be yellow near the sun and red near my palms. The spring time friends oh how quickly we broke into spring break, your priceless jokes about the moon and the stars; how they feel so far, but sleep so close to us. I missed our friendship more than I loved your lips and arms– A kiss called for us to return home. A hug filled with our mistakes. I fell in love with my best friend and I hope it never ends– But if it does, I hope you always believed us to be real.
