you can always choose from one moment to the next that the "circumstances", the "fear" mean: nothing. because it's true. you don't have to fear because you choose. only you can decide.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ : you assume you need to do something, it's true.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ : "i can't have it", it's true.
꒰ 𐙚 ꒱ : in any case, whatever you believe and tell yourself, it's true.
only you can prevent yourself from getting what you want. and if it's really easy as they say, how to decide, because you are already what you want and your refusal to believe it is why you don't see it. you don't need to make an effort or do anything, just accept it. that's why the celebrity decides.
do you want it and decide that you have it? it's true, and the rest doesn't matter if you think so (you say it).
do you think everything is possible? if you accept that it is possible for you, nothing can stop you. i understand why it could be difficult for you to ACCEPT that it is yours and that it is done, but this (3d) does not show you anything. before i thought i should fix my traumas or limiting beliefs, it made me feel terrible while trying to find a root or the "why" and i understood this. then i told myself that there is nothing to fix, that i do not have to identify myself and that it is solved. it was true.
don't punish yourself, you can change everything you want whenever you want, you have that power. assume it. <3
you don't need to understand how it works, neither how nor where nor why, if you already have it, would you worry? even if you don't believe it, say it, don't contradict yourself. why ask yourself if you are doing it well or if you need to do more? u have it. relax, when you stop resisting so much > you accept, it comes. if you keep trying, and if you don't stop trying, you'll keep waiting.
. . . u don't want to affirm? it's okay, love.
. . . u don't want to visualize, do sats, go to the void? good. because it's done.
discipline your mind. take a moment of what it really means to be the creator of your reality and why it is already done. your reality, are your rules. it is liberating.
𐙚 — do you really want it? be a bratty who only has the yes.
yes, you can be like that, don't you want to accept it as truth? let's gooo. don't be afraid to assume your power, don't hurt yourself, only you can heal yourself.
nothing external has authority over the internal. IT'S DONE.
There’s nothing special about this method. N o t h i n g. I think the only reason this method even works for me is because this is my natural way of thinking—meaning that if you read that, automatically you’ll see how any method works for you + you don’t even need a method to shift. You don’t need anything anymore.
This is just a little technique I’ve done since I was a little kid to dissiciate (for fun), and now I’ve learned how to translate it into shifting, so that I shift in seconds. Like an over-explained “just decide to be in your DR and live in the end.”
Having said that, I have no idea if this works for other people. It’s how I shift in seconds, and can enter the void state, but it might be because of my collective beliefs that are at this point, deeply ingrained in my being.
Maybe it’ll work for you, maybe you’ll learn to do it for fun to freak yourself out, maybe it won’t click and that’s okay. Just let go of this idea that you’re not in control. Stop hanfing over your power to meditations, methods, the void, and shifting “tips,” hoping for that one line that will “fix” you, waiting for a new method to tell you why you’re “not shifting,” handing over your power to external crap you claim you want to control.
1) Do this when your awareness is most malleable: At night before bed (hypnagogia), middle of the night (WBTB), in the morning (hypnopompia), or anytime during the day when you’re calm. It’s completely up to you, but I feel that inducing an altered state of consciousness while you’re already in an altered state is better.
2) Get comfortable in whatever position you prefer, close your eyes or don’t, play brown noise or music if you want, but it doesn’t matter.
3) Observe your awareness. If you’re familiar with the concept of natural awareness, it’s exactly that. Become aware of awareness itself, identifying only with your awareness, letting everything else drop away. This is your true self, your vantage point. The way you do this is entirely specific to you. Some people just think about their awareness, some know how to pin-point it naturally, others just focus on the fact that they’re aware and dissociate with that.
*If I just focus on this step and don’t go further, I end up in the void. That’s because if I’m just observing my awareness, I automatically know that all else is illusion inside my awareness, so my environment melts away and I “enter” the void. There is nothing complicated about this process, so please don’t think it’s some grand thing. It’s literally just:
Me, observing my awareness: “Oh look, my true self :)”
Narrator: Clover got sucked into the void through a silly straw and will have an existential crisis about this tomorrow.
4) Observe your DR from the vantage point of the awareness that’s already inside it. Not visualizing, not forcing—simply letting your awareness be there, observing your DR environment the way it naturally would.
(I’m talking in circles to prove a point, so if I’m repeating myself, that’s why).
For example, right now you’re awareness itself. You know you’re in your CR because your senses—sight, sound, touch, taste, smell—are giving you signals inside your awareness. You look around, hear noises, feel the air, etc.
But when you’re lying in bed at night with your eyes closed, sight is gone. The only things left telling you you’re in your CR are sound, touch, taste, and smell. If you’re wearing earbuds, the sounds you hear don’t confirm your CR because you could hear them in any reality. Silence or soft sounds could be your DR too. The taste in your mouth would be the same in your DR. The feeling of your bed could match waking up in your DR.
The point is: If you strip away all your senses, the only thing confirming where you are is your awareness itself. The feeling of simply existing here. The knowing that you’re “here.” This doesn’t require visualization, only awareness.
Now that you’ve located that awareness, you can shift it to your DR. Take that exact feeling of simply being aware and place it in your DR. Now senses don’t matter, because you decided to be in your DR through awareness.
For why senses don’t determine location, see this post.
You’re observing your awareness in your DR, and now you’re there. You can strip away all senses, but you can never strip away awareness. Awareness is your true self, and awareness can be moved. If you became aware of your DR, you’re already inside your DR. All that’s left to do is recognize that. Let yourself know: “This is real, this is happening right now,” and really ground yourself in that undeniable fact. It’s not about senses or visualization, or even forced knowing you’re there. It’s about observing the fact that you’re aware in your DR from the vantage point of the awareness that’s there.
5) Pair it with the obvious: You’re aware in your DR. Think about that for a second: if you’re aware in your DR, it means you’re there. Obviously. Why wouldn’t you be in your DR if you’re observing your awareness in it right now? It literally makes no sense to assume otherwise.
You’ve been observing your awareness in your CR your entire life, from the vantage point of your awareness. That’s how you know you’re in your CR—because your awareness is observing itself here. That’s the mechanism that tells you “I’m here.”
Now, when you’re doing this method and flip your vantage point to observe your awareness in your DR—from your awareness—why the hell would you not be in your DR? There’s no logical loophole your brain can pull here. If your vantage point of awareness determines your “location,” and you are now observing your awareness in your DR, then by the very mechanism that has always proven your location to you, you are in your DR.
You’re no longer “here” in your CR. You’re in your DR, because that’s where your awareness is observing itself. It’s not complicated. It’s not wishful thinking or “pretending.” It’s the exact same structure of reality that’s always been running—now applied to your DR.
And yes, your brain will glitch out, scramble, grasp at straws, telling you “but but but” because it’s conditioned to assume your CR vantage point is permanent. It’s not. The vantage point is flexible, and you just proved it by moving your observation to your DR.
So let it sink in. Let it feel too real, like reality cracking open. Let the glitch happen, let the discomfort hit, let the confusion swirl and keep standing your ground:
There’s no logical reason you would still be in your CR right now. You have to be in your DR, because that’s what you’re observing.
Your vantage point has shifted. You’ve done it. Now, hold it.
It’s not done because you’re “faking it.” It’s done because you have the vantage, the evidence, the awareness, and the logic to prove it to yourself in real time. You observe your awareness in your DR. You let it be there. And it is.
The method is just:
1.get comfortable, 2. dissociate by observing your awareness and only identifying with it, 3. observe your awareness in your DR from the vantage point of being in your DR, 4. “If I’m aware in my DR, how the hell can I still be in my CR? Isn’t that the whole point? If I intended to shift, doesn’t that automatically mean I shifted? I can’t perform an action and not get the outcome of that action. It doesn’t make sense for me not to be in my DR. dafuq”
Click this if this was too convoluted to understand
That was the simplified version. But for the people who still feel like they don’t get it, or aren’t sure how to locate their own awareness, read on.
Disclaimer: We will be using dissociation intentionally. If that's something you struggle with, have trauma around, or if it negatively impacts your mental health, be cautious. Don’t do this. No shifting method, technique, or “reality” is worth sacrificing your health for. Ever. Your well-being comes first. Always.
How to Become Aware of Your Own Awareness (and Control What You’re Aware Of)
At first glance, it sounds like a paradox: how can you be aware of being aware? Isn’t awareness just… happening? Isn’t it passive, like a window things pass through? That’s exactly the point. Most of the time, awareness is transparent. You’re so focused on what it’s pointed at—your phone, your thoughts, the itch on your neck—that you don’t notice it. But once you learn to turn awareness back onto itself, it’s like noticing your breath for the first time: you realize you’re the one controlling it.
Let’s break it down with the breathing example. We don’t usually notice our breathing; it’s automatic, subconscious. But the moment you read this and become aware of it, suddenly you’re controlling it (sorry if I made you notice ߹𖥦߹). That “manual” feeling is the moment consciousness turns inward. The invisible becomes visible.
