And that Princess Luna you just drew two days ago absolutely magnificent but she does look like she needs a hug

interesting question! the mane six are all probably in their early to mid 20s at the start of the show so it's save to assume they're in their late 20s to mid 30s by the end of it. fluttershy is first shown as a pretty large filly when she gets her cutiemark so she's probably the up there in being one of the oldest [especially since she tells Pinkie she's older than her]. timeskip is about 10 years give or take so i'll include my hcs for the age before and after it.

internet says a lot of things but here's my view based on personal hcs and what we know:

twilight sparkle: 27 | 37

fluttershy: 29 | 39

rarity: 30 | 40

rainbow dash: 25 | 35

applejack: 27 | 37

pinkie pie: 26 | 36

starlight glimmer: 27 | 37

spike: probably a similar age as twi but i think he'd be around 21 in dragon years by the end of the show
