Why does everyone with blue hair in this smp have to have a bad time. As far as i know, Melinks is the only exception to this.
We have Water, who was almost drowned by Avid.
We have Legs, who got possessed by the Iron Song in the crypt.
We have Scott, whose hair is turning blue because his magic is not meshing well with his need to stuff down his emotions and is slowly freezing himself.
yaknow how orange is the colour of magic in the flight (a la; the whole cheese thing)....? and how orange and blue are on opposite ends of the colour wheel? yeah you all can draw the lines yourselves i have an inkling that colour on the flight is gonna be a fun little thing to keep track of.
so no, the curtains are not just blue because the authour likes blue or something.

So like this girlie came about when some people in the Legundo discord (COME JOIN WINK WINK SHAMELESS PLUG) were chatting about.... idk vampires. and i made a joke about there being an actors au where all the ppl of oakhurst were cast like in a tv show/movie.... and how my character for that world would be a tired seamstress who gets so fed up with scotts blue hairdye that she force him to wear a wig. And how she has cleaned more fake blood out of cotton than anyone on the planet. so she was kind of a meme.
here is that drawing, her name at the bottom was added after i figured it out.
So im like...... ok...... now i gotta make an actual oc. so then came to brainstorming and doodling and researching! i wanted her to be some flavour of ballet dancer bc ive been taking up ballet recently and i thought it was pretty neat! So yaknow the french are kinda known for ballet- thats like the language for the whole style. soooo im like ok. shes a little french girl from like.... the 15-1600s? sure. and she did ballet. yeah why not.

So then came her backstory. in my mind, when Ana was just hitting her prime in dancing (which is really young for ballet because it lowkey wrecks your body... and like... younger joints are more flexible or something girl idk its plot) SO her ballet instructor was like wow shes so good i want her to keep performing so my company (dance company, not as in corporation) makes money ! So bro goes down to this guy who claims to have the secret to immortality- but it costs a lot. So mr teacher man goes like "Hey, ive got this absolutely perfect dancer that will make sooooo much money. If u make her immortal ill give you 10% of the profit in exchange." So this sketchy doctor/alchemist/whatever hes pretending to be is like "ok bet"
so mr teacher man (his very official name btw thanks for asking) is like "Yo ana, youre um going to the doctors later ok thanks see u at this back alley at night its really important its at night for some reason idk anyway bye!" So Ana is like "ok bet" because shed been to the doctors pretty routinely (health queen omg) for like ankle/joint issues. Hashtag relatable.
but guys youll never believe this...... the weird guy.... was a VAMPIRE. And the appoibtment went something like this:
"ok hi mr immortality man, heres the girl."
"cool cool. Ok ill take care of her and she'll be amazon prime overnight shipped to u so she'll be good for tommorow"
"kk bye bestie"
"byeeee!" (Pretend theres a door closing sound effect)
"alright girliepop lets get this over with! So can u like brush your hair to the side?"
"um.... ok weird but sure."
"just standard proceedure dont worry. You might feel some liiiiight pressure in a second....."

And she was like "hm yeah maybe i should leave because im like somewhat vaugely noble sooo i may (literally) be on the chopping block and i dont wanna deal with allat lowkey....."
so she just kinda left lmao. If youre wondering about her sire, he got Marie-antoinette'd if ya know what i mean 😉😉😉😉😉😉

So for her personality, i see her as a very willowy and calm goober. An absolute pacifist who wants to keep her vampireness a secret. How does she sustain her vampirism if pacifist? She only feeds when she ABSOLUTELY has to. Raw meat is so gross to her. But ya know, you do what you have to do sometimes. She wants to find a cure yesterday. I dont think girl even realises shes a vampire until someone is like "yeah vampires are allergic to SUNLIGHT!!! and drink BLOOD to survive!!!! And are allergic to GARLIC!!!!" meanwhile Ana is hearing them while going "oh. So thats what thats all about." To herself.
