when the “I’m about to turn 30” hits 🥴 I’m actually feeling pretty good about it overall, but then I wake up yesterday morning with knee pain that doesn’t go away… OOOF!! Im not ready for that! I am not superwoman. My body doesn’t always do what I want it to (Particularly my brain #ADHDLife ) . And there’s times I have to step back and do what’s best for me that day. It was a strictly upper body only workout today. Tomorrow it could be some light yoga. On my worst day, it could be a guided meditation. For over 350 days, I have continued my commitment to checking in with my body every day in whatever way feels right. I will continue to stress how life changing it has been, particularly with my ADHD and overall mental welllness. Movement is the medicine y’all!
