জয় জগন্নাথ 🙏🏻 সবাই কে জানায় শুভ রথ যাত্রা। রথ যাত্রা এমন একটি শুভ তিথি যে এদিন যেকোনো কাজ শুরু করলে তা ভালো ভাবে সম্পূর্ণ হয়। তাই আজকের দিনে, কুমারটুলি তে সকল কুমার ব্যাস্ত হয়ে ওঠে বাঙালির সব থেকে বড় উৎসব, দুর্গা পুজোর প্রস্তুতিতে। এই শুভ দিনে, মায়ের কাঠামোতে মাটির প্রথম স্তর দেওয়া হয়। তিন মাস এর মধ্যে কুমারটুলির কাজ সম্পূর্ণ করা হয় এবং দুর্গা পুজোর বেশ কিছু দিন আগেই মায়ের প্রতিমা তৈরি হয়ে যায়। আর কিছু দিনের প্রতীক্ষা। মা আসছেন 🦢🪞🪷🙏🏻

Rath Yatra is such an auspicious occasion, that on this day, any and every work done and/or began will have a successful completion. this is why, on this day, the artisans of Kumortuli engage in the preparations of the biggest festival for bengalis – Durga Pujo. on this occasion, the first layer of mud is added to the framework of Devi Durga. within 3 months, all the work is completed and the idol is made ready well before Durga Pujo. so only a few more days worth of waiting left! Maa Durga is coming home soon!

today was sm fun! went out with my closest friends after clg got over (grp of 8) for lunch. had yum food, got soaked in the rain (lmao), laughed and joked around like crazy, went to collect our internship reports. super fun hahaha
