there is a user that goes by the @/ xororomunhoex .block her, block her NOW. they are a bully. she has made blatantly racist remarks against china and have further posted a picture of one our own (amazing) fandom members from when they were in high school and possibly a minor, from three years ago. she has also continued to harass Harriyanna over the years. she clearly is not going to back down with words so lets deprive her of what she so desperately wants.

do not interact with her posts, do not like them, don’t even bat an eye if she @ s you. block her. make it clear we are done with her shit and she is not welcome in the fandom. she are clearly a child that needs to be taught a lesson and right now she is throwing a tantrum. we need to nip this in the bud.

I just had an idea where Audrey, post D3 and finding out Uma, Mal and Evie all read and wrote in her diary, rips out all the pages that have the worst of Mal's self-pity and Evie comforting her and absolving her of guilt, wraps them around a rock, and throws that rock through Mal or Evie's window.
I want some of these rocks accidentally landed into the window of Ben’s room and he read exact page where Mal talked about how she only needed Ben for the wand at first.
Oh god, IMAGINE. I pictured it as Audrey only aiming for Mal's window, but if she was off by a bit and hit Ben's by mistake, well... it'll get to Mal eventually so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ besides, if Ben finds it maybe that'll mess with Mal even more than the broken window.
I imagine the situation would be like, Audrey aimed the window of Mal’s room which placed right next to Ben’s in the castle since they’re now engaged and Mal cannot stay at one of Evie’s guest room forever. Then she missed and hit wrong window, the stone broke the glass. As much as the noises from shuttered glasses, she heard from somewhere distant Royal guards called for their king’s safety, it scared her. She didn’t mean it! Audrey was just angry, not trying to harm.
So she turned herself in immediately, asked the guards to let her apologize to Ben.
—But, when Audrey escorted into the room, Ben was standing there. The look on his face was stiff with concerns but not angry, his posture has been as relaxed as after he saw Audrey.
“Ben, I’m sorry it’s me who thrown a stone,” “No, you didn’t” Ben addressed guards that he accidentally break two or three glasses in the room and maybe he also broke the window, asked them to see if they can find a paperweight that thrown out. Audrey was puzzled. Ben covered for her.
Then the room is for two alone, Ben opened his mouth. “Was that true that Mal didn’t steal me away from you because she loved me but for the wand?” Was this page the truth?
Audrey felt a pang of conscience as she saw the look on Ben. He’s pale with anger. Not at her but Mal. At Evie, Carlos, Jay. For keeping the truth for so long.
They deceived him into believing that Mal did it wrong but had innocent intentions. That she didn’t know better when it came to her fall in love with someone already taken. But it’s not. He was used too, as well as Audrey was a stepping stone subsidiary following the consequences. Ben has sought whole incident forgivable only on his own account, because it’s mostly him the victim. Ultimately Audrey too but that thought hadn’t occurred to him until then. Ben thought it’s between Mal and him to find the amendment in the relationship started with wrong. But apparently he’s not even main target. It’s not as personal as he thought. Mal and the VKs were actively trying to steal the wand. The moment at coronation wasn’t what Ben has seen, it’s not unexpected opportunity that fell upon them and make them face the choices, it’s all carefully planned and very much anticipated.
Every moments of him seeking goodness in their actions failed him now. Mocking him. Making him look like a biggest fool in the land. They’re “good” people now, but as good as telling ugly truth? Ben wasn’t sure.

"Ben ..." Audrey could feel his pain and the desire to comfort him was strong.

they’ve acknowledged that finn got mistreated by the SW fandom because of racism (and they say misogyny too but I’m a little confused on that part so forgive me) and equated it to ben getting less attention from the fandom than harry. they put fandom subjectivity on the same level as fandom racism. I myself am not a POC so forgive me if this isn’t my place to speak, but I honestly don’t understand how someone can compare the two.
Alright I know I said I didn’t wanna know (and I thank you for respecting that, btw) but since I found out anyway I do have something to say about this.
One, I agree with everything you said above, with acting as if fandom subjectivity is somehow as bad as fandom racism. I shouldn’t be surprised, but somehow I am, because either I’ve forgotten just how extensively awful that blog is or this is just new levels of absurdity.
Two. Literally how can these two, Finn and Ben, be compared?! At all?! I love how they couldn’t even put in the effort to argue on what led Ben to get demoted, they just say “well. you know.” No, we don’t know, please elaborate on how Ben’s character got the same treatment as Finn. I’ll wait. (Don’t take that seriously, I’m being sarcastic. There is literally no case for this.)
Three. I am white, so if this isn’t my place to speak, I apologize, but this just seems ridiculous to me. I love Finn and I love Ben, and neither of them lived up to the potential in their characters in the first movie, but for completely different reasons.

