âI would really prefer  that you donât do that.  Please and thank you.â
âAlways such a downer Sammy.â
âMegâŠplease donât. I donât wanna be the one to clean it up again.â
âQuit the complaining. I didnât get blood on the furniture last time.â
âLook, I know things are hard, but    did you have to go that far?â
âI could of used his insides to paint the walls if youâd prefer bullwinkle.â
âI donât⊠I donât get it.â
âYou God translators donât understand much.â
âThe last time you said    that, the kitchen exploded.â
âThen this time Iâll make the living room explode, prophet.â
Person B, the tall one in the relationship, holding objects high above their head just to watch a short Person A try to jump for it.Â

âHey!â His shoulders jumped slightly, leaning his hips forward while his arms swung behind him slightly when sheâd hit him. âQuit it.â He replied. It was stubborn, but something else was there, like the sort of unfair tone when someone kept cheating at something unimportant or childish. Like freeze tag or chutes and ladders.
He looked over at her again, eyeing her closely for a long time before speaking again. âThey said you were dead. Demons donât come back from the dead.â There was still that disconnect in his voice, not able to really wrap his mind around it. Because he wanted to believe it was Meg. He wanted to believe she was alive and ok and really there- and maybe the shiver that ran down his spine was his mind trying to convince the rest of him to loosen up, but he justâ he couldnât. He didnât understand.
âIf youâre real.â He started out, still clearly on edge, and his shoulders tense, âThen⊠Tell me something only you and I would knowâŠâ He stated, almost tempted to cross his arms. âLikeâ the hospital. What would you always tell me no to when I asked?â
Meg smirked recollecting the time they shared at the hospital, she had offered to stay behind and take care of the injured angel. There were many occasions where Meg had denied him something, so out of all the things it was hard to pick.
She kicked at the dirt watching the angel out the corner of her eye, still unsure of where he stood with her. âWhat time Clarence? There was the âpull my fingerâ, the board game phase, the ever so sickly compliments. Itâd be hard to narrow it down to just one time Iâve said n to you.â She patted his shoulder. âDonât worry Cas, people get rejected all the time.â
"Aw Moose, your no fun." She pouted for a moment before smirking again. "Lemme guess you want to go to a library, do some research, eat a salad and then watch a romcom?"
"Iâve had enough of them, trust me." He looks at her bemused....

Sam took only a bit of offense from the jibe. "Maybe it was that relation, who knows." He shrugs. "A good movie is a good movie, whether my taste is bad or not."
"I'll be the judge of that Sammy." Meg hummed. "So do we have t' eat salad with this movie, or are you wiling to streach for seomthing edabile?"

"Iâve had enough of them, trust me." He looks at her bemused. "It really couldnât kill you to watch a romcom, theyâre pretty great. I heard This Is Where I Leave You is the feel good rated R family movie of the year.â
"Right because that goes for romcom of the year. Was it the relationship issues that made you watch it because it related to yours so perfectly?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.

"-Deno, I havenât seen you since, oh right, Â Â Â
when you left me to be killed by Crowley.Â
Time sure flies when your in H e l l .â
"Wow, Meg, sure up for holding grudges, now arenât you? Me and Sammy have been busy. And I know thatâs the opposite.â
"Grudges aside, your busy? Playing grab ass with each other? Besides your co-dependent brotherly bond, how's my angel?"

Meg quirked an eyebrow at the tall hunter, a look of confusion and disgust clear on her pale features. âHow about a nice strip club, eh Sammy? Seedy club with women in lacy lingere?â
"Funny." Sam tilts his head and snorts. "How about we skip women, bars are good and dandy but maybe not the strip ones covered in semen and raucous men."
"Aw Moose, your no fun." She pouted for a moment before smirking again. "Lemme guess you want to go to a library, do some research, eat a salad and then watch a romcom?"

