Yo so basically my body posi journey was flipped so instead of exploring a thick body I explored being skinny and that shit was dumb as hell!!!

I love being black. It's lit

!!! Alrighty so I have reached the end of my exploration through body positivity and my final verdict is that it's really funny to me how black people have never had this issue, and in our culture it's actually frowned upon to be skinny, to not eat and to not love yourself.

White people are so weird for desiring their women to be emaciated and to judge them for eating.

I did a lot during this journey which including eating a lot of sweets which was my favorite part, because after I ended up pulling an Adele and dropping down to 130 pounds, I learned that being skinny isn't healthy considering all the times I passed out and couldn't breathe while performing physical activity, even though I was skinny which means that skinny and healthy are NOT synonymous.

After I got a taste of the super skinny life, I began to literally eat ALL THE THINGS in an effort to gain weight because being skinny was a lame experience and I was tired of feeling sick.

!!!!!! TRIGGER WARNING IT'S MY FUCKING OPINION AND I BET YOU'RE GOING TO BE A DAMN BABY ABOUT IT !!!!!!!!!!

Now I'm here, and I have realized that your body is your choice, but it's unhealthy to be too big and too skinny. I REALLY love exercise, it makes me happy and so I fucking exercise!!! But I don't do it so intensely with all these dumb ass goals of burning X amount of calories

(also your body keeps burning fat after you exercise so!!!! You really should be eating the recommended amount of calories for your gender and height! This is where being close with your doctor comes in, and it's important to find a doctor you love and connect with because besides helping you stay healthy, they also give great life advice and can be your best friend which is important to have because you will have many experiences where you need your doctor)

I just work out because YAY endorphins.

And what I can say is FUCK MY OPINION form your own about your body!!!! Like it's YOUR life YOUR body YOU do whatever YOU want and don't take anything anyone says about how they feel about their body personal because it's NOT it's just THEIR choice.

And being body positive is defined by you.