Now let’s apply that same logic to awareness. For this, I’ll give you three techniques. All of them work the same, but you test out each one and see which of them fit you. And I mean really try. Don’t just passively try one and then speed through the list, because that’s how you’ll reach the end feeling disheartened that none of them worked for you. (And they all do) (that’s why I’m giving you three)
What I’m sharing now is a technique to help you identify purely with your awareness throughout your day. We’ll translate them to shifting later. This is a way to become your true self—pure awareness—and to see through the illusion, recognizing how flimsy its construction really is. The crucial point in all these exercises, whichever one you choose, is to focus entirely on YOUR AWARENESS. This focus is essential because the goal here is to learn how to become pure awareness at will.
Some people might have already done this before, especially when they were kids. And if it’s something that you can already do at will regularly, you’ll read this and go “ooohh I know what you’re talking about. That thing.” Yeah, that thing asdfghjk. So if you already know how to do it, just skip to the shifting part.
#1 The Fixed Point Method
Pick any fixed point—your phone, a book, the wall, a banana, a floor tile, a cup, literally anything around you. Stare at it without shifting your gaze. You can blink, that’s fine, just keep your attention anchored there.
As you stare, quietly repeat in your mind: “I am aware right now.” Keep repeating it while letting your awareness settle on being aware as you stare.
Over time, you’ll notice the room around you begins to blur or fade. Your body may start to feel distant or unreal, sounds will become muffled, and you may feel like you’re sinking inward, floating behind your eyes.
This happens because your awareness is locking onto a single point while withdrawing from everything else, similar to how the Troxler effect makes your peripheral vision fade when you fixate on one spot for long enough. Except, unlike the Troxler effect, this isn’t just a visual trick. It’s a shift in awareness itself, pulling your focus away from the environment and into the raw, pure fact that you are aware.
Stay in this state until you feel hyper-real, detached, and clear—like you’re seeing the world from a layer behind your thoughts. Congratulations, you now know what it feels like to be a toddler who’s just gained consciousness :)
#2 The “This Is All Happening Right Now” Method
My personal favorite and the one I use all the time. Sit or lay down comfortably. Focus on the fact that you are alive and aware right now. You. Focus on you. Look at your hands, your feet, your body, and repeat out loud “This is all happening right now. This is really happening right now.” The point is for you to become hyper-aware of the fact that you are alive and experiencing reality right this second.
Each time you say it, feel your aliveness, your awareness, your existence. The glitch will kick in, the present moment will feel dreamlike, everything will feel too real, like reality is cracking open.
Let yourself fall into that glitchy hyper-awareness until the environment feels like a lucid dream.
And that’s the fun part, because it DOES feel like a lucid dream. It’s freaky.
#3 The Reality Check Method
It’s the exact same method from above, except this time you pivot your focus away from your body and existence, to the environment around you. Sit or stand and look around your room.
Observe everything: the walls, objects, lights, shadows.
Say to yourself: “This is really happening right now. This is my reality.”
Let yourself feel how strange it is to exist, to see, to hear. Keep repeating and observing until the environment starts to feel detached from you while you remain aware, like you are observing a simulation. Stay in that dissonance until you slip into full dissociation, where reality starts to feel like a lucid dream.
(*If you tried these, and you realized they all rolled into one single method !! it’s okay !! It happens !! it’s actually better if you tailor it to fit what works for you)
When you become aware of your awareness, your mind pulls back from the movie screen and sees itself projecting. Reality starts feeling hyper-real, sharpened, dreamlike, like colors are popping, air feels thick, and your thoughts get quiet. You feel dissociation, but it’s not emptiness—it’s clarity. It’s like a glitch, because your awareness is detaching from the illusion of continuity you’ve been fed.
You feel like you’re “behind your eyes,” watching yourself watching. The longer you stay here, the more you feel how reality is mediated through you. All sights, sounds, sensations, all of reality—filtered through awareness. It’s eerie to realize that everything is happening inside your consciousness, not outside of it. And that’s because it is.
For the people who want to enter the void with this:
Just take the method that worked for you during the day, and instead of your CR environment or body, replace it with awareness.
1) The fixed point should be your awareness OR the black behind your eyelids.
2) “Oh my god this is happening right now” should be as you observe your awareness instead of your body—freaking out like “I’m just my awareness, this is really happening right now, I’m just my awareness.”
3) And instead of a reality check while looking at your surroundings, you’re going to observe the black behind your eyelids while you say, for example, “This is really happening right now. I’m in the void, this is real.”
And that’s it. The rest of this post is for people looking to shift realities (or manifest tbh), sooo happy diving into the void <3
Applying this to reality shifting
When you say: “I am aware of my DR,” you are observing your DR within awareness. But because awareness is the vantage point, if you are observing your DR within it, then you are already ‘in’ your DR as far as vantage and experience go.
There is no separation between: “being aware of DR” and “being in DR,” because all experience is happening within awareness itself.
In simple terms:
You are always “aware of.”
But because everything you are “aware of” is happening within awareness, you are “in” it from the vantage of experience. The reason “aware of DR” = “aware in DR” is because you can only ever experience your DR inside awareness, and awareness is the vantage point of being “in.” The illusion is thinking your body is the vantage point. It’s not—awareness is.
You’ve trained yourself to identify as your awareness using these methods. Now, to shift, you simply do the exact same methods with your DR as your vantage point.
#1 The Fixed Point Method → Shifting Version
What you did: You stared at a fixed point until everything blurred, letting yourself become only awareness.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes. Let your awareness itself become the fixed point. Not the wall, not an object; your awareness. Don’t visualize your DR, don’t try to see it. You can if you’d like, and it might boost this, but it’s not necessary at all.
Lock your focus onto your awareness and know: “I am aware of my DR right now.” “My DR is here.” “I am only awareness.” Just like you did before, except now the vantage point is wherever you’re waking up in your DR.
Let your CR blur out as you tunnel your focus onto awareness, with your DR as its location. Let everything else dissolve. That’s it.
#2 “This Is Really Happening Right Now” Method → Shifting Version
What it was: You repeated “This is really happening right now” while focusing on your body, your entire being, becoming hyper-aware that you are alive and here.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes, get still, yada yada yada.
Now, instead of focusing on your CR body as your vantage point, recognize that your awareness is always inside a body—and you decide which body that vantage point belongs to. Your DR body is this body, right now, because your awareness is what makes it so. Your DR body isn’t somewhere out there in another location. It’s here, now, because you are observing it.
So instead of focusing on your CR body by looking at it, you’re going to focus on your DR body by being aware of it. By shifting your awareness vantage point to the one that’s in your DR body. This could include visualization if you want, but it’s not necessary, because the visuals are not the focus. The awareness is.
*If I tell you to just “be” in your body right now, you just are. You know it, claim it, a firm “yes, I’m in my body right now.” You don’t call it your “CR body”, it’s just “your body.” That’s because you’re in the vantage point of your body always. To shift it to your DR body, it’s the same thing. There’s no rationalizing, just “yes, I’m aware of my body, I’m aware in my body right now” from the vantage point in your DR.
*If that sounds too complicated, it’s just like “pretend you’re existing in your DR body while being in your DR” just stronger.
Start repeating:
“This is really happening right now.”
“I am in my DR right now.”
“I am aware in my DR.”
Don’t say these as if you’re hoping for it to happen; say them while letting your awareness claim the vantage point of your DR as your here-and-now.
With each repetition, let it hit:
– Your vantage point is now your DR vantage point.
– Your awareness is your DR self, right here, right now.
– This is not pretend. This is your perspective now.
Allow that hyper-real, glitchy feeling to bubble up as the illusion of separation collapses. You are not waiting to shift. You are becoming aware that you are already shifted.
That’s your shift. That’s it.
#3 Reality Check Method → Shifting Version
What it was: In your CR, you’d look around and repeat “This is real, this is happening” to become hyper-aware of your surroundings.
How to shift with it: Lie down, close your eyes. Become aware of your awareness itself. Let it locate in your DR vantage point, just like you would in your CR when looking around.
(edit: you can also have your eyes open and look around your room in the pitch black darkness, becoming aware that it’s your DR room, just like this anon did :)
Without visualizing, know your DR is right there. You aren’t trying to see it; you know it is there, and your awareness automatically knows where it is and begins to move within it.
Repeat: “This is real.” “This is my reality.” “I am here right now.” “This is happening right now.”
All while moving your awareness around your DR environment, letting it sink in that you’re here, in your DR, because you’re aware in it. Let yourself notice how strange and obvious it is that your DR is right there, right now. Let yourself feel how your awareness is already aware there, scanning your DR the way it would scan your CR.
This isn’t forcing, and it isn’t visualization. It’s allowing your awareness to take its natural place in your DR vantage point, observing that it’s there, because it is. Let that glitchy, lucid feeling stabilize.
