What I think

How I can help

What I experience

What I appreciate

How I will be seen

What I will get

What I resent

Who I can love

What I find

Who I will meet

And how all of this affects me

The basis of all is the “you” that you create. The “you” from which your opinion arises. The “you” that gives importance to things. The “you” that makes you, “you”. Let that one go for a while.

I want to be free

I want to be free of the limitations of the body. I want to be free of the fear of death. I want to be free of the finite nature of body & mind. And yet, I identify with them. I imprison myself by thinking, I am the body, by thinking, I am the mind.

How can I be free of them when I limit myself to them? It’s self inflicted imprisonment ;)
