If there was another boy/girl, there will always be another boy/girl. Even if she stops talking to that boy, there's always a chance of them talking to each other again. Even if they do completely stop talking, there's always a chance of there being a different boy coming in to the picture.

If she/he left you for another one once and you take her back, there's always a chance of her leaving you for another boy again. You'll never be the only man for her because you were never enough for her, and that's something you need to look past your heart and realize. She/He will never change because she/he doesn't want to change, and that's something you need to look past your feelings and accept. She will always be someone who will lie to you because she doesn't care enough about you to be honest, and that's something you need to look past your emotions and understand.