In my opinion, observing your awareness is the root mechanism behind how you manifest things, even unconsciously. When you decide you want something, you automatically begin observing your awareness in the outcome—whether you realize it or not. That act of observing places your vantage point in the reality where it’s yours, and your awareness “renders” the experience.
Examples:
• You decide you want a specific text, and suddenly you find yourself checking your phone, aware of the possibility of it arriving—and it does.
• You decide you want a specific item, and you find yourself daydreaming about having it—and then you stumble across it on sale or someone gifts it to you.
• You decide you want clear skin, and you find yourself observing your reflection as if it’s already clear—and your skin improves rapidly.
You aren’t “forcing” these things to happen; you’re shifting your awareness toward the reality where they already are. That’s the real mechanism behind manifestation: awareness observes, vantage aligns, reality reflects.
I’m not sure I did a good job explaining this, but I don’t even know how to explain this to people. That’s because shifting is not some grand ritual or complicated checklist for me. It’s just something I do, without ceremony, without second-guessing, without spiraling about whether it’s “working.”
I decide I want to shift, so I lie down, let everything go quiet, and simply observe my awareness in my DR. That’s it. It happens.
But it’s not random. It works because it’s the natural culmination of everything I believe:
• I know that awareness is the only real vantage point. I know that “aware of” and “aware in” are the same, so if I observe my DR, I’m already there.
• I know reality is an illusion built on continuity, and I don’t need to “cross over” physically to get somewhere I already am.
• I know action = outcome no matter what, so if I take the action of observing my awareness in my DR, there’s no logical reason why I wouldn’t be in it.
• I know that desires manifest instantly when I observe them as done, because vantage determines experience.
• I know I don’t need to convince myself while doing it, because the proof is already there. Proof of the desired outcome is the decision you already have it.
It’s not something I “try.” It just is for me, because I trust the framework I’ve built. That’s why I don’t overcomplicate it. I don’t wait for a sign, a feeling, or for something to “click.” I don’t spiral over whether it’s “working.”
I just become my awareness, observe that awareness in my DR, and it happens. Because there’s nowhere else I could logically be.
Even if you don’t find this helpful as a shifting method, you can still incorporate pieces of it in whatever works for you. WHY?
The short version of this post in case the length gave you an aneurysm.
1) Get comfortable in bed at night (or don't, lay on the floor, stand up like a horse, sleep in the cupboard under the stairs like Harry Pottah I don't care).
2) Become pure awareness. Drop thoughts, drop your “body,” drop the environment. You are only your awareness. Focus only on your awareness. All else is ✨ illusion✨
3) Decide you’re in your DR right now.
3) Now that you’re in your DR (because you said so?? Tf) observe your awareness in your DR. No visuals, no forcing. Just “oh look, I’m observing the fact that I have an awareness in my DR. Right now.”
Ye olde “pretend you’re already in your DR”
4) Let your brain glitch out: “Wait, if I’m aware of my DR, and I’m aware of it from the vantage point of it being around me right now...doesn’t that mean I’m in my DR?”
5) Exactly. Let it sink in, and hold it. That’s it.
• Because you can’t observe something and not see it. You can’t intend to shift and not shift. The vantage point you observe from is your location. So if you’re observing your awareness in your DR, you’re there. It’s not pretend. It’s just how it works.
• Why would you still be in your CR if you’re observing your DR? Better yet—why would you still be in your CR if you decided to be in your DR, and you’re aware of it from the vantage point of the person who’s already there?? It literally makes no sense. Let your mind freak out. Let the reality crack. Then keep standing there.
You shifted. Don’t overthink it.
Edit: please stop asking me to elaborate. This post was made as a parody of the main post linked above ;-; go read it

Might be helpful and definitely helped me shift, but these were written by “law of assumption is everything and all is well :)” Clover who had only shifted to one (1) other reality and was terrified of shifting anywhere else. I’m still scared to shift!! but at least now I’m vocal about my existential discomfort asdfghjkhgfdfgh

How to observe your awareness in your DR (put SUPER simply) + Why “pretending” to be in your DR doesn’t exist.
Because I still see people who don’t understand (which is fine!!) so we’re going to put it in basicccc terms :)
1) Lay down, sit down, get comfortable, close your eyes, yada yada yada. You can listen to music, frequencies, sit/lay in silence, in a noisy environment, none of it matters.
I like do this right before bed/ in the middle of the night/ or in the morning because of hypnagogia/WBTB/hypnopompia— but we don’t place restrictions on this blog. Nope. Do whatever you want. If you’re shifting to be a fish in the ocean, and feel comfortable flopping around on the floor, do that.
2) Now ask yourself, what the heck are you being aware of right now? Is it your CR all around you? “Oh, it’s my CR!”
3) Okay, cool. Now pretend you’re already in your DR. Go: “Ooh, I’m already in my DR. I can sense my DR around me.”
4) That’s it.
Congratulations. If you did that, you’re already aware of your awareness in your DR. The difference between “becoming aware of your awareness in your DR” and “pretending to be in your DR” is this:
You’re not pretending.
You. Are not. Pretending.
Pretending is what little kids do when they dress up like a doctor and poke their friend with a stick because they’re performing tree branch surgery at recess. No. You are not a child. (Well… you might be a child, I don’t know.) But you’re shifting realities.
So you’re going to “pretend” you’re in your DR—but NOT from the mentality of someone who’s pretending. You’re doing it because you’re already there.
Even if you feel like you’re pretending, you’re not. That feeling is just your brain playing catch up.
It’s like when you first learn to ride a bike without training wheels. You might feel like you're "pretending" to balance, wobbling and confused, but you’re actually doing it. You’re riding the bike. Your muscles already know. Your body already gets it. It’s just your mind lagging behind, saying: “Hang on, are we really doing this?? Damn”
Same with shifting. You’re not ““pretending”” to be in your DR. You’re just getting used to how simple and real it already is.
If you become aware of your awareness in your DR from the perspective of someone already there (“PRETENDING”)…you’re in your DR.
Even if you open your eyes and see your CR, that’s an illusion, okay? It’s that simple. Just “pretend” you’re already in your DR. But again, it’s not pretending. Keep that in mind.
“Pretending” to be in your DR doesn’t exist!!
There’s no such thing as pretending to be in your DR. Like, seriously, what would that even mean??
If you’re “pretending” to be in your DR, then you’re literally imagining yourself there, right? You're thinking of what it's like, what you'd be doing, where you'd be, all in the POV of the you who’s already there—and that is you becoming aware of your DR.
You don’t pretend to be aware. You don’t “fake” being aware. If you're doing it, you're doing it. That’s like saying: “Hehe I’m pretending to notice the color red.” No, you’re noticing red. Done.
“Pretending” implies you’re separate from it, but the second you’re mentally engaging with your DR as real, you're tuning your awareness to it. You’re not faking anything. You’re already there. Your awareness doesn’t care what label you slap on it.
So yeah, pretending to be in your DR is just... observing your awareness in your DR. I tell you to focus on your awareness there, because your awareness is all that you are.
There’s nothing more to do. You’re done. There’s nothing to fix, chase, unlock, prove, beg. You’ve already arrived. The idea that you’re not there yet is illusion.
How I entered the void in less than 5 minutes last night (If someone doesn’t shift with this, I’ll scream)
I wouldn’t be sharing this and putting myself at risk of sounding like a lunatic who posted one method, and is now posting yet another version of it, if I didn’t have a reason for it. Idk, gut feelings are hard to explain (I’m aware I sound insane right now)
But I’ve never been more excited to share something in my life, sooo that might attest to something.
This will work for everyone in some way. And I’ve never been more certain of anything ever. (Except for the time I pspspsps’d at a black kitty on the sidealk at night, which ended up being a trash bag, and I found out I had horrible eyesight—but that’s not the point here).
This isn’t anything brand new. It’s like my method people have been seeing results with, but stripped down to its bones. Simplified to the core, which I’ve learned actually makes it more effective.
(unless you’re someone who prefers something detailed and objective, then yeah, stick to my main method and ignore this)
This doesn’t care about your beliefs. Doesn’t care about your identity, your self-concept, your doubts, your contradictions. It doesn’t matter if you’re into non-duality, law of assumption, law of attraction, or don’t even have a belief system. This method does not give a single shit. And I say that with confidence, because when this worked for me last night, I was crying. Genuinely, majorly depressed. Everything I usually cling to, all my beliefs about shifting and consciousness and the nature of reality—I wasn’t mulling over any of it. I was flat out over existence itself, and it still worked.
The set-up:
• First, understand something: The screen of space you’re looking at right now—even if your eyes are closed—is the same screen where your DR, CR, the void, your dreams… all of it… will appear. That’s your canvas. Always.
• This works best with WBTB (wake back to bed), so set an alarm for about 3 hours after you fall asleep. You want to wake up just tired enough that going back to sleep is easy, but you’ll still have some control. (You can also do this as you’re going to bed, but it was 3 AM for me after I had woken up,,, so do with that info what you want).
