Nicolas let out at a sigh as he glanced around the furniture store. This was going to take forever. “Ugh why couldn’t the apartment already come completely furnished,” he grumbled. He was already debating how badly he would need certain items of furniture. The kitchen had an island so that could work for a table. It’s not like he was anticipating any guests. He probably should get a proper bed and a chair or couch for the living room, at the very least he needed to be comfortable.

“you know, furniture wasn’t used until 3100 B.C, they survived years before that without beds, sofas or kitchen tables –– however back in the neolithic times it was all made of stone and people didn’t start using wood for things until about 1500 B.C.” spencer stated after hearing the other complain about furniture. he knew that people didn’t tend to like his facts but he couldn’t help himself.

elle smiled contently as she stapled the packet of papers in her hand before placing them neatly back in their file. she had just finished filing the paperwork for her last case of the day, which meant if woodshore could take the rest of the night off from insanity, the detective could probably manage to sneak off early. a knock on her office door alerted elle to another prescence and she looked up from her desk with a soft sigh. it appeared her plans for an early night had just been foiled. “hi, i’m detective greenaway,” she greeted. “what can i do for you?”

“elle.” was all that spencer could bring himself to say. he remembered the exact last time he’d seen the woman that was now standing in front of him. he’d only just gotten into town and his memory was a little foggy but he could never forget her. when he’d heard whispers that there was a greenaway in town he just had to see for himself. “its you –– you’re really here.”

Panic rushed through her as she noticed that she had lost one of the most important items she carried around with her— Steve Trevor’s watch. He had given it to her right before he sacrificed himself and she had,somehow,lost it. Diana had been running around the park for the last hour just searching for it and decided to ask someone about it. Stopping in front of a person nearby,the Amazon smiled politely,hoping to get some extra help.”Hi,I’m sorry to bother you but have you seen a lost watch around here?I lost mine and it’s really important to me.”

spencer loved the park, especially the chess section. he was probably the youngest person there but he was used to that by now. his attention was pulled away from the game when he heard the voice before shaking his head. “no sorry i haven’t –– i can help you look if you’d like?”

two years. today was the two year anniversary that she had been in woodshore. two years since she left her life behind, her friends, her family, zed. all in search for answers, sure she had gotten a few but was it worth it? the white haired woman sighed softly, her fingers running through her waves, she’d completely zoned out and hadn’t heard a single word the person in front of her had said, only zoning back in when she heard them say her name. “i’m sorry –– i guess i’m a little out of it today.”

“what do you mean you were in another galaxy?” spite slips through his words, the flash of anger apparent in the tightness of anakin’s expression. he’d just arrived in woodshore, slammed with memories and all of the rage in the universes coalesced inside of him. now what, a way back on a planet that should have had no way back? did he even want to go back? “how? what ship?”

“have you watched any sci-fi movie ever?” addison asked the man that was sitting in front of her, bringing her hot chocolate up to her lips as she leant back in the couch, her knees up at her chest. “i didn’t come here on a ship ––– i drove, a car.”

“you’d better be bringing me a case,” sherlock said, not looking up when the door to his little office opened. “because unless it’s interesting, i’m occupied.”

and by occupied, he meant staring at coagulating blood under his microscope. well, it was important work - the more he knew about how quickly blood clotted under the influence of different products, the better.

the fact he had liberated a blood bag from the local hospital to aid in this piece of research was, well, irrelevant.

“you’re still here,” he said, when he realised that someone was still standing in the doorway. that, or perhaps the original person had left, and someone else had stepped in? they could hardly expect him to keep track. “what is it?”

addison stood in the doorway, eyes locked on the man in front of her that was clearly busy. she felt bad for distracting him. “sorry –– no case sir.” the woman said as she stepped further into the room, her blue eyes tracing over what he was working on.

“curiosity.” was all that the woman said. she honestly wasn’t sure why she was still there or why she’d even gone there in the first place, sometimes she just got these feelings, gut feelings, that she just followed.

paige had been walking around all day, she wanted to get used to the land that she had checked into. she had found a bench to sit down on, so she could relax for a moment. even though she had been used to being on her feet because of what she did for a living she did not walk around for countless hours, so they had been bothering her. so far she had met some nice strangers along the way, but she had yet to run into anyone she knew, so at that point, she could be the only one from graceland there. The wind had started to pick up causing her beanie to blow off and that had been one of her favorites to hide a bad hair day. paige got up from the bench where she had been sitting to follow after it she had not been paying attention causing her to run into someone. “I am sorry! I did not mean to, I am just trying to catch up with my hat,” she said. paige felt bad for running into a person.

“no no i’m so sorry that i stopped you from getting your hat.” addison commented as her hands came out to the woman, making sure that she wasn’t going to fall over after their bodies had collided. it definitely hadn’t completely been the others fault, addisons head was up in the clouds, it had been all day, only coming back down when she was quite literally snapped out of it. “it we run we could probably still catch it.”

He hadn’t been in Woodshore for very long — just a few months if that. All the same, The Haunted Bookshop had become one of his favorite places to linger for hours on end. The soft music playing in the background was soothing enough to block out the thoughts of the people of Woodshore. Every waking moment, people were constantly musing, trying to figure out answers to a life that was long gone. Charles was one of those people… sometimes, but unlike others, he wasn’t that desperate for answers. He came to Woodshore on a hunch and though he’d yet to find any connections to his past, he was content. It was hard not to be when this fresh start had been going well so far.

Yet his book reading would be intruded upon by a person hovering nearby. They were searching for a particular book, but also chancing glances at him. He could hear them wondering why they’d never seen him before or if he was the guy that just moved into Edge on Fourth. Eventually their musing forced him to raise his head. He was not keen on revealing his abilities so hopefully they wouldn’t ask questions after he responded.

“I believe the book you are looking for is up front. Someone returned it days ago but the person who runs this place has been too busy to receive it in today.”

addison was beyond confused, she’d been in woodshore for two years now but the amount of new faces that she’d been seeing recently was beginning to worry her, not that she would say that out loud. the man had caught her eye and she was intrigued by him, that feeling only grew when he seemed to just know exactly what book it was that she was looking for.

the white haired womans eyes moved to the front of the bookstore to the stack of books on the front counter and then back to the dark haired man in the corner. “thanks.” she said softly. “i’m sorry for staring, i know it’s rude but i just haven’t seen you around before, i don’t think i have anyway.” the girl stated.

“i’m addison.”

( hair as white as snow, wardrobe full of pastels with a hint of rocker, notebooks with hearts all over then ) –– && it looks like addison wells has finally arrived in woodshore ( though she originates from disney’s zombies ). although known as a THE CHEERLEADER back home, here they are a twenty year old college student, known to be SELFLESS, but NIAVE. they were coaxed here with the promise of FINDING OUT WHAT SHE IS. they remember FINDING THE STONE WITH THE WOLVES.
