Resurrection: Full Collection.
A set of 6 different watercolour paintings with 3 outcomes: 2 Bad, 2 Neutral and 2 Good.
Resurrection of Chaos: Rebirth of the Chaotic Spirit.
This art piece is the representation of power hungry chaotic menace known as a “politician”. This individual does not like people who are not agreeing him or having different views, opinions and beliefs than his. He decided to unleash hell upon anyone who crosses him and his throne. This is a symbolic illustration of conservatism in a nutshell.
There are also witnesses staring at the menace. Those witnesses are us. We are watching the chaos unfolding right before our eyes. That one blue eye is the one that doesn’t like to talk politics. That eye doesn’t care about what will happen next.
Resurrection of Doom: Rebirth of the Apocalypse
This art piece has multiple meanings. First meaning is the war. Traumatic events caused by the menaces. It assures us that nobody is safe anymore. We are repeating our historical mistakes.
Second meaning is invasion of privacy. Some countries are allowing billion dollar companies to gain access to our ID’s. It is a controversial move due to system breaches and hackers can easily exploit this idea meant to “protect children from predators online.” Because of this, people aren’t sure whatever they can trust the government and billions dollar companies can fix the long running issue of the internet.
Third meaning is the economical crisis. Some countries aren’t as lucky when ir comes to stock markets. Due to the inflation, younger generations are stuck with a slap in the face reality of unemployment, lack of earnings and unable to own their homes like the elders. Thus creating the crucial problem that affects everyone who recently became adults in today’s society.
The last meaning is misery. Most elders cannot understand the idea of youngsters struggling and on top of that, they have the audacity to tell them that “they went through worse things than today’s youth.” This creates tension between the youth and elders, breaking the chamber of respect.
Resurrection of Equality: Consequences of Inequality
This art piece is about how equal the inequality really is. Symbolism is simple to explain: Men are equal to money and women are equal to emotions. But they also have the inequalities: Men are lacking emotions and women are earning less. They are struggling differently but stereotyped similarly. Thus making them equal to any outcome, positive or negative.
Resurrection of Identity: Consequences of Protectionism
This outcome is the continuation of invasion of privacy from “Resurrection of Doom.” This art piece is the only neutral outcome that appeared on the bad outcome. An idea that was good in paper but can be potentially dangerous. It’s about giving our ID’s to enter social media platforms and how it might be dangerous than safe if executed horrendously.
Resurrection of Grace: A Healing Process
The first good outcome is the start of positive change. This art piece brings us back together but we are damaged beyond belief. The eyes lack eyelashes, symbolising the traumas we’ve experienced and we were tired of same negativity happening all the time. Grace is the symbol of love, respect and humanity that brings people who are struggling together and creating beautiful friendships that lasts forever.
It’s also a reflection of how I’m feeling right now. I’ve been through a lot due to my strict upbringing that caused me to isolate myself from everyone to escape mockery and anxiety. But I’ve met new people that changed my perspective of myself and that’s why I’m more active creating art today. Those people told me to not hide and embrace my presence by being my authentic self.
Resurrection of Hope: A New Chapter
Finally we have the hopeful ending to the series. It’s the end of the healing process and starting anew. Loving yourself and taking accountability. Past and the future of your spiritual journey that guide your path by both helping you to climb higher while reminding you where you came from. A humbling reminder of how much you’ve grown up.