• Now, get this into your head: You’re not entering the void or shifting from a place of calm or confidence. You’re doing it from pure exhaustion. You’re doing it from “fuck this shit, I’m doing it anyway.”
You can doubt. You can feel like shit. But the attitude that follows is “fuck it.” You’re tired of trying, and tired of being on this journey. So you’re just gonna do it. Fuck it.
What to do:
• Lie on your back. (I personally like my back, but I’ve done it on my side too, and it still works. Doesn’t matter. Don’t overthink it. This doesn’t matter)
• You can move. Just don’t care that you moved. After the next step, you won’t even be paying attention to your body anyway, and it’ll go numb naturally,, so the idea here is “fuck it, this doesn’t matter.”
• Now: Notice the black behind your eyes. Just that. The blackness. Don’t try to notice your awareness yet. Just focus on the black. Look at it. Really look at it. LOOK. Keep choosing to look at it again and again. Widen your eyes over and over again, and keep refocusing on it. This will keep you alert, but you’re not forcing yourself to stay alert, got it? It happens naturally, because you’re reeeeally looking at the black behind your eyes.
• Your body’s gonna want to fall asleep. Don’t fight it, don’t care about it, because the fact that you’re looking at the black behind your eyes will naturally keep you from falling asleep.
• You keep your mind locked on that black space, almost like you’re watching a movie screen, but nothing’s playing yet. What happens? You’ll keep wanting to fall asleep—but widening your eyes and choosing to watch the black will keep waking you up. You’ll be in this liminal place going: “Fuck it. Fuck it. Fuck it. I’m doing this. Fuck it. Don’t care.”
(What I mean by “widening your eyes” even though they’re closed is: when your eyes are closed, don’t let them go slack like they do when you're falling asleep. Keep them wide and alert, like you're trying to watch something in the dark. You're not tensing them, just holding that sense of openness, like you're staring through your eyelids).
• What happens next: Suddenly you’ll feel your awareness. You’re just awareness now. Naturally. You didn’t right off the bat try to pay attention to your awareness,, you just realized that you are it. Why? Because when you feel confined to that black space behind your eyelids like a coffin, with nothing else around you, there’s nowhere else to run to other than your awareness. Your body will be numb, and your surroundings distant, irrelevant. And you’ll think: “Wait… I’m just my awareness.”
• And then your brain might do what it always does: “Oh no. What if I’m overthinking? What if I’m messing it up?” And you remind yourself: “I’m literally awareness. I can overthink if I want. I’m awareness goddamnit. Fuck it.”
• You’ll start switching—back and forth—between two things (because there’s nowhere to run to):
1. Looking at the black behind your eyelids
2. Noticing your awareness itself
Keep flipping between the two like you’re flickering the lights on and off in a room, but don’t force this. You’ll look at the fact that you simply are, and you'll look at the black,, and you’ll think: “damn?? I’m just my awareness.”
• Then you’ll start to sink. You’ll feel the pull as hypnagogia grabs your hand and says “so where are we going, bestie?” From here, you can either:
A) Keep going as you feel yourself sink, and you’ll fall straight into the void state effortlessly.
B) As you feel yourself sink, you can choose to lucid dream, astral project, or just plain shift from here. To shift: affirm, assume, observe, do whatever you want. The way I shared that I like to do this is by observing my awareness in my DR, observing the fact that I’m aware there (just pretend you’re there, no need to try too hard).
The point is: whatever happens next, if it happens very very quickly, don’t panic.
Just to note:
If this somehow doesn’t work for you—though I genuinely believe it will work for someone—just know the reason I share so many things is because I deeply believe everyone needs different things. The core of shifting stays the same to me:
You are only awareness, and you observe your desired reality until all other options collapse.
But how you get into that is wildly personal. What works for me might not click for you, just like what works for you might not click for me, and that’s fine.
That’s why I keep offering options—not to confuse you, not to invalidate anything I’ve said before, but to give you more pathways of realizing how powerful you already are. If one method feels off, try another. My main method is still my go-to: observe my awareness in my DR, exist there, decide I’m there because where else would I be??—but I love giving variety because maybe this next one might be the one that opens it all up for you.
Edit: (this just came to mind) don’t place a time expectation on any method. This one worked in less than 5 minutes for me, but the next time I try it, it could happen in 10, maybe 20. I don’t know. So if you try this, and it doesn’t immediately work in the way you expect it to, take a deep breath and keep trying, because eventually something has to happen. Trust me.
if you can, i’d love to hear more about how reality is an illusion. like everyone else in the world is also conscious (debatable sometimes) but can also be a reflection of our own awareness. everything looks the way it does despite it not being a creation from our mind palace. it’s so interesting to think about
The ouroboros of awareness
(I’m sorry for the incoming word-vomit, but you just did the equivalent of asking a little neurodivergent child with a dinosaur fixation what their favorite dinosaur is :)
When I say illusion, I don’t mean hallucination. I don’t mean what you’re seeing right now isn’t real. Everything you see and experience within awareness is real—your dreams, waking life, the void, your DR, daydreams, all of it. The only thing that separates those things are levels of consciousness. They’re all held in the same field: awareness. And everything that exists in awareness is real.
Illusions are what contradict what you truly are.
You are awareness itself. You observe. And observation creates reality. So, say you intend to have a brand new car—you’re aware of the reality where you have that car. You observe it. Everything else that contradicts that reality (its absence, your doubts, your fears) is the illusion.
But you don’t destroy illusions by manhandling your awareness into obedience. You don’t bulldoze them into submission with reprogramming in the affirming-scripting sense (unless you want to). You dissolve them by recognizing them as illusions. Because by observing the doubt or contradiction as illusion, awareness is now aware of the illusion—and that awareness itself causes the illusion to fade.
Your desires cannot be delayed, because intention is never delayed.
You intend to have $10? It’s yours now. The perceived time between having $0 and then $10 is an illusion of continuity. The consciousness loves continuity because it was raised on it. So continuity acts like a mechanism that delivers the money: someone gives it to you, you win it, you find it. But continuity isn’t what gives you the $10. Intention does—meaning, observation in awareness does. It’s instant.
When you bypass continuity— be it through shifting, manifestation, or states —you break the illusion. You observe a reality where you already have what you want. In that kind of observation, continuity collapses. You say “I have $10” and $10 simply exists.
So you could also say that illusions are everything that contradicts what you intend to be—because you are what you intend. And what you intend, you’re observing.
That’s why I say that: if you’ve been on your shifting journey for so long, you’re already a master shifter and can shift realities at will. The idea that you can’t, your struggles, doubts, etc—however valid they are—are illusions. Because you’ve been intending to be in your DR all this time. But you’re observing the illusions as facts, when they’re just illusions.
Picture awareness as a vast, dark cave that contains everything
Everything that was, is, could be ....is all there, but you can’t see it all at once, because it’s dark. But you know it’s all there, because you are aware of it.
Most people grow up standing under a fixed overhead light, only seeing what it shines on. They live their whole lives under it, thinking it’s the only reality. They don’t realize they can unhook the light and aim it elsewhere like a flashlight.
And so, when someone else shines their light into a different part of the cave—say, aliens, the paranormal, the void—others call them liars, deluded. But really, they’re just seeing what’s always been there, in a part of the cave most people never look at.
To observe something is to light it up. To shift, to manifest, to enter the void is to gain the ability to shine your light wherever you please. That’s why everything is real. That’s why nothing is fake.
You might argue all of this is assumption. And I would ask you: What is aware of the law of assumption, if not awareness itself?
You could say a divine being created all of this. And I’d ask: What is aware of that divine being, if not awareness?
You could say that being created awareness itself, and I’d still ask: Then what observed its creation? What was there to receive the experience?
You might say this entire logic is a self-looping ouroboros, like it’s only true because I’m observing a reality where it’s true. But I’d ask: What is aware of that concept, if not awareness itself?
What, if not awareness itself, is aware of the very ideas by which you disagree with me?
There is no experience without awareness. If there is no awareness, the experience collapses—because it was never observed.
“But all of that is assumption”
You can be aware of something without assuming it—but you can't assume something without being aware of it.
To put it another way: you can be aware of a reality without observing it, but you cannot observe something without being aware of it.
Imagine you just took a test. You're aware that there's a version of reality where you failed—but you're not observing that one. You're choosing to observe (assume) the one where you aced it.
So in my view, assumption is one of the many tools of observation, not the architect of reality itself.
-> and if you still think that folds in on itself as an assumption, know that there is no assumption without an awareness to observe it.
Multiverse theory and consciousness theory are both true because they meet in the same place: awareness.
The multiverse exists inside your awareness, because what guarantees that you experience those realities is awareness. Just like every religion is true. Every framework like law of assumption, multiverse, void, reality shifting is true within awareness. Because anything held in observation becomes real. You are only ever bound by what you observe.
