Revenge. To Klaus, it was all very simple. The feeling was so familiar by now, that he barely needed to think before acting. The hybrid had always been impulsive. With the werewolf gene it was nothing odd or strange, and when growing up with the father they had had, the reason behind his behavior soon became even more obvious. Who could really blame him, after all? However, what his siblings had done to him had been wrong in every way. Foolish. Did they really expect him to let them get away with taking another casket from him? Stealing it? Klaus hadn’t grown soft. He did respect the bond of family, but he wouldn’t accept the treatment they were now giving him. Perhaps he had his own way of seeing things, of making things happen, but his intentions weren’t all bad or evil, as others might call it. Klaus still did only wish for his family to be reunited. For not to be alone. To everyone else, it all seemed to be rather simple. That was why they never were able to understand him, nor his actions. Though Rebekah was one who had always been open towards him. Someone who had actually tried to understand what was going through his head. His thoughts, his behavior. It was safe to say, that she was also the one who had got the closest to doing so. To figure him out. She was his sister, and he held her dearly. He had made a few mistakes, but during the last weeks they seemed to have been able to move past that. But it turns out, he had been very wrong about that matter. Rebekah had been the one to betray him the most. The one to stab him in the back, when he had started to trust her once again. Trust no one but yourself. More than ever, he was going to listen to those words.
He was driven by his vengefulness, and coming up with a way to get back at his sister was not hard at all. In fact, she had made it very easy for him to do so. Too easy. The werewolf she had taken a liking in, was not hard for him to find. Not too hard to get a hold of either, since his wolf gene didn’t exactly give him much unless it was a full moon. She would be furious with him, that he was sure of, but it was also why Klaus was doing it in the first place. He had no tolerance for those who disappointed him. He had entrusted her with the location of the caskets, and immediately she had went to Elijah, telling him all about it. Klaus did not only feel betrayed. He was surprised, taken aback, that Rebekah of all people would do such a thing to him. She had always been the one to love him, to accept him, and now she had done the complete opposite. She would come to regret that. As soon as she noticed how the werewolf wasn’t around anymore, she would know what had happened. Realize that these were the consequences she would have to take. Klaus had not only found the boy, but almost literally had dragged him all the way to an empty, old building in the outskirts of town. The hybrid was not tender at all, and did not bother trying to spare him any pain. Matt was a werewolf after all, which would give his blood the same ability to heal as a vampire’s. Though he would still feel the pain, and that was exactly what Klaus was going to use to his own advantage.
“Such a pity Rebekah isn’t here to save you, hm?” Forcing the boy into a smaller room, he pushed him down hard on the floor, then made sure to have the door closed behind him. They were not alone of course, his hybrids following him just about everywhere. Only a few were present though, all of them outside of the room, outside of the house even, making sure there would be no unwanted visitors. Turning around again, he laughed dryly, shaking his head while pursing his lips. It was obvious that he was not in a good mood. Matt had every right to fear him, and fear for his life as well. “I’m afraid…” Walking towards the boy again, he looked down at him, deprecative. “… you will have to manage without her for now.” A smirk suddenly showed, and without further notice, he stamped down hard somewhere between the boy’s knee and ankle, hearing the cracking sound as he did so. A small fracture, nothing serious. It would never be serious, since it would heal again in only seconds. “Now, let’s make this a bit more interesting, shall we?” Raising his voice, he swirled around again, heading for a small table in the back. Putting on a glove on his right hand, he then picked up the brittle plant laying there, this way avoiding the pain the toxic herb would inflict himself. “I’m sure you have heard of wolfsbane.” Once again turning to face the werewolf, he held the herb up in front of him, studying it closely. “A very unpleasant thing, indeed. Though very useful when you wish to hurt any kind of werewolf.” The smirk on his face witnessed about how satisfied he was with the situation, even though it would most likely get him in trouble as well. Rebekah would be furious. But for now, it was Klaus’ moment to have his vengeance. Not only did he enjoy having his family pay for their mistake, but he also quite enjoyed getting the opportunity to actually torture someone again. It was, after all, very entertaining.
Changes? I'd like to change the FC to Danneel Ackles and the house to Slytherin as well, if that would work?
