people with eating disorders and allergies and health problems and anxiety and autism care

people make fun of me all the time for only eating one thing at a time, but it makes me physically ill to take a bite of a cheeseburger, eat a fry, and then go back to the burger... I know its all in my head, but I get really upset and I cant deal with it.

The hardest thing about depression, for me anyway, is that I never worry about the big things. The "important" things rarely get me down. When I lost someone close to me, when I failed out of school I just pushed it all aside to be dealt with later. But now, the smallest things- dropping things, stupid arguments with my family and friends, make me feel so worthless and small, like I don't deserve to live.