Yes, there are multiple realities, versions of you, and outcomes. But even if you were to live in a Marvel-style multiverse, you still need awareness to experience it.
Even if a universe existed where awareness didn’t exist, the very fact that you’re imagining or experiencing that idea means awareness is present. If life could be experienced without awareness, it wouldn’t be life as we know it. It wouldn’t be experience.
There might be an idea so far beyond me it doesn’t even require awareness —but to experience it, I'd still need some version of awareness.
Maybe one day I’ll expand and become something so incomprehensible to who I am now that I no longer recognize myself. But even then, I will still be awareness. And awareness doesn’t grow. It doesn’t evolve. It doesn’t change. It’s constant.
Which is why I’d argue time isn’t real—because you, awareness, never move. You simply observe movement. You perceive change in the body affected by the change, but you never change.
But back to illusions:
Nothing is created. Everything is recognized.
Everything that ever was, is, or will be already exists in awareness because awareness is infinite. And the way we move through it is by observation.
So if nothing can be created—only observed, remembered, realized—then why did you ask me this if you already knew the answer?
Was it because you were observing me as a vehicle for that recognition?
Because the absence of knowledge becomes an illusion the moment you observe yourself as infinite awareness.
Just like these words I’m writing right now, they came to me the moment you asked.
And I’ll be honest, I don’t really know how to explain this part when it comes to other people. Because the truth is: my answer might come off as ignorant or dipped too far into solipsism it can no longer be considered as anything but.
Like… how could I possibly perceive or account for someone else's awareness? I can't step into their perspective. I can't feel what they feel or see what they see. All I can know is that the people I meet, the interactions I have, the different versions of them I experience; they all align with my own path, my observations, my emotional state, my projections. I manifested these versions of them based on my story, my focus. And maybe they manifested me too, and that’s how we meet in the middle.
But do I know for sure how that works for everyone? No, I can’t say I do. And to declare that everything I’m saying right now is the ultimate, absolute truth about reality would be ignorant. And ignorance is the breeding ground for illusions.
All I know is what shows up in my reality, what shifts when I shift. So I’m not going to pretend I have a universal answer. I just follow what resonates, what feels like it clicks into place within my reality. Maybe we’re all little gods bumping into each other at the frequency we’re meant to.
....Or maybe—just maybe—you reading this right now is the only awareness that exists, that ever has existed. And I’m just words on a screen, nothing more. The idea that there’s a person behind them, typing, breathing, existing somewhere beyond your eyes—what’s to say that’s not illusion? Because maybe you were always meant to find these words, to stumble across them at just the right moment. And realize the one thing you’ve always feared deep down:
That it’s only ever been you.
But what’s there to even tell? Well, what makes it true, what makes it real—is awareness. That’s the only measure. So it’s up to you. You decide where to cast that spotlight. What you observe, you confirm. What you turn away from dissolves. It’s not about what’s out there, it’s about what you choose to observe into being.
And maybe everything I just said is illusion. It’s up to you.
In sum:
You are only your awareness
What you point it at (observe), is
Observing is intention
Anything that contradicts intention is illusion and not real to the awareness that’s observing where it wants to be.
You can doubt, spiral, have contradicting assumptions, etc — all because they’re noise inside that observation. So long as you recognize the things you don’t want as illusion, the awareness has no choice but to observe them as such. It’s why I don’t vibe with “you don’t shift because you assume you’re stuck.” If anything, you don’t shift because you’re letting laws, restrictions, rules and anxiety keep the illusion propped up.
Nothing can chain you to its truth.
“oh but if you observe a reality where you can’t shift, that means you can’t shift”
First of all, it’s funny how you think that anything can stop you from shifting. Wtf is a little assumption to a powerful awareness that knows what it wants?
So then:
If you intend to shift, you observed the version where you already did. That means: you shifted. There’s no gap, no need to assume harder, feel it more vividly, or pass tests set by the mind.
The reason I don’t slap the non-duality label on my views is because I deeply believe that action–outcome is the vehicle through which awareness observes.
You observe - you are
You assume - you have
You attract - it comes
You pray - it answers
It’s not separate from awareness—it’s how awareness experiences itself. That mechanism can easily encompass the law of assumption, law of attraction, and all the rest. The real illusion, to me is the idea that you don’t already have what you want the moment you take action (intend) to have it. Action–outcome is just as non-negotiable in my view as the truth that all is awareness.
And all of that, everything I just said, can only exist because there is an awareness to observe it. Just like the concept that there’s a ‘me’ that wrote these words for you. And a ‘you’ that’ll read these words for me.
Sue me, but I think you’ll make more progress in five minutes of spiraling than in five years of trying to shift.
Hear me out:
Ever heard binaural beats? Put 528 Hz in one ear, 520 Hz in the other. You don’t actually hear either one directly. Your brain locks onto the difference: 8 Hz. Your awareness detects contradiction because it effectively responds to dissonance.
Reality works exactly like that. When you're fully holding:
“I already have it” AND “But I don’t see it right now,” you're living in a frequency clash.
The system hates that. Awareness can’t remain in pure contradiction. So it starts syncing to the resolution. It starts looking for that “8 Hz” that makes sense of the noise.
And when you crash out—when you’re crying, screaming, losing your mind over how the logic literally does not add up, because you KNOW, in every fiber of you, that this thing is yours but it’s not appearing—that moment is not a failure.
It’s not you wavering, it’s your awareness detecting a mismatch and equalizing.
The illusion is that you need to “believe better” or “assume more correctly” or “stay calm” for things to shift. Noooo. Realizing the bullshit is the gateway and crashing out is the recalibration. You're slamming two contradictory states together so hard that awareness is forced to adjust the observable reality to match your strongest signal— which, in that moment, is: “I KNOW I HAVE IT, BECAUSE I CAN’T INTEND TO HAVE SOMETHING AND NOT HAVE IT, SO IT MUST BE RIGHT HERE. I KNOW IT’S HERE, THE LACK IS FAKE!”
That creates movement. Five minutes of looking around at your CR like “I know I already have it, so what the fuck is this??” hits your awareness like a seismic wave.
Don’t fear the contradiction because you think wavering and checking the 3d kills your intention. Because the frequency of that dissonance is the only sound awareness can’t unhear.
“Wait, but won’t I then be observing a reality where I have it, but don’t see it?”
Well, is that what you intend? I know you’re smart. You intend to have your desire already. To shift. Now let go of this awful idea that they implanted in your mind, that if you check for proof, automatically you’re done for.
Check for proof, because if you don’t see it in front of your eyes right this second while intending to have it, then what you’re seeing simply isn’t real. Remember that the proof that you have your desire, is not seeing your desire itself, but the action (intention) you took to have that outcome.
I know you feel crazy. I know you’re practically tearing your hair out and wondering what the hell you’re doing wrong, why you’re not shifting.
But your logic is fine. Your sanity’s intact. What you’re feeling is the pressure of suppressed knowing. Like trying to sit calm in a burning building because someone told you you had to “trust.”
No. Scream. Bust the fucking door down. Delete Tumblr. Tell these bloggers (myself included) to shove their advice. You don’t need all of this, because you already know what’s yours. That’s why you can’t quit or let this go.
When you’re crashing out in tears, you’re not “blocking your manifestation,” you’re sweating it out like a fever breaking.
Stop thinking the dissonance means you’re wrong. It means you’re too right to ignore.
Caveat: the way I shifted after two years (more like a decade tbh, I’ve known about quantum jumping since I was ≈10) was by questioning the glitch, crashing out, and calling out the bullshit.
Even now, the way I continue to expand my consciousness, simplify my way of shifting/manifesting, and learn (realize) new things always comes back to:
“if I know w, have x, and can do y, THEN LOGICALLY I HAVE Z”
That’s why—to me—calling out the flaw in the illusion always works no matter what.
Thing I’m pasting here because I don’t want it in the FAQ(ing hell) that I’m working on. Something I should have made clearer a while ago, but I forget to clarify sdfghjklkjhghjk. This is how I see it:
Everyone’s observing a different version of reality. Some observe it through religion, others observe it through the law of assumption, others through the law of attraction, others through an amalgamation of their personal experiences. So on and so forth.
Whatever the lens, it’s shaped by what they observe, the framework they’re observing. That observation becomes their reality. And within that reality, they hold intentions.
Someone might say: “I want a new job,” and choose to pray for it—intention within a religious observation. Someone else might say: “I want a new phone,” and assume it’s already theirs—intention within the law of assumption. The point is, each person’s intention sits inside their chosen observation of reality.
Now, intention and observation aren’t separate. They’re the same movement. For example, if you’re a hard-core logic-based person and you decide to try the law of assumption, you’re making a shift in how you observe. You begin to say: “Everything I assume is automatically true.” So, you assume: “I already have the new phone.”
Then the contradictions start appearing—delays, doubts, lack, logic. But those are just remnants of your old observation: the one that said things take time, effort, struggle. Now that you’re observing differently, all those contradictions become illusions—remnants from a version of reality you're no longer feeding! Because it’s no longer your observation.