IMO the reason why Ben’s the character who is lesser in favor of than other male characters(aka Harry) is
1.Descendants trilogy are about chosing what’s right regardless of who you might be or what others thinks of you, somehow they introduced the VKs as role models then has shown some of AKs in bad lights, therefore audience tend to think just “being good” isn’t enough to like a character. Ben’s genuinely good and sincere yet it’s boring to some of them. So they favor Harry, typical dangerous bad boy and one of while male of VKs, than Ben.
2.He’s the love interest of Mal, that has massive fan base around the unofficial ships like with Evie, with Harry. That makes him a obstacle of OTPs of these shippers. So he’s hated for these ships sake. Sucks.
3.Descendants fandom are majorly based on the star’s fanbase. Which caused opinions are swayed by what the star says. And the star’s said few things that didn’t want the character’s arc to be wrapped around the boy. Since they’re mostly minors as DCOM leveled at that age group, they couldn’t see the differences between the star’s personal opinion and canons. On Instagram you can see that they somehow believes that the character’s not happy with Ben and it’s his fault. Because what the star has said in interviews.

it’s ok to like characters that are canonically/considered to be problematic while acknowledging their flaws
what isn’t ok is bashing people (wether directly or indirectly) for simply liking characters/ships involving those characters and dismissing all of/most of your favorite characters/ships flaws or even excusing the flaws that shouldn’t be excused!
Honestly, I love it when it comes to Audrey trashing, that people act like Audrey was the only one being a bitchy person in D1 to Mal when Mal was being neutrally bitchy back and ironically, also over their family history- Audrey bringing up what Maleficent did when introducing herself and Mal bringing up the invite thing- like that’s the whole gag at first with them, they neutrally bitchy to each other basically.
And like, to then act like Mal didn’t basically love spell Ben and proceed to trash Audrey to bring Evie up? Let alone Mal pointing the wand at Audrey at coronation as if about to use it on her? And by D3 time, the bitchiness Audrey has against Mal still clearly being prompted by grandmas bullcrap to her about the throne? Let alone Audrey having a valid point about the love spell and Mal doing it to destroy all of Auradon? And then grandma proceeding to emotionally abuse her granddaughter after this?

On a beautiful sunny day in July, Ben and Mal, The King and Queen of Auradon, made an appearance on The Snow White Show. They were practically begging the couple to come, as it’s one of the highest rated talk shows in the nation. Everyone was trying to get an interview with them, together, not separately. The Ariel and Eric Show, The Poison Apple Daily, and Naveen all wanted them to be on their shows, but they decided on The Snow White Show because the producers are family members.
Neither of them wanted to do it. But if they didn’t do at least one of these shows as a couple, they were never gonna get rid of the people bombarding them everyday with their constant questions.
They both knew it wasn’t the best decision to get married so quickly at the age of eighteen, but Belle and Adam, Ben’s parents, were ready to retire so they somewhat forced their son to get a girlfriend and settle down earlier than expected. They weren’t too happy about Ben breaking up with the girl they arranged for him to marry, Audrey, as the two dated since they were in middle school. If Ben didn’t have a queen soon, his cousin was going to get the throne; he did not like the thought of that, at all. Now twenty-two, they’ve been doing a great job of running the country together.
But Ben and Mal partially hate each other. But both of them have too much pride to get a divorce so they sucked it up by having make up sex and buying each other expensive things. Everyone told them their relationship wouldn’t work, and they were right. But they refused to let anyone know that. As they sat in there dressing rooms they both rehearsed the lies they came with the night before to continue their perfect couple persona.
if I ever got transported to the descendants universe post D3, I would immediately track down a majority of the VK/AK adults and say “I hope each and one of you proud of yourself for treating the kids a different degree of shit, you wastes of ejaculation and nine-ten months of pregnancy”
….One, thethings has a new series where they reimagine stuff….which is cool i guess, this one aint but the concept of the series is fine.
And two, your saying ‘4′ meaning its after 3.5 where Mal marries Ben finally, meaning by this logic, Mal would be cheating on Ben with Harry- and like, the video says they get together after rekindling their old spark after the barrier is down, but like bruh, THATS STILL CHEATING UNLESS MAL BREAKS IT OFF WITH BEN- and again, ‘old spark’, Mal and Harry NEVER dated- then again this channel basically is doves cult at this rate and obsessed with her and thomas, so….
And three, just stop with the descendants 4 crap….it aint happening, 3.5 they already pushing their luck with, 4 is something that would be too much for even disney and even if they did, i dont think they’d ret-con siblings into the movies, so…..sorry thethings, you wasted editing david henrie for nothing:
