Dahlia Hightower, the youngest child of The Hand, Sister to the queen,
was considered fortunate and unfortunate at the very same time by herself, being the second born freed her from the heavy duty of marriage the way it trapped her sister, leaving her less valid and vulnerable to the preying eyes of others.
Dahlia spent most her times listening, observing and learning,
She became everyone's favourite in her very own way, seemed to have a knack for enchanting people to listen to her,
She even had prince Daemon in her mercy, some might say Dahlia Hightower is a witch casting spells on men of king's landing but those close to her knew better,
She was just a charmer, a dangerous one! So giving her what she pleased had become the only way. And her family knew it too well to let it slip through their fingers easily, for a bit of entertainment she would agree to act on her father's wish,
Or a simple favour asked by her grace, the queen.
She loved her family and was loyal to them there was no doubt in that, all the games and charms would be set behind the door the moment she entered the chambers where her niece and nephews were, she was there from the moment they opened their eyes, finding comfort in the messy yet full of life of the children's presents.
The kids grew up watching her, hearing numourus rumers about their aunt that mostly would bring the young boys blood to boil, people had eyes and it wasn't hidden from anyone how much of a fair woman she was, her beauty never failed to stun men whether it's the first or the last time their gaze land upon her, Dahlia's emerald eyes were a gift from her mother, bright and mesmerising completing with long raven locks of hair reaching almost to the back of her thighs, always designed or braided with gold clips or gem stones dangling from the front strand into her face, a sight to be hold even by the young prince who found himself unable to torn his eyes away from his aunt as she passed them by while training, catching him off guard.
She was the first one to hold Aemond's hand when he was attacked, when the maesters were stitching him she watched her sister panic, cry, mad and burst it out on princess Rhaenyra, but she remained there holding the boy's hand encouraging him to keep talking to her, "you're a brave boy Aemond!" Her praise muted every other noise in that room for Aemond, he could only hear her, see her, feel her.
For the next years Aemond grew so fond of spending time with Dahlia,
She, among all the people was the only person he trusted enough to remove the eye patch when he was with her, in earlier stage Dahlia would ask and learn how to clean and treat the scar so she'd be the one taking care of her nephew for it to soon become a hubby of them both, resting in each others presents, and before he knew he was long gone, lost into The Charmer's magic unable to find his peace anywhere else. "Princess Rhaenyra is traveling over to king's landing along side her family." He said walking towards the window, "mhm" was the only respond leaving Dahlia's mouth, drown in the new book Aemond brought her three days ago, "It's been years since either of them walked in this castle, shouldn't your answer be a bit more.... surprised, dear aunt?"
Closing the book she placed it on the table before turning all her attention to the prince, "you sound frustrated, this is their home after all, they would be back sooner or later" he turned back to her direction slowly approaching the green eyed woman sitting before him, "it concerns me, them being here" he admitted kneeling before her as she played with the silver strands of his hair, brushing them away from his face,
Aemond never spoked about the matters in his mind since he never thought of himself in a place to say something especially about his sister, or uncle to anyone, but Dahlia always had a look of enthusiasm for his words that he was addicted to,
She listens and guides him, "for your own good, dear nephew i assure you all Rhaenyra thinks about is his father," she said still having her fingers in his hair making him melt into her touch again.
"And Daemon?" He asked looking up at her face,
"What about him?" Aemond scanned Dahlia's face carefully, his eye wander all over her face before fixing it on her lips, watching them curl into a mischievous smile, "what's on his mind aunt?" Bending forward her face was just few inches away, he could feel her warm breath on his skin "none of your concern my dear, his business is his only"
"I never liked him neither his business, having to do anything with us" his words were low, careful but confident, "who is this us, Aemond?" He looked down for a second only to look back at her once more, holding her hand in his cold ones, slender fingers caressing her skin. Lips trembling, tempted to say words that want to fly out of his mouth so badly, she smiled watching the young man before her that had grown into a wonder, mind to body.