Because here’s the thing: once you observe through, say, assumption, everything not aligned with that assumption is unreal to you. It's wrong, irrelevant, background noise from a discarded lens. It’s now illusion. And within that observation, your intention must be fulfilled. Why? Because intention and observation are one act. Action -> outcome.
You can’t observe without intending, and you can’t intend without the observation already shifting to meet you. Just like if you take action -> it needs an outcome.
But here’s what most people fail to grasp: everything—law of assumption, law of attraction, dare I say religion—is observed by awareness. Awareness is the witness of it all. Pull back far enough, and you’ll see: it’s not the method, not the system, not the assumption—it’s awareness itself that makes it so. This is why awareness is all.
Whatever you intend in awareness already is. It doesn’t matter if you're a Christian who says “God will decide,” or someone who lives by assumption and says “I already have it”—if that intention exists within awareness, it is already done.
But because of your observation—your lens, your worldview—it will appear to unfold according to the rules of that belief. So yes, maybe there’s a delay. Maybe there are conditions. Maybe there’s waiting. But that’s just the shape your observation gives it. The truth beneath it, is that it’s already yours.
So let’s say you’re someone completely lost—no interest in the law of assumption, attraction, religion, none of it. You don’t want to subscribe to any framework. You just want your desire. Fine. So whatever you intend, is. That’s it. That’s the observation that cuts through all of it. No matter the system, no matter the dogma—it always comes back to that. Observe, intend, it is.
So you observe: I’m already in my desired reality/I’m shifting tonight. It’s done. And everything else (assume this, attract that, pray here, affirm or else) it’s noise. Collapse it by naming it when you see it. Time? Illusion. Delay? Illusion. Resistance? Illusion. Call it out. Obliterate it. Stay fixed in the awareness that what you intend is, and reality has no choice but to yield.
It’s like this: delay, doubt, the feeling of “not yet”—those aren’t real barriers. They’re just the remnants of your old observation, the remnants of a paradigm you were immersed in for so long it became second nature. That paradigm said things like: it takes time, you’re not there yet, you have to work for it, you have to earn it, you have to wait. That’s the script you’ve been following unconsciously. Even if you now intend otherwise, that old script can still play out because you are observing it. Not because it's true—but because you're still watching its rerun, still mistaking the illusion for reality.
So why doesn’t it drop instantly? Because illusions have momentum. Your awareness was soaked in that previous structure, reinforced again and again by feeling, belief, and the world reflecting it back to you. So even after you’ve made the shift, your senses might still scream “See? It hasn’t changed!” And you agree with it. You don’t agree with frustration, or doubt, because wavering doesn’t matter. But with intention.
You go on, and you say “look, the illusion didn’t drop, so I’m going to try out this new method and technique—” uh uh. Excuse me?
You took the trash out of your house, walked back in, and are now shitting all over the floor. And then you complain about it, as if you didn’t shit all over the floor.
You don’t have to ignore the lack, or pretend it isn’t happening, not kill your own doubts or pretend your CR isn’t affecting you—just call it what it is: illusion. And die on that hill. Refuse to do anything else.
But here’s the trap—if you call out the illusion and it doesn’t instantly collapse, your first instinct is to bow to it again. “See?” you say. “It’s still not here. I still don’t have it.” And just like that, you're kneeling before the very thing you seek to dismantle.
Your current reality does not define you. Because for it to define you, it means you are bound to only one observation. But you are awareness. And you are infinite. Do you get that?
Every framework—assumption, attraction, prayer—still loops back to awareness as the observer. And if awareness intends I have it, then the only thing ever keeping you from seeing that is what you keep defining as truth. Stop granting power to anything that tells you otherwise. Stop identifying the noise as truth.
Whatever you intend—is. End of story. Whatever you want, is yours. Whatever you observe, you see. Whatever you do, becomes.
In sum/TLDR:
Awareness observes all systems; the law of assumption, the law of attraction, even religion—all of them are just lenses awareness peers through. And whatever awareness observes, it becomes.
So— If I observe that “things take time,” then that’s the law I live under. My desire will not come right away, not because it's not mine, but because I intended so by observing a reality where delay exists. The awareness must obey my observation, because I am awareness.
But if within that, I intend to have something instantly, then it has to happen instantly because it’s no longer a part of that observation; therefore I’m no longer observing that it takes time. I’m observing that it’s instant!
That’s why: whatever you intend, is. And whatever contradicts what you intend, is illusion. Illusion isn’t “the laptop I’m typing on isn’t real.”
It’s “I’m not typing on a laptop right now, I’m writing on a typewriter. So if I see myself typing on a laptop—the laptop is illusion.” It’s what contradicts what you intend.
The point of me saying all of this is: it doesn’t matter what religion you are, what your traumas are, what your circumstances are, what framework you identify with, it doesn’t matter. If you intend to have something, then it’s already yours.
And you need to dry your tears, and know that everything that contradicts what you intend is not real to you unless you say it is. (because intention moves with observation, and observation moves with intention, because they’re the same, same movement).
And then. And then you reach the end of this. And you ask. AND YOU ASK. “If I intend to be in my DR right now, (i’m trembling as i’m writing this), “then whyyyy. Why. Do I still see my CR, and it didn’t collapse immediately. Even after I observe that it’s instant. What more. Do I need to do? How do I collapse the illusion. Why is there a delay? What else do I need to do to collapse it?”
You are.
(I am going to throw my phone across the room)
You are using. ILLUSION LOGIC. TO QUESTION WHY YOU’RE STILL SEEING THE ILLUSION. You are using. ILLUSION LOGIC. to point out that your desire is delayed.
“Oh, all of this isn’t real because it’s not what I intend,,, so I wonder what more I need to do to make it collapse, you know, because I still see it :)”
Are you kidding me.
“but what do I do—” Illusion logic. To question why it’s not yours yet.
“Oh but my CR environment is killing me, and my mental health—” I know. I know. I’m not telling you to ignore it, or act like it doesn’t affect you.
You can cry and sob and scream and doubt ALLLL while twerking in the face of the illusion.
When I start tweaking while writing these posts, that’s how I know it’s time to end them :(
Hi, Clover! What advice would you give someone who has done everything, read every post, and now just feels lost, doesn't know what to do, or what the thing is that works for them? In my case, it's been 5 years, and even though I haven't outright said it in a while, nothing has worked for me. Guided meditations, robotic affirmations, shifting through a lucid dream, astral projection, regular methods (raven, julia, etc.) the phase/OBE, falling asleep with the intention of waking up there, pure consciousness - nothing has worked. Yes, I know that this is an assumption in itself but I gotta say it at this point. 😭
Simply deciding and forgetting about it works for other things, but somehow not for shifting, and I'm kindaaa getting desperate.
My point is, every time I read a post (which isn't as often anymore) about LOA and shifting, I feel like I've been the same point over and over again: I read something, go "oh, that's right. I AM in my reality! This time will be different" and before I know it, so much time (I know time isn't real, there is only the present, but still) has passed and nothing has changed. Every time I spiral, I go back to the mindset of having what I want, but still nothing.
I just feel lost and don't really know where to go from here. I love your posts, especially the one about no attempt being a failed attempt, but unfortunately I haven't had that "OHHHHH!" moment. I understand the concept on an intellectual level, but applying it is not as easy for me, I don't know why. It's like nothing, and I mean nothing, actually sticks to my brain, if that makes sense. Everyone says to "just decide!" but what do I actually do if that hasn't worked for me? If I've been deciding over and over, and even took action just to wake up to the same reality? Where do I go from here? Shifting is personal and everyone has what works for them, but how do you know what works for you if nothing has worked so far? I also feel like this mindset of even those underlying assumptions you may have dictating your reality makes me even more confused because I never know if I'm truly in the state of a master shifter, or if there is something I subconsciously assume through some of my thought processes that assumes a reality where I don't shift. It's like... if I'm the god of my reality and everything, and yi mean EVERYTHING comes from me, why is it then that deciding I'll wake up in my waiting room, for example, hasn't worked so far, even though I keep trying to remind myself that I am the source of everything there is? The "3d" (there is no objective outer reality, only I AM 🙂↕️) doesn't have a timelag or anything, so if I'm not where I want to be right now, that means I'm not in the state of being that person, right? In that case, what now? I wish someone could just look into my head and tell me what to do and how to do it in a way that works for me
Sorry, I didn't plan for this to become super long but my brain just kept putting out more and more stuff I've been thinking of. I'd really like to hear your thoughts on this, because at this point, I don't know what to do and I'm genuinely scared I'll never be able to experience my MHA dr with my senses 🥹💔
You know what? I’m going to be honest. I get a lot of asks like yours—people telling me about their journey, what they’re going through, everything that’s weighing them down. And I sympathize. A lot, because I see myself in everyone.
