If u canât answer itâs fine but this came to me while I was on the train listening to music
If any of the vsmp cast were a boss in a video game, what would the background track be?
Will be the first to admit Iâm very biased towards a certain game since Iâve been playing it for like 5 years atp but

(The guy in the artwork is also a vampire in the game)
that's honestly not a bad pick! very dramatic, i feel like scott wouldn't be satisfied with not having vocals in his track so this is good lol. I do feel like it's a bit overly dramatic in places, some parts feel desperate/very intense in ways that don't quite match scott's composure. the soft end is very good though, leaves you hanging a little as to wether you're the one who ended it or he simply chose to stop
ok so I'm also gonna be biased and narrow this to one video game, otherwise i know this'll take me days to answer for listening to the soundtrack of every game i own just to get a good vibe. so i'll go with the game whose soundtrack i've probably listened to the most:
Which hollow knight boss tracks fits each vsmp vampire (+ abolish)?
Track names are bold for easier searching
Abolish: Mantis Lords. It's fast-paced but still grounded, invites into the dance of a skilled hunter. maybe even Nosk, if we're going for pure fight aura; he is really scary to fight, after all, though nosk is far less subtle about it. there's no deception there
Owen: Sealed Vessel, 100%. vicious fight that escalates before Owen himself starts seeing the afterlife and helps you kill him so he can be with Louis, while not quite wanting to die either
Legundo: on a similar note, Pure Vessel! i imagine this would be vampire legundo, desperate to die after being made into a monster and losing himself to the bloodlust. great contrast between the actions (gameplay/attacks) and the thoughts (music)
I feel like giving Scott Radiance would boost his ego way too much lol. The Grimm Troupe (normal grimm's song) fits a lot better, what with the organ and vampiric themes of the fight
Shelby: probably Hornet! more playful than threatening, though the fast-paced section does bring a lot of the inherent danger of vampirism
Pyro: Dream Battle. the heavy strings create a good oppressive atmosphere, while never feeling overly threatening. the whispers in the background make it really eerie, which is good for his tier three look. there is also some urgency in the higher strings, which again does well for the desperation of this character
Apo: something a bit desperate fits really well so her, so i'll go with False Knight. the percussions bring a lot of urgency and the string's melodies are really melancholic, which goes well with the character imo
Cleo: Broken Vessel, both for the fitting name and somber vibes. there is a little bit of hope through the despair though, this is someone who's just re-learning to exist after being basically possessed for so long, there's a lot of trauma that comes with it and the track suits that.
Drift: the final one! as funny as it sounds, I think Dung Defender fits her really well. It's hopeful and playful, a show that she isn't scared anymore and feels empowered by the vampirism (even if only on the surface) the faster strings towards the middle do well to brings that up, adding a little bit of doubt/urgency. it's like the music backing up her attempts at pretending she's okay