"Uh my dear nephew, my dear dear Aemond" brushing her thumb on his lips, her eyes soften when he kissed her fingertips, "you are a prince, an important man to this kingdom or even next! You need to be betrothal to someone that will add strength to this house!" Chewing on her bottom lip, she placed her forehead on his closing her eyes, they stood there for a minute or two before she spoke again, "we cannot surrender to our desire" she was crying and Aemond's heart ached hearing her voice like this, cupping her face with both his hands be shook his head, "this kingdom is ruled by desire..." He muttered kissing her wet eyelids,
"Don't...Aemond... i beg you..." he was quick to shut her by pressing his lips to hers, backing for a second she gave in to the kiss eventually, moving her lips to devour more of him, hands clutching to his collar to push herself further into his touch, feeling the skin of his neck under her touch she harshly broke the kiss and stood up, not looking back once she walked out of the quarters wiping her eyes dry with the sleeve of her gown, her feet were fast to make their way back into her private chamber, closing the doors behind her.
The guests arrived sooner than expected and as the events followed the other, a supper was arranged featuring everyone.
"This one my lady?" Lyla, the maiden that happen to be Dahlia's favourite carried a gown rather so carefully in her arms, she was of a smaller figure than Dahlia, a bit shorter too, so she was careful not to step on the dress, "yes Lyla, thank you"
"Should we gather all your hair up my lady? In a bun perhaps?" Dahlia frowned staring at herself in the mirror, imagining the picture. She then laughed turning back to face the blonde girl, "that would take ages and ten maid, Lyla!"
"What about a smaller one? Like half of it?" She spoke having the sweetest accent, no wonder why Dahlia was so fond of her, she was tireless just like her.
"That'll do it, thank you!" Dahlia smiled, stripping from the white sheer dress to put on her chosen gown, a navy blue dress with magnificent golden details drawn all over the sleeves to her chest, a slight open gap between them to show off more than enough cleavage connected with strings of the same colour, paired with a perfect diamond necklace, a dear gift from Aemond.
Not long after everyone soon gathered around the big table, princess Rhaenyra sitting with her husband and their children, then there was the queen and her father and the children leaving Dahlia no choice but the empty sit next to her father, next to Aemond.
"You look wonderful princess Rhaenyra, i hope you're not tried from traveling" dahlia spoke, a sweet tone and a genuine smile. She liked her there was no doubt Rhaenyra held the same mount of respect towards the young woman, "you as well dear Dahlia, the dress has served you justice" she smiled turning to Daemon, "I hope you enjoy your staying here as well"
"I appreciate it lady Dahlia" Daemon spoke calmly, treating her with a smirk.
It was tense but she would lie if she said she did not enjoy the gathering a bit too much, all the tension fed her amusement well all until Aemond stood up making a toast to his nephews,
"Aemond please..." Alicent begged her son to stop, giving Dahlia a worry look asking for help,
She saw the look in his eyes, Rhaenyra's boys and it all reminded her of the night when lucerys cut the wound deep into his face, Aemond, before speaking another word look over his shoulder to only to see his aunt staring at him, smirking.
He then closed his eyes tilting his head to the right, still holding up the cup. Oh things this woman does to him, the breathed out before talking again, "let us drain our cups to these three Strong boys,"
"I dare you to say that again" jace said from where he was standing,
"Why? That's only a compliment" he stopped before walking away from the table, and Dahlia tried her best not to look amused, "do you not think yourself Strong?" Aegon was first to smack the poor boy luce's head on the table,
"Enough!" Alicent shouted as Dahlia stood up from her chair, still watching as Aemond pushed jace on the floor laughing.

" -i was merely expressing how proud i am of my family mother" Dahlia stood there holding her sister's arm, an act to try to calm her down a little. "But seems my nephews aren't quite as proud of theirs" Dahlia grasped Aemond's wrist and pulled him back and stepped in front of him when jace rushed forward,
"Wait, wait" Daemon spoke walking to jace to make him back off and with the princess's order all were gone, back to their quarters.
