Chuck takes a book from a fan. He looks up and his face freezes in fear.

It is none other than Jake Abel. We are not sure if it is Adam, Michael or both. He softly smiles at Chuck “You do realise my brothers live ordinary happy lifes now? Your book is shit” “I try to ignore that. I need to pay bills, what do you want from me? An apology for killing you?”

Fade to the intro from Changing Channels.

Then

We see Cas, Dean, Sam, Eileen, Charlie, Jody, Bobby, Donna and a few others in a garden. They share pie and cake, its appearently a childrens birthday party. The child is five now. Eileen calls her Deana, she signs while talking about how happy she is.

I think it’s funny that if Jack really did resurrect Cas around the same time he brought everyone else back and he is just a normal angel who can come and go from heaven as he pleases that means Cas was resurrected and was like “huh.
