Okay, so this is for the most part a good post, but I need to point out a couple of things.
First off, the part where you said āI donāt blame himā. I doubt you meant to excuse his behavior, but I need to clarify this just in case: Bakugouās mental health and shitty home life is an explanation for his behavior, not an excuse. His actions are not justified and he needs to be held accountable for them. That said, there are definitely other people responsible as well- anyone who enabled, encouraged, or ignored his treatment of Midoriya, both of his parents, and quite frankly pretty much every adult in his life.
Secondly, Bakugou likely does not have IED. I understand the thought behind it, especially given his Quirk, but there are two important criteria for IED that make it unlikely that Bakugou has it.
1. āThe outbursts are not premeditated and serve no premeditated purposeā. Bakugouās anger is absolutely disproportionate to the situation, but his anger is directed. Not necessarily well or logically, but directed nonetheless.
2. āThe recurrent outbursts cannot be explained by another mental disorder and are not the result of another medical disorder or substance useā. As @quirkify has pointed out in several metas, Bakugou likely has BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder), NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). All of those could explain the outbursts.
Lastly, I want to point out that, regardless of whether or not Masaru is afraid of Mitsuki, he is complicit in his sonās abuse. He makes no effort to stop her, and only seems to care that she and Katsuki are fighting in front of the teachers. He says nothing to assure his son that Mitsukiās victim-blaming is bullshit and just allows it to happen. Neglect is a form of abuse, and that shouldnāt be ignored.

(Also, to the fandom and Horikoshi: Bakugouās poor mental health isnāt fucking funny. Stop acting like it is.)
