assorted psyche. pt. two.
lately i’ve been thinking about how tatsuki really just grabs for anything that’s put in front of them. it’s all a people game with them; they try to fill their world with as many people as they can because there was a point in time where they had no one at all to be with, &. they could not recall a point in time where they were more miserable. tatsu’s real challenge is seeing people for what they really are, instead of what they want them to be.
tatsuki’s amount of self - worth is … well, it’s not a lot. sometimes, tatsu would be devoted enough to tarnish their image for the sake of making people happy, because it’s those people that tatsu thinks matter the most. in the back of their mind, they feel disposable &. exchangeable, &. that really goes to extra mile in making them act &. feel like a real piece. should tatsu every receive counselling &. proper medications, they’d probably wind up being a completely different person.
human emotions are very … difficult for them to understand. positive ones at least, but even the negatives ones run rampant without much rhyme or reason. tatsuki’s emotional state has been broken down &. built back up so many times that it’s hard for them to process a lot of it, let alone filter them. tatsu understands when other people feel emotions, at least the basic ones, but tends to not understand their own feelings or thoughts very well. there’s just a lot of things that tatsu doesn’t understand. hurting others &. being hurt are the only two things that tatsu really understands if at all.
