However over 500 years there must have been changes to the language so the khaenriah kaeya is used to is going to be different form what was spoken in king irmin times

So when he finally does meet another kheanrihan someone who speaks his homes language, Kaeya is most likely going to be kinda rusty to speaking and understanding it (yes this is massive angst potential but I want to think about the potentially funny situations this could bring)

Kaeya is going to STRUGGLE to understand Dainslief because This is the difference of modern English to Shakespearean English

Mondstadt might be a peaceful city but it sure is not crimeless. It's just that people usually do crime for chaotic good. I mean, their own archon forged THE Rex Lapis's signature to scare off human traffickers. His children are surely to follow in his footsteps.

I say this because I have no doubt that Lisa had... unsavoury methods to force Jean (and sometimes Kaeya) to go to sleep and rest. Her midnight tea talks always end with her friends asleep on the couch somehow, carefully tucked in.

I kinda don't like the idea of Kaeya taking up a leadership role post-Abyss Celestia Conflict climax. A man who had the weight of so much on his shoulders at such an early age being thrust into another life-altering crushing fate just doesn't make me feel good. We know Kaeya likes working in the shadows, we know that Kaeya hates it when the attention is on him (Jean's Party and his Prince Qubad Hangout Route), so the thought of him having to handle so much while being in the spotlight makes me so sad because man, his wants are being casted aside AGAIN. Give the man some peace after all the shit he had to carry oh my god.

Love FTM Kaeya so much but it's a little messed up how being FTM is not his biggest identity problem. Like. He had the realization that he's trans and went "ok great. That's awesome. I fully believe that when Crepus brought up the idea of officially adopting Kaeya into the family, it took Diluc five business days to comprehend what it means. Because what do you mean "bringing Kaeya into the family"?? Kaeya IS family?

Crepus told Kaeya he wanted to adopt him and asked if Kaeya wanted that as well and instead of answering, he froze. Like, for a solid minute.

Kaeya literally spirals because yes please he would love to be his son but that means he's betraying his bio father, does it not? And also that means it's going to hurt even more when Kaeya eventually has to turn against them and Kaeya doesn't want that but he selfishly wants to be a part of this family after years of living with them

The thing that snapped him out of it was Diluc finally piecing the puzzle pieces in his head like "OHHHH so now we can join those sibling races during festivals without any arguments!!"

And Kaeya just stares at him for a bit. Because man, is it truly that simple. Can he just... Be family? Officially? No arguments?