Daemon turned back staring at the boy with Dahlia still in front of him, gazing upon the older man she drawn a force pressure and led Aemond to walk away from them, still holding his arm in hers.
"I bet you're quite entertained for the night" walking in the dark empty halls Dahlia's hand ripped apart from his arm, "admit it Dahlia i know how to keep you on your feet" she turned back looking at the proud boy standing, "what were you thinking!?" She wasn't mad no, she sounded curious,
"You, wasn't it clear? You are all up in my mind" he confessed holding the woman's waist pushing her back carefully til she hit the stone wall, "consider it a gift maybe?" Pining her against the wall while caging her body with his Dahlia wasted no time to capture his lips with hers into a hungry kiss, Aemond hands moved from her neck to her waist squeezing and touching, "be my lady wife, and i shall have you like this.. wet and waiting for me every night"
Catching her breath, Dahlia moaned as his cold fingers made contact with her burning flesh, squeezing and stroking the soft skin of her thigh, "Aemond..."
"Is that a yes?" He teased his fingers above her cunt,
"Be done with the teasing i may consider it a proposal to think about" she panted, already breathless and half done, "your wish is my command lady wife" Aemond whispered entirely amused with the way Dahlia's body responded to him, and she most likely already had made up her mind into accepting it, although against everyone's wish.

…say what now? Excuse me, dear Middle-earth minstrels, but you seem to have forgotten about THIS GUY:
King Thranduil Oropherion is the Sindarin counterpart of the “High King of the Noldor”, and therefore comparable to the renowned High King Gil-Galad, but is sadly not given the same amount of recognition in stories and songs.
Allow me the honor of “singing” the ways Thranduil is very similar to Gil-Galad:
(1) Both were born in the First Age, and as young elves witnessed the destruction of the cities they lived in: Thranduil in Doriath and Gil-Galad in the Havens of the Falas. They were exposed to war and bloodshed at an early age and experienced living as refugees.
(2) Both survived and possibly participated in the War of Wrath. (You know, that really terrible, bloody, decades-long war that literally broke the world--that war.) According to certain interpretations of the film “The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug”, Thranduil likely did fight in the War of Wrath, where he “faced the great serpents of the north”. Elven warriors of the First Age were incredibly fierce warriors out of necessity, and if Thranduil survived those great battles when he was about 150 years old, that makes him extra badass.
(3) Both inherited their kingships from their forefathers. Gil-Galad’s claim to the Noldor throne (like his canon parentage) is a little murky, but he is related to Fingolfin whose line was pretty much wiped out, so only Elrond or Galadriel could have challenged his claim (which they didn’t). Thranduil’s claim is far more direct as the son of the first King of the Woodland Realm and ruler of the Silvan people.
(4) Both were warrior kings. Because canon stories of Thranduil are very sparse, we don’t know for sure which wars he did or didn’t participate in during the Second Age. What DID he do those 2,000+ years while his father was establishing and ruling the realm? Honing his warrior skills seems to be a fair hypothesis. How else would he have developed the deadly skills he exhibited at the Battle of Five Armies? How else would he have kept the foul creatures of Dol Goldur at bay without a magic ring? It’s very possible he’s seen more time on the battlefield than official historical accounts say.
(5) Both fought at the Battle of Dagorlad, during the War of the Last Alliance. Gil-Galad fought hard and valiantly to the end at Mordor, slaying Sauron by his own spear. Because Oropher died at the first onslaught, it was likely that Thranduil had to exit the war early, either to bury his father and their slain soldiers, or because he himself was injured. There may have been enough time for him to rejoin the Alliance at the Siege of Barad-dûr, to avenge his father and salvage his family’s honor and pride. But Thranduil, whom people mistakenly dismiss as arrogant or proud, was a king who valued his people and the soldiers under his command. It would have been easy glory to join the Siege since by then the war had been all but won (and won by the blood of his people, might I add). Thranduil chose to stay with his kin and help them through the loss of their king and many loved ones, and to reassure them that they were in good hands with him as their new ruler.