Maybe you’re the lucky one who made me snap. Or this is a sign specifically for you. I have no idea. And I’m not saying this to sound cold, but I’m not really qualified to answer these kinds of questions. Not in the traditional way.
Not because I don’t care—but because my advice for this isn’t polished or gentle. My advice comes from having been there. I was the one crashing out, crying, spiraling. “My life sucks.” “My brain doesn’t work.” “ADHD is ruining everything.” “Nothing lets me shift.” “The law of assumption doesn’t work.” “Manifesting doesn’t work.” “Affirming doesn’t work.” Nothing. Worked.
Until I said: fuck it.
I gave up. Fully. Not in some “take a break and meditate” way. Nope. I lost it. I said:
This 👏 doesn’t 👏 fucking 👏 make 👏 sense.
If shifting is something my awareness already knows how to do, and I’ve intended to be in my DR, to be a master shifter or whatever—to hell and back— “there is no reason that I should not be able to shift tonight.”
And that’s when the incoherence snapped. The whole thing crumbled. I crashed out. Mentally, emotionally, spiritually. I hit the bottom and said: It literally does not make sense for this not to work. That was the key.
That was MY key. I have no idea what yours is. I don’t know what makes you snap, but guarantee that whatever it is— there’s your answer.
That insanity, zero-point of surrender, not in sadness, but with a “fuck it, screw this” mentality made the illusion collapse. Reality had no choice but to follow me.
And listen. I’m not telling you to hurt yourself. I’m not telling you to damage your mental health, or chase collapse just to prove a point. But if you’re asking me what to do when NOTHING is working, my answer will always be this:
Let it eat you alive.
Horrible advice, I’m aware. And I say that as someone who is not mentally strong in the slightest and can be persuaded to [redacted] at the snap of a finger.
Let the doubt, the fear, the grief, the failure devour you. Let it bite and maul and tear and gnaw at you. And then? Let it spit you out.
And yeah, that’s why I say I’m not really qualified to answer these asks the “right” way. Because it’s always going to sound something like:
“I can’t focus.” Okay, then stop trying to focus.
“I fall asleep when I shift.” Good—then sleep.
“I can’t fall asleep.” Cool—then stay awake.
“I feel like giving up.” Then give up.
Let your awareness pull you in the direction it wants to go. Because it’s already leading you to your DR.
You intended. That’s it. So whatever your mind, your heart, your energy does next—follow it. Even if it looks chaotic. Even if it looks like quitting, even if it looks like you’re losing your mind.
You want to take away from this: “I guess I’m giving up on shifting”?
Fine. Go ahead. Give up.
But what if giving up is the exact thing that finally lets it click? What if giving up feels so intensely wrong and incoherent that you circle right back because “hang on, I’m supposed to shift.”
That’s the part no one wants to say, but I will.
And look, I could sit here and tell you that the reason you're not shifting is because of your assumptions, or because you didn’t meditate, or you breathed wrong in the void, or you blinked wrong in the hypnagogic state, or whatever the fuck state you're in. But let’s be real, there’s only so many times a person can be told they’re doing something wrong before they start to feel insane.
And you’re not insane. You’re not broken. You’re not crazy for feeling like nothing works. You're not wrong for feeling stuck. You're human, and it fucking. hurts.
But at some point that pain eats itself, and the contradiction gets so loud that it collapses under its own weight—because it doesn’t make sense. It does not make sense to try and try and try, for months or years, and not shift. It defies logic. It’s insane. And that insanity is where the truth shows itself.
Because if you’ve been on this journey this long, that alone is proof it’s already done. The moment you intended it, it was yours. The problem is that you think there’s a problem. So you questioned it. You handed your awareness over to others; asking people, asking blogs, asking strangers, why haven’t I shifted?
But why the fuck would I know? Me??
What the fuck does anyone know about your journey? What could I possibly say that overrides your awareness? Your intention?
Nothing.
I have no say.
No outer source has a say over you, and that includes your circumstances.
No person, no method, no voice outside of you holds the authority.
I know it sounds backwards and counterintuitive and stupid to say “Ohh you’re not doing anything wrong” when you feel so wrong. But that’s the very contradiction you need to let eat you alive. Dwell in it! Let it rip you up and spit you out!
Because when you crash—really crash—you finally see:
It’s literally impossible to do something and not have the outcome of it. And anything that says otherwise is illusion trying to keep its grip on you, so BEAT IT 👏 WITH 👏 A CHAIR
You can’t shift, you’re still in your CR, and you’ll never have your desire
Do you know what’s really funny? It’s that you’re out here feeding yourself a script that you don’t even believe in. Because I guarantee that the title made you pause, scroll back, and read this post with a critical eye as you get ready to not believe a word of it.
But it comes so naturally when you tell it to yourself, huh?
You’ve built this narrative about yourself that you swear is real, when I guarantee you don’t believe in it at all. Imagine you ask me:
“Why am I still not in my DR? Why don’t I have my desire? Why does every attempt to shift fail?”
And I answer:
“Because you’re worthless. Because you’re stupid. Because you can’t shift or manifest for shittt. Because you’re literally the one person on earth who can’t shift. Because you’re not worthy of your desire. Because you’ve done everything wrong, never even tried, and you’re doing it all incorrectly.”
Instantly, you go:
“Wait, what? How dare you! No way. I’ve put in the work, I’ve intended. I am worthy of my DR. I can shift. I can have my desire. Why are you telling me this? You have no clue what you’re talking about!”
You reject it. You’re defensive because it sounds absurd. But the second you list the same reasons to yourself, you swallow it whole. You believe it.
And then you realize the punchline: when the exact same message comes from an outside party, someone irrelevant, you shrug it off. You don’t believe it at all. What does that show you? That all external noise doesn’t matter, because deep down you know the truth. Isn’t that just the funniest, most absurd thing?
But fine, let’s say you’re reading this and you’re like: “Well, yeah, Clover, I do hate myself. I do think I’m worthless. Thanks for nothing.”
Okay.....great! You’re completely right, you’re worthless :) And you don’t shift because you didn’t intend to be in your DR :) in fact, I bet you’re not someone who can’t shift at all, right?
If the above agreement makes you want to punch me in the face, congratulations. It makes you want to argue with me because you know that’s not true. That spark of defensiveness is you knowing, deep down, that only what you define is real. And the reality is that you can shift.
You ask me “Why am I not in my DR?” and I tell you: “Because you’re in your CR. You’re still here!”
And instantly, you’re like “Are you kidding me? I’ve intended to be in my DR, I am in my DR.” See how fast you reject it? That’s the whole point. You already know outside noise isn’t the authority.
But if your case is:
“No, if you told me I can’t shift, I’ll just believe it more, so this isn’t very helpful to me”
So very gently, I’m pointing out that you’ve already handed me the keys. You’re letting me, an irrelevant outside source, decide what’s real for you. That means you’re not actually holding the authority—you’ve outsourced it.
Or rather.....you think you’ve outsourced it.
The only reason you’re even here, reading about shifting, trying to manifest, is because you already believe you have the ability to change reality!! The act of trying is proof you think you’re the one in control!!!!
It’s like saying “I know I’ll never win the lottery” while still buying a ticket every week. If you truly believed you couldn’t win, you wouldn’t waste the money. You wouldn’t even be in line at the gas station with the ticket in your hand.
So no, the problem isn’t that I could “confirm” anything for you. The problem is you’ve been pretending you’re powerless while constantly proving you’re not.
Let’s say you really do think you’re worthless, incapable of shifting, the one person alive who can’t do it. Now imagine I tell you: Stop trying. Just give it up. Never attempt to shift again.
What’s your gut reaction? It’s rolling your eyes at me, because “oh here’s this bitch who thinks she knows what she’s talking about.”
Or you’d consider it. You could take it as the sign you needed to quit shifting. But you’d probably feel that stubborn little spark, the “But I don’t want to stop. I actually do want to keep trying.”
Why? What does that tell you?
It tells you you’re not actually convinced you’re incapable. If you were, you’d shrug and walk away. The fact that you keep coming back means there’s a part of you that already knows you can do it, but you’re just smothering it under a bunch of false stories.
(side note: if this offended you in any way, I’m very sorry, and I want to make it clear that my point isn’t to belittle you. It’s to show you that your actions are already contradicting the negative story you’ve been telling yourself.
The fact that you’re reading posts about shifting, testing out techniques, and even questioning why you’re “not there yet” means you’re already operating from the observation that it’s possible for you. If you genuinely believed you couldn’t shift, you wouldn’t be here. You wouldn’t be asking, you wouldn’t be trying, and you wouldn’t be disagreeing with me. You’d have already closed the book and walked away. See?)
The HOW comes after intention. You don’t fulfill your intention by figuring out the HOW.
That’s kind of my new mantra from now on, because this all hit me after I shifted two nights ago. Not with any method, no ritual, no step-by-step; just me, lying there, holding the intention like “eh, fuck everything, I’m shifting.” I let my mind drift while reminding myself I was shifting and that whatever happened, happened. I fell into hypnagogia, and just held the intention. And then I woke up in my main DR again.