Meg was jolted by the familiarity in the angels voice, it was her unicorn. Still the angel blade was clutched tightly in her hand, knuckles turning white as she stepped out of the darkness into the milky light the moon produced.
To Castiel she wouldâve looked the same apart from the new scars and bruises. She looked well. Though if one could feel her demonic presence they would know how torn and beaten it was, almost un-salvageable it was. Her ever present smirk found its way to her red painted lips as she studied the angel. âThatâs no way to talk to a friend.â
She chuckled lowly, quirking an eyebrow as she took a step towards hi, âHiya Clarence, ya miss me?â
His breath caught in his chest with the sound if her voice, his eyes narrowing almost angrily. Not sure whether he was going to drop his own blade or race forward and demand where they go her body.
But she spoke the nickname only she seemed to use and he didnât have a clue what to do in that moment. Mostly human and working off borrowed grace it was nearly impossible to hide the rush of emotions that suddenly barreled down on him. His jaw dropping just slightly. Trying to find a way through the initial shock and disbelief as well as the anger, not sure if heâd just been played like a complete idiot.
He went to try and speak, but words didnât come out. Not at first anyway, his hand shaking slightly, the glow of the moonlight bouncing off the shaky blade in his own hand before he finally found words. And not even good words. They wereâ confusing words. âAre you real?â They werenât the words he wanted to say they were just the words that were coming out. âIâ maybe Iâm⊠Hallucinating. Maybe youâre not real. Iââ he turned around quickly after that. Just leaving her there and heading back to the bunker. Maybe he was having some sort of human breakdown.
Meg let out a sigh that seemed almost angry, tucking the three-sided blade into her waistband she followed the angel. She didn't know why, she just felt like she had too. At least she owed him an explanation as to what had happened after Crowley had stabbed her.
Following in suit she ran a hand through her hair, clearing her throat as she started to speak. "Clarence, if I wasn't real could I do this?" She reached out her hand and smacked Castiel's ass, the playful smirk on her face as she raised an eyebrow expectantly at the angel. "Now there are many other ways I could prove I'm real, some I'd love to do."

Meg had prayed to Castiel when she was taking her last breaths, but she didnât think it would work, she was a demon for god sakes. The last thing she remembered was seeing Crowleyâs face smirking as she dug the blade into her, she remembered saying âIâm going to Heaven Clarence.â Then the lights went out.
But she hadnât died. She taken on serious injuries rendering her almost useless and it wasnât helpful that some demons had caught sight of her. And sheâd been tortured and tossed around for months on end. She had always escaped before Crowley could arrive though, she couldnât bear to think how unforgiving he would be this time around.
Walking along the backroad in the cover of darkness Meg felt somewhat safer, she squinted looking ahead of her. There was a figure, walking towards her. His presence felt familiar but she couldnât quite pinpoint it. The angel blade slipped into her hand as she advanced towards them cautiously.
He ran a hand through his hair, messing it up to⊠in a sense match the way his insides felt. Part of him just didnât understand how he didnât know about Meg until then- how he couldâve just⊠lost her like that. And not even known. Not even a hint of her in his grace. Maybe it was frustration. But the sick feeling that hung even in his chest seemed like more than just frustration. Something more that he couldnât quite pinpoint.Â
He kept his head down, just walking- he wasnât even sure how long or how far he was going to walk. He just knew he wanted to walk until it didnât feel so. Bad. He didnât even feel another person out thereâ the fact that it was Meg and he didnât knowâ showed his level of distraction. But almost all the way down the road he felt something. A little bit of dark, his eyes narrowing as he looked up, his own blade now in his hand as he scanned the dark for the demon.Â
"You donât want to do this." he spoke up, finding the dark set him on edge a bit, not being able to figure out who it was. Because it wasnât just another demonâ he knew them, he just didnât know how.

     âHowâs he doing⊠Cas, I mean⊠is he okay ??â
"Do I look his keeper? The cloud hopping pansy's doin' as well as you'd expect."
Where's my Unicorn?
Meg shook her head, frowning for a moment. âYâknow itâs about being strong, asking for help wouldâve been weak.â She stopped hearing his sentence fall short. âBut what Clarence?â
"Alright, you didnât want me to help. But, after got outâŠ! You should have called me, Meg! Donât you think I wanted to know where were you?!"  Cas was moving his hands while he spoke, almost feeling broken. He was looking directly into her eyes.Â
Meg raised an eyebrow at the angel, the sudden outburst surprising her but it didn't show on her face. "Look at you all riled up Clarence. Quit acting like that or people will start thinkin' your fond of me."