It’s a big, sad shame that Tolkien was not able to write more stories about Thranduil, his family, and the Mirkwood elves. Based on the theories we, his fans, are able to formulate about him, it seems he may have been the most successful, even most benevolent, Elven ruler of them all. He will just have to get his glory and renown in the “songs” and “lays” of our headcanons and fanfics.

Autumn was late to arrive at Mirkwood realm but the early morning breeze put a smile on your face as you walked pass the garden in between quarters,
The weather was pleasent and freshening but even the gentle cold made the sensitive skin of your swollen belly to react in worst ways, you still had weeks to end the semester and the following winter was the time for the baby to be born, but this time was a bit different.
Wrapping the cloak around your body, you carefully enter the garden to find your first born training, more like playing, with the bow that was almost as tall as he was and arrows that were all over the ground, some even half deep in the grass making you question the power the little one hold.
Sun was shining through tall trees down on the golden hair prince totally unaware of your presents still, your smile soon turned into laughter when he tripped over and fell on the ground, "your ada was right about the hair, my little one, you can't see in front of you!" You hummed sitting uncomfortably on the grass, letting a shaky breath out, his head was quick to pop up "nana.."
"Soon with all the nagging?"
He shook his head taking your hand to help him stand, pouting his lips making you smile wider cleaning his dirty cheeks,
"My knee hurt..."
"Which one deary?"
He turned and dropped himself in your embrace taking your both hands and wrapped them around himself,
To you Legolas was always the golden ray of sunshine, bringing warmth and joy where ever he walked in, even when he was in your belly, the energy he radiant through you was felt by every soul you walked with

Caressing his golden hair you kissed his head several times before drawing a fussy noise from him, turning around in your arms he mindlessly moved his legs around you to sit facing your frame, finally settling down, his eyes where quick to fall on your bump carefully touching it,
"Ada said, he will be here soon"
"So ada thinks he's a boy?"
He nodded looking up at your face, "what do you think?"
To your surprise he gently put his ear on your belly, "Leg-"
"Nana shhh"
Placing his small fingers on your lips you happily kissed them making him giggle in response,
"She doesn't talk to me anymore"
He admitted dropping his hand to your chest, clinging to your dress
"The baby talked to me last night, but now..."
He pouted his lips again looking for an answer in your worried eyes, you waited few seconds before placing your own hand on the side of your bump when a sudden sharp pain passed through your spine, your breath hitched in your throat trying not to scare the child in your arms,
"Let's play a game okay?" You let out a sob while smiling "let's see how fast you can get your ada for me, alright my elfling?" Patting his back you helped him stand back on his feet before running back to the chambers,
Trying your best to stand up with shaky legs another trail of pain burnt through your abdomen,
Moving your cloak aside to walk faster than the growing pain that was taking all over your body,
"Not now, no no no not now!!"
You cried walking up the stairs, "lady Y/n!" You heard someone but before taking a look around your vision wet blur.
You woke up from what it felt to be hours with a sharp pain all over your body, "my lady you must stay awake"
"It's too soon for labor" you panted looking at the healers standing next to your bed
"But it is happening and i need you to stay conscious my queen"
Dressed up in sweat and tear you were crying with every breath you took, screaming.
The quarter's doors swing open only to reveal your worried husband, "y/n.."
"Thranduil... i can't... i can't do it"
You begged and cried as you gripped his sleeve to pull him closer,
He carefully kissed your forehead while moving your hair away from your wet face, "i can't, i can't lose this one"
Your sobbing got louder as he touched the sensitive skin of your arms to help you sit accordingly, "you're not gonna lose it, you're not gonna lose anything" taking your trembling chin in his hand "look at me, meleth nìn" kissing your eyes he gave you time to calm down and catch your breath.
