New Mae song just dropped, been listening to it on repeat for what feels like the entire day.

I find the irony in this song saying jealousy doesn’t taste like sugar and Mae having a sweet tooth…like even with the bitter and foul taste of jealousy, he can’t help but consume. She’s starving for something, anything, even if it’s not sweet.

when the weight of the underground cavern relies on the strength of the barrier and the core working in tandem, what do you think would happen after reset after reset started to chip away at that brittle balance? what do you think would happen if it started to give way? turning the underground into a cave that’s slowly collapsing in on itself, affecting the lives of the monsters who are unable to leave.

where instead of LV and EXP, you have to take into account Stability. would you help evacuate the monsters from their tombs? or would you put them out of their misery, each level gained another crack in the foundation holding it all together.

the story of Anchor Point is a closely following tale to the classic telling, just with a more precarious spin.
