I can't believe that the ending of tadc was gangle and zooble making out for an hour, peak ending

I think the reason some people think that Homelander was smarter in the earlier seasons is because he tried to hide the worst aspect of himself in the earlier seasons. "Gods are pure and they're perfect" a quote from Madelyn on episode 1, season 1. A perfect and pure god wouldn't laser some guy in the middle of the city.

He has always been a maniacal, egoistical piece of shit but he had a role to perform to keep his fantasy of godly being who deserved love. But this changed when he showed his true colors to the public and they still cheered for him. At that moment the idea of him having to act pure and benevolent to be loved just got proved incorrect.

That just led to his own perspective on what he has to do to be loved to break down part by part. So he went from thinking "I need to look perfect to be loved" to "A true god wouldn't hide who he is".

But of course he will still be dissatisfied because he doesn't want this, it doesn't matter how much he tells it to himself he will always be dissatisfied because he wants someone to truly understand him. Not blind, stupid adoration like the Deep but for someone to get him without ever questioning his fragile ego. This is why he considered Black noir a friend and why he has some respect towards Butcher.

And that is what pushes him to be more violent and impulsive, aka more stupid towards the audience perspective. The frustration that comes after getting what he thinks he wanted, people treating him like a god, and still feeling like something is messing must be so maddening that it devours him from the inside and makes him more deluded on seeing himself as godly.

I would say that every time that idea is defied he breaks down and goes deeper to this rabbit hole to the point where he, in a way, doesn't care anymore and just acts by impulse.

If anyone ever gets out of the circus, wouldn't they die? I imagine none or nothing is taking care of their bodies so wouldn't it be believable to think that their only options are to stay, in what is basically hell, or die?

If that's the case I think it would be pretty interesting to see it play it out

I have literally seen less hate for supernatural, a serie that historically is known by its homophobic tones and bad writing than hazbin hotel.

I love both of them and I can tell they're not masterwork that changed the way we make series but for fuck sake I don't need it to be that, sometimes I just want to watch something stupid just because I want to. I don't need people 24/7 telling me how bad hazbin hotel is.

What happened to people just being cringe just because they want to? I'm not telling anyone to not critic something they don't like, people are entitled to their own opinion but harassing others because they just enjoy a silly show about demonic furries singing just makes you a dickhead.

Just let people be cringe, the world is more fun when we are not bullying eachother into fitting in with everyone else.

Can we talk about how scary deltarune must be for Toriel? Think you wake up one day and your kid is different from nowhere, they look the same but they take a little too long looking at the kitchen. The little things they did every day are just gone, and you try talking about it with someone else but they dismiss you (im talking mostly about the part where Toriel talks with Alphys in the first chapter) and you just feel like you're alone with something that you know is not your kid but you can't do anything about it.
