Changes on CI-Bonfire
i've been a long time fan of Bonfire framework, many of my php projects involving Bonfire as my codebase including wujudkan.com, but today, i've just git pull the repository to find out and update my clone, and decided to give it a run, and by surprise they changes a lot of the structure, i almost couldn't recognized. the change is almost on everything, installation folder, application folder, and codeigniter base system, but one thing i can't fully understand about public/install folder, i know it's the 'face' of the application, but why? now the my vhost config have to pointed to apps/public/ instead of apps/ folder it self, because the bootstrap file is in the public

Screencasting
i'm playing a lot with screencasting now, recording tips, howtos, and some other light resources that i could thinking of by using my screen as recording arena.
currently i'm recording a how to about how to connect three different mysql system, and create a cluster. i use Virtual Machine to create/manipulate an environment that i have 3 different machine.
Using ScreenFlow as a tool to record all the screencast, it's a fantastic tool, the editing feature is awesome, adding/deleting media is a breeze.

current workflow
as the task and other things coming in, the code changes rapidly, now the team is 5 people right now, need a better solution for our scm workflow, we were working on svn, but somewhat it is become so obsolete. and yes, like other cool guy, we use git as our new code repos.
since creating new git server on our own server is takes time, we decided using the existing git service, and bitbucket is kindly giving its users a free of charge for private repo.
beside our addiction to git, we also communicate to each other using collaboration tool, it's Asana, it's a great service, because just five of us right now, the service is free for small team, that's plus.
in asana beside we assigning task to each other sometimes, we also share lots of file, running between folder to share file is annoying, we use dropbox as our primary sharing service, as asana already adopted open dropbox feature, so basically we live in the cloud right now, all our files is in the cloud.

Things to worry about: Worry about courage Worry about Cleanliness Worry about efficiency Worry about horsemanship Worry about… Things not to worry about: Don’t worry about popular opinion Don’t worry about dolls Don’t worry about the past Don’t worry about the future Don’t worry about growing up Don’t worry about anybody getting ahead of you Don’t worry about triumph Don’t worry about failure unless it comes through your own fault Don’t worry about mosquitoes Don’t worry about flies Don’t worry about insects in general Don’t worry about parents Don’t worry about boys Don’t worry about disappointments Don’t worry about pleasures Don’t worry about satisfactions Things to think about: What am I really aiming at? How good am I really in comparison to my contemporaries in regard to: (a) Scholarship (b) Do I really understand about people and am I able to get along with them? (c) Am I trying to make my body a useful instrument or am I neglecting it?
In a 1933 letter to his 11-year-old daughter Scottie, F. Scott Fitzgerald produced this poignant and wise list of things to worry, not worry, and think about – the best father’s advice since John Steinbeck’s letter to his son on falling in love and this beautiful letter to 16-year-old Jackson Pollock by his dad.