"If i lose this one, it will be the third" sobbing harder you squeezed his arm harder when another stroke of pain hit you, "three..."
His eyes were filled with tears watching you in this condition "The other two didn't make it this far my love, i know how you feel if i could take the pain or make it go away i would!" He sounded helpless looking in your eyes, "i would bear the pain to last bit cause i can't see you this way" bringing your hand to his lips, kissing your knuckles.
You cried more feeling the contractions starting, "this one's stronger can't you feel it?"
He whispered holding your hand tighter,
"I can't feel anything! It was nothing like when i had our son" shaking your head you let out another painful cry fearing for your little elf to hear,
"There's a battle field, a war difference between these two,"
Holding his shoulder in your hand you placed the other hand on your bump to force a pressure on it,
"I'm not the same as i was, my body is not the same, i can't" it was healed but your body was still carrying the scars and your mind was no better, unable to process the importance of the life you were delivering.
Giving it all your energy you started pushing as the maiden rubbed your sore spine,
Screaming with pain your hand drop to the headboard of the bed as another maid reached you.
The windows were all open since you were sweating your gown wet and between all the screams and cursing you heard your son crying from behind the closed doors and you could swear you heard him calling for you,
Searching for your husband you mouthed a please before looking at the door again, "Thranduil please, he'll cry to the point of fainting"
"Lady Y/n has a strong body my lord, you can go" an elderly woman said before turning his attention back to you, "i'll be back soon" you blinked for assurance, forgetting your pain for a moment
"Almost there my lady, just one more" squeezing the mattress in your fist you gave in to just make this go away as soon as possible.
On the other side of the door Thranduil tried to comfort his first born, only to have him crying silently in his arms "can we go to nana now?"
"Soon we will dear one,"
"I don't like the baby" he stated playing with the pattern drawn on his father's collar, "may i ask why?"
"She's hurting nana, i saw her crying too it was for the baby in her" he mumbled not looking up at his father, "your nana is one of the strongest elves i've ever seen!" He said sitting on the edge of his chair putting his boy to sit on the table before him, "she fought in a battle so big! So brave. She's an excellent warrior with a talent you never seen when shooting an arrow"
Legolas was now mesmerised but his father's words, no sign of crying or tearing up
"A perfect fighter"
"Did she cried there too?" He asked curiously
"In the battlefield? No but she did cry after"
He whispered fixing the little boy's hair
"Don't tell her i said this!" He placed his index finger on his nose only for Legolas to repeat it afterward "i won't!"
"Promise?"
"Promise."
He smiled in return when a knock on the door took both their attention, "my lord!"
"Y/n.." he said before standing up and running to the quarters where his wife was, he hesitated for a second before entering the room thinking about all the possible scenes he will face, not ready for any of them.
The doors flew open and the maid bow down smiling "so on time my king!" He let out the breath he was holding and walked towards the bed seeing you holding a wrap of cloth,
"Are you alright, meleth?" The whisper came out of his mouth weak but seeing your small smile was a relief, "i'm well, we both are"
Your head turned slightly to right pointing to the small creature in your arms, "it's a girl"
You cried looking back at him as he sat next to you looking at her more carefully, silver bright hair with two of the biggest blue irises ever seen, the perfect girl, your perfect girl.
"Her eyes are open!" He was surprised looking at you with a big smile
"She was so eager to be here my lord" a maiden said fixing the new gown around your shoulders
"Do you want to hold her?" You offered and he willingly accepted for his girl to be placed in his arms, "Legolas was right" you said placing your chin on his arm looking at the corner of the open door, seeing two eyes peaking inside.
You smiled leaning forward a little, "i wish Legolas was here, he knew how to treat my pains away" pressing your lips together you looked over one more time to see him still standing there, doubting.
Letting out a fake moan of pain and he was quick to run and approach you from other side of the bed, crawling to reach your frame, waisting no time he wrapped his arms around you and hugged you so tightly kissing your cheek,
"Uh my wonderful prince! You're here! Talking all my pain away" you said breathing in his sweet smell
Still holding you tightly his eyes wandered around, "is that the baby?"
