there are too many things happening this summer that i'm thinking we are going to need an extra 6-12 months of june and possibly another 3-4 months of july. probably no extra august as the problem should hopefully sort itself out by then. we are also looking into extending the day night cycle to 55 hours and extending the human lifespan to 10000 years.

Mulan AU where she does get caught by the other fresh recruits while she's bathing but Mushu helps her spin it like the lake is cursed by an evil lizard demon and will turn men into women if they stay in it for too long.

From there it's not actually difficult to get the other soldiers onboard with covering up the fact that poor Ping took one for the team and got afflicted by the vagina curse, especially since it would have been all of them if they hadn't gotten the warning ahead of time. So they agree to help him cover it up, because obviously the army's not going to understand.

Shang is... tentatively glad that the men are bonding and getting along, even if they continue to be deeply weird about it.

The fact that as soon as dr Al-hashimi (a woman of color in an equal position) disclosed her personal status the first thing that robby does is thinking (and threatening) of reporting her, which puts him in a place where he has power over her in the workplace, while with Langdon (a white man who is below him in the chain of command) the first thing he does is going to the bathroom to flush the pills (and while he doesn't actually flush them he also does not report Langdon for stealing drugs) is in fact extremely telling of the actual man that Robby is.