The whole point of this (without rambling forever) is that we get so tangled up in the how. (and I’m so guilty of this too). “What method should I use? Am I doing it right? Am I screwing it up? What’s the step-by-step?” And it just becomes this endless stress spiral. But it’s so much simpler than that.
So when people say “all you need to shift/manifest is decision,” they don’t just mean you’ll spawn there in the blink of an eye. Or that your desire will be handed to you out of nowhere.
The case could also be that the intention to shift alone is enough to carry you through hypnagogia, the void, a lucid dream, sleep paralysis, or any other state that you’d like to shift from. Or that your intention to have any desire is enough to make you observe a reality where all is moving in your favor according to the continuity of that reality.
And your job isn’t to control the how, but to just control the fact that you’re going to shift. Or manifest.
Let yourself feel shitty. Let yourself feel frustrated. Let your circumstances be whatever they are. None of that matters as long as you keep holding the intention. That’s it.
If you’re shifting, for example, all you really need is: I’m shifting. Whatever happens, happens. That intention alone sets up the path. It’s infinitely easier if you stop micromanaging reality and just trust the intention. Whatever the fuck happens, it’s all carrying you toward the outcome you already planted.
So in the context of manifesting as a whole, what if you started interpreting all the negativity (the spiraling, the failure, the doubt, the confusion, the “why the hell isn’t it working”) as the right path? Not to make peace with dangerous and abusive situations, of course, I’d never say that. This is mostly when you just....don’t know what the fuck to do anymore. So what if, at your own pace and comfort, you gave in like the meme of the dog sitting in the middle of the—hang on me insert it here
What then? Think about it. You still have the intention, you didn’t drop it, so everything you’re going through is automatically part of “the bridge of incidents.”
That’s what Neville called it, but really it’s just the reminder that you don’t need a “how,” you don’t need to calculate the steps, you don’t need to keep poking reality. You just need an intention, to decide where you’re going, and know it’s already unfolding. That’s it.
Everything between now and there is “the bridge,” according to Neville. Even the stuff that looks contradictory, even the stuff that looks ugly, even the shit that feels like a setback. You don’t have to pretend it’s not happening, you don’t have to close your eyes and fake positivity. Freedom might just be treating it all as the road curving toward the thing you already claimed the moment you intended.
The bridge will build itself. The wood, bricks and scaffolding aren’t your job to micromanage. Contradicting circumstances aren’t in charge, you are. So if your manifestation looks kind of messy and all over the place right now, you don’t have to fear it, you don’t have to shove it away or try to “act as if” or any of that. You just trust that it’s one of the countless steps that couldn’t possibly block what’s already yours.
And here’s where observation comes in: The second you look at your current circumstances and say “oh shit, I must’ve failed, I need to start over,” what you’ve actually done is picked up a new intention: the intention that you lost it. And now you’re walking that bridge instead. Every time you declare “restart,” “I need to try again,” “I ruined it”— you’re pointing your intention somewhere else.
That’s why trusting the bridge matters so much. Even if your reality looks completely backwards, even if it feels like the opposite of what you wanted, that’s still the bridge doing its thing. Maybe it feels backwards because you’re expecting the bridge to look neat and pretty, all lined up like a grand staircase. But what if the bridge looks like detours, panic, thinking you’ve messed everything up? What if that’s the process? The difference is whether you observe it as “failure” or as “the right path.”
That means every time you wake up after intending to shift and you didn’t—that’s the right path. Every time the manifestation looks delayed or sideways—that’s the right path. You can decide it’s the right path. And the second you decide that, it is.
Oh, you intended for something to happen and it immediately didn’t? How do you know it didn’t? How do you know it isn’t already in the process, unfolding in ways you can’t yet see? How do you know that in the background, the pieces aren’t already moving, arranging themselves, creating the exact conditions for you to receive what you want? How do you know? You don’t.
The moment you decide something is yours, life will begin arranging a sequence of events (incidents, encounters, shifts, breakdowns, breakthroughs)as a bridge from where you are now to the fulfillment of that intention. You cannot intend to have something, and then not have it.
That’s why I say anything that doesn’t show you what you want right now is illusionary—it’s noise, it’s filler, it’s being propped up with cheap popsicle sticks as reality is moving through to line things up.
Say that when you finally shift (and you will) you’ll look back and realize: oh, if that failure hadn’t happened, I wouldn’t have tried this new angle. If I hadn’t burned out, I wouldn’t have dropped resistance. If I hadn’t quit for a while, I wouldn’t have stumbled on the thing I needed to do.
The bridge often looks stupid, even cruel. But in hindsight, it’s always perfect. For example, (and this is an isolated personal case) if I had first shifted earlier, before I did, I would’ve landed in a version of my DR that wouldn’t have made me happy. I’d have been disappointed and regretful. But I didn’t shift then—I shifted when it lined up, when the version matched me exactly. And now I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
That’s the point: Hold to the intention above all else, and it will carry you through, in whatever way the “how” arises.
Ways intention getting fulfilled can sometimes look like intention failing (examples)
Manifestation: Suppose you want to manifest $1000 for whatever reason. And the way you want this to happen is by having a specific person give it to you. That person doesn’t give you the $1000, and you get frustrated. You think, “Well, whatever, I guess I failed.” But then something else happens (you win a raffle, or your job gives you a bonus, you suddenly get a refund you weren’t expecting, or another person, place or thing comes in allowing you to obtain the $1000). Because your intention wasn’t “so-and-so gives me $1000.” Your intention was simply to have the $1000.
Now, let’s say for shifting: You really want to be in your DR. You do a method, but it doesn’t work. You wake up in your CR the next day thinking, “What the fuck? I intended to shift. Why am I still here?” You get frustrated all day, can’t sleep that night, and finally crash at 6 AM. With only an hour left before work. But then, in that single window of REM sleep, your awareness is just malleable enough that you shift to your DR.
Another shifting example: You want to be a master shifter so badly. All you want is to shift at will, but you’re stuck in the stage of spontaneous shifts and mini-shifts. You consume a perfect mental diet, intending to be a master shifter, but after countless tries, it still doesn’t work. You feel powerless and frustrated. Finally, you give up on all the methods and decide to just meditate. And then you discover—you shift easily from meditation.
Another manifesting example: You intend to find a job because you need money for a better life. You apply to a hundred jobs, hear back from none, and face rejection after rejection. You’re frustrated, questioning everything. You vent to a friend, who then casually mentions their workplace has an opening. You apply, get it, and the job pays even better than all the others you were stressing over.
Shifting again: You’ve tried to shift to your DR for years. Methods, tips, tricks, nothing works. Finally, you give up and focus on another area of your life. You decide to manifest something else you need, maybe for a health issue to go away.Whatever it is that you did to manifest works so well for you, that one day you try it with shifting—and suddenly, it works. You shift.
Manifesting again: You want to move out of your parents’ house, but you have no money, no job, and they won’t let you. Three years pass while you’re trying to manifest it, and nothing happens. Then, out of nowhere, everything falls into place; you land a job, find a new place to live easily, and move out. Looking back, you realize if it had happened earlier, it wouldn’t have aligned perfectly—you would have had to sacrifice one or two things. Now, you have it exactly as you wanted.
Another shifting case: You want to shift so badly, but you’ve lost all motivation. You can’t stomach another attempt, and you’re stuck in limbo. One night you just say “Fuck it. I intend to be in my DR right now.” No method, no effort, just intention. Suddenly, an urge hits you in the moment: act as if you’re your DR self. And that very spontaneous act shifts you.
For the void: You want to enter the void to manifest everything—clear skin, your dream body, perfect health, to live in your dream city, have your dream job. You try so hard, but you never get there. You question whether the void is even real, and why you could never manifest from it. Then, everything starts falling into place anyway. Void or not. Your skin clears up, your body changes, opportunities align, and suddenly you’re living the life you wanted. You look back and wonder “If I never entered the void… why did I get all this?” The answer: because intention always prevails.
You can quit shifting, quit manifesting, quit everything. But as long as you still keep the intention, and keep your awareness pointed at it, nothing can stop you. Because at the end of the day, it’s never about how it happens. It’s about the fact that it does.
Failure is demoralizing and demotivating. It makes you spiral, makes you want to give up. But what is failure in the face of intention? In the face of desire? In the face of something you can’t let go of, no matter what reality throws at you? Manifestation and shifting, as I see them, are simply observing your desired outcome until all other outcomes/realities collapse to show you the one you want.
It’s not about “trust the process” or “rejection is redirection.”
When you hit failure, what if you think: “Hm. So it wasn’t this path. But it’s still moving.” Because you can’t stop moving toward something that’s already yours—unless you turn around completely.
*mandatory disclaimer that this isn’t the case for everyone and everything all the time. Take it if it resonates, discard if it doesn’t. Please.