"That's her," Thranduil said removing the cloth more to reveal her face.
Legolas reached his hand so carefully and touched the girl's forehead like how he did with your bump proving once more how much of an angle he is.
"What do we call her?"
You looked between them two asking,
"Melian,"
Your husband said staring at the girl in his arms, "since she is a precious gift, her name must be of the same value."
You smiled kissing his shoulder before resting your head on it.
It's a war and Thranduil gets injured, you on the other hand must act quick.

You took a sharp breath as the man next to you tried to clean your open wound,
It was still bleeding and cleaning the skin around it looked such a pointless action to be done over and over again but you promised to be seated on that chair and you did so.
The soldiers walked into the tent as one of them stepped forward and bowed down before talking, "my lady.."
"Where is he? Did you find him?"
You said rising to your feet immediately,
The soldier looked down without saying a word making you frown and walk another step forward, "did you find him? Answer me!" You shouted with shaky voice filled with fear and anger,
"No, my lady the king is nowhere to be seen"
Your anger turned into furiousness "then searched the unseen!" You burst out louder than before "lift every damned corpse human, elf or beast! I want him found!" You slammed your wounded hand hard on the wooden table before you making the men flinch in surprise "and do not come back unless you have done your duty! You heard me?"
Pointing your index finger swiftly to his face drops of your bloody hand landed on his face, "yes my queen."
You nodded "go now, faster" you command without a single emotion on your face.
He was there beside you before the dragon appear, you lost him there and moments later the land was divided in two and fire was everywhere burning the dead and alive, the scene was right before your eyes playing over and over again.
Wiping the tear from your cheek you felt the wetness of blood being spread on your face, "lady Y/n, you're bleeding,"
"I'm covered in blood i don't think a wound would do much different." You replied moving back to the chair you were sitting on previously.
You rested your head on your hand to close your eyes for a moment when a scream from outside of the tent caught your attention you quickly stood up to run out but the soldiers were faster to step inside while carrying a thing in their arms, placing the man on the table.
Your eyes found the capitan with the hope of answering your questioning eyes, his eyes met yours "we found him near the dragon fall" you gasped covering your mouth with your hand moving to the person he claimed to be your king,
You looked at his ringed fingers dirty with blood and mud reaching your fingers out to touch his, the warm of his hand calmed you down as you let out a shaky breath, "thran-"
You looked at the cloth covering his face, "the king is severely injured, we need to send for our healers at once"
You slowly removed the cloth to meet his burnt face and neck, your heart ached looking at him, your knees went weak feeling like they can't hold the weight of your body anymore.
You sobbed loudly squeezing his hand in yours as you kneeled down before him, "there is no time for that" you mumbled kissing his knuckles with your chopped lips, "but my lady"
You stood up with the help of table edge, still staring at his face wishing he would at least open his eyes, saving the picture of his damaged eye, gazing at him
"get half the soldiers remaining, those who can bear a trip," looking at your capitan with red teary eyes, "we shall travel to Rivendell, the faster the better"
"Should we send a messenger to inform lord Elrond first?" He hesitated at first
"That's a fine idea capitan" you gave him a faint smile as he bowed down giving you a certain look, you pointed to the exit allowing him to leave.
Your gaze found your lover again as his almost lifeless body was on the table with other elves treating his open scars, you could still smell the dragon breath on him, his hair and his armour, "give me a clean cloth"
You said looking at the elf standing next to you as she quickly handed you the wet piece and by that you started to clean the dried blood from his lips and remaining skin, "stay with me my love, you'll be fine"

With the help of a maiden you wore a cloak over your ripped clothes, "is she alive?" You panted holding the cloak in your hand,

Your solo ride to Rivendell was difficult due to all the injuries and burden you were carrying both on your body and mind, using only one hand to control your elk made your pace to be slower than what you actually wanted, hours have passed and you finally saw the gates of your town, removing the hood from your head allow the cool breeze to reach your hair,
Deep down you never liked the way your hair looked, the two colour opposite of each other, like they ran out of ink and under your hair remained colourless, brightly white. Whilst the top of it was brown, like how it was suppose to be, like your father, like your siblings.
