I’m not a forgiving person. I know that carries weight.

But it’s hard to forgive and forget when I still blame myself for trauma that was never my fault.

Today’s Captain’s Log (Zapp Brannigan voice, obviously)

Today was a super chill day. I actually remembered to take my medicine — which is probably why my head isn’t screaming at me for once.

Note to self: Maybe stop forgetting that 😅

No therapy for K today, So we just relaxed. i straightened up the living room a bit — not everything, but something. There’s still so much cleaning to catch up on. It feels a little overwhelming. I’m tired of being tired. But today felt… Quieter. and I think I needed that.
