I say this as an enby who headcanons Acht as an non-binary but even if they/them pronouns seem to be a purposeful choice let’s not have another Shiver situation until we get more info please. While they’re clearly using they/them pronouns on purpose it’s probably to make them seem more mysterious.

Seeing rep in Splatoon would make me more happy than any of you could know but I’m hesitant to pull out the metaphorical champagne bottle as I am afraid that we’re only setting ourselves up for disappointment

(Also I know they use the first person pronoun boku- a masculine pronoun used mostly by young boys and men in causal situations but is also used in media and occasionally in real life to represent tomboys and GNC people- which you can interpret in a number of way but my point still stands)