Your father on the other hand adored it more than anything ever possible, calls it a blessing that you carry a bit more of your mother with you,
He made you value and take care of the gifts given to you.
The sound of waterfall made you open your tried eyes, "i need to see lord Elrond" you addressed the few guards that were standing before you.
The guards were still on the way of your elk, seems like it's been so long for them to remember you,
You thought, when a voice made them all step aside "brennil nín" the familiar voice made you smile as you tried your best to get off of the animal, "Kera.." you whispered the she-elf name watching her walk closer to the guards, "Kera, bui govad adar nín!"

She held your arm to help you walk the hallways, "Valar be good! we need to tend this wounds at once my lady" you immediately disagreed looking at her worried face "my father first, this matter is urgent Kera!"
"Mellnín"
"Ada.." the lamp in your throat grew larger when your father appeared from behind the doors of a chamber, you sobbed running to his open arms, "half his face is burnt ada, the wound looked awfully painful and... and i-" you gulped moving your hand to mimic the exact place of the scar and to talk all was in your polluted mind you talked faster and more breathlessly with tears running down your cheek,
"The messenger you sent arrived here, You did the right thing" the voice was calming and approved your worried eyes of the decision you made hours ago,
He held your face in his hands to wipe the tears gently with his thumb, "come, Vanimelda let us take care of everything." He said kissing your forehead while carrying you back into the chamber, holding your shoulder.
Your body yearned for anything that could silence the pain it was bearing around for too long now.
The high burning fever made it so difficult for you to keep an eye open and the tender touches your father would left on your face made it even harder, "rest a bit now, you're safe" the words faded away as your body gave in and let your eyes to be close finally.
It felt like it was just a bad dream, a bad night that could be escaped right after you open your eyes, "there my lady, can you open your eyes?"
You heard a voice from distance as your mind tried to make up pictures, your body was now pain free, bringing your hand to your neck and face you barely could sense the thing you touched but you could tell the fever was gone,
Your eyes suddenly flutter open with the realisation of where you are,
"Valar.... Thranduil!!"
You almost shouted jumping from the bed you were lying in, rubbing your eyes to fix your blurry sight you looked around the chamber, "my lady you need to rest more" walking to the door you fixed the shoulder of the gown you were wearing
"where's my father?" Shouting while walking away, the maids pointed to the closed door of your father's personal chamber, quickly making your way to the chamber you opened the heavy doors with all the strength left in you only to be greeted by half dozen of healer elves gathering upon a bed, "ada" you whispered stumbling inside to reach the bed you assumed Thranduil was on.
"Y/n he's fine, look at me!" He took your jaw in his hand forcing you to look at him, your eyes filled with tears again, "his injuries are not fatal my dear, he's a strong elf"
You sniffed tilting your head, "and you're even stronger, my strong girl. You make me so proud and worried at the same time like always." You smiled still looking at his kind eyes.
"I thought i lost him"
"You saved him, you saved a king and a realm and you brought me back my daughter" taking your cold hands in his, he softly opened your fist with his fingers "so many lives were saved because of you, the lady of Mirkwood" pressing your lips together you were ready to thank him for all he was done when a grunting sound came from his behind, you looked at your father once again when he allowed you to approach the bed,
kissing his hands you let go of them to make your way to your husband,
"Meleth nín" you mouthed sitting on the bed next to him immediately taking his wounded hand, your touch made him try to open his eyes but the light in the room still was too much for his sensitive eyes,
"Y/n...."
"Yes, yes i'm here, i'm right here!" Carefully you placed your hand above his face to make a shelter from the light, "open your eyes now slowly would you?"
Moving your face closer to him, he tried to open his eyes slowly because of the shadow you provided.
His eyes found you the moment they opened, you could see the injured eye, the damaged was made and it made you want to cry again.
"my love"
"Hello..."
"You're here" his expression soften taking the sight of you with his whole heart.
"Of curse i am!! Oh heavens i thought i lost you for a second" you cried out placing his hand on your heart, it felt like it was gonna come right out through your chest.
"Are you alright my love?" You nodded as he sat back with the help of two other elves, moving forward you tried to fix the cousions for his back to sit comfortably, the light dimming on your skin showed the bruises drawn all over it,
He brushed his hand on your back, "i'm so sorry"
You touched your shoulder when the weight of something on your body made you both look up,
Your father placed a cloak on your shoulders to cover your bare back before speaking
"Don't say that, you both fought with bravery"
Thranduil sat more straight still holding your hand
"Lord Elrond, i am so thankful for all you did,"
"Take all the time you need, and don't pay any mind to the scar we will get that fixed" he said smiling telling others to leave the room after him.
Moments after being alone you crawled completely onto the bed resting your head on his chest as he breath, tracing shapes on the shown skin from his unbotten top, the rising and falling movement of his chest and heartbeat made you smile bigger than ever possible,
"I heard all the sweet things you whispered, your voice was all in my ear"
You looked up without moving much from his embrace,
"It was torture not being able to answer you, to tell you that i'm fine"
"But you weren't fine"
He looked at you side ways smiling, "i am now, and so you are!" He kissed your forehead moving downward to your lips, giving them small kisses, "and we have someone waiting at home for us you know,"
He nodded kissing you once again
"We'll be there soon my love, i promise this"
Taking a deep breath you closed your eyes observing the warmth of his hands, finally resting all the worries and washing them away.

There were still three weeks remaining from the midwinter festival and the king has already planned everything and ordered the mantles mainly designed for this event.
He wanted everything to be perfect, stricktly in place and in one word, faboulous. And you as the queen tried your best to keep things in high standards as he wished for and by that here you were standing in front of the full length mirror on a stool that has added a few inches to your height for obvious reasons which you still haven't figured out, you weren't unfamiliar with this ceremonies nor the way anyone in charge of even the smallest task in this event must be and the best of themselves, even your poor handmaid has walked the stairs to your chambers several times just this morning.
It has been hours, you could swear by that, hours spent of you standing still for the tailors to measure you, head to toe, and not to mention the fact that if you move there is always a needle somewhere waiting patiently to poke your skin.
"These are the two colours the king has picked out my queen, both are in rhyme and sort of match with his own." Ingálvur said, Thranduil's personal tailor and a very respected elf among others. He was truly a blessing both him and his work.
He looked up holding two pieces of cloth one in indigo and one in deep maroon, both equally stunnishing on their own, you felt it difficult to decide the 'right' one, taking a deep breath you compared your fair skin with them to just have a vision on how each would look on you but that did not help, biting the skin on your lip Ingálvur caught your wandering eyes on the maroon piece making him smile in satisfaction, "maroon it is then" you smiled back nodding in agreement.
Right choice, you thought.
After couple of minutes your mind started to wonder how there's no sign of your child, he was too clingy to be away from you for this long, the suddon weight of guilt and gloom felt massive on your heart when the heavy doors of your chamber cracked open and a bawling silver hair ran inside visibly looking for you, hands brushing hard against his face as a poor attempt to wipe off his never ending tears, "nana.." your maiden quickly took your hand to help you down the stool when she saw the way you almost jumped to reach your crying son,
"Nana's here... come on, oh gods!" Your eyes soften when you saw his small face now wet with all the tears and the tip of his nose was red making him the most adorable thing you have laid eyes on, with all the crying and whimpering he barely could see which direction he was heading to, "what is it my little leaf?" you kneeled before him as you held both his tiny hands in yours preventing him from squishing and rubbing his swollen eyes more and he was quick to throw himself in your arms not caring how many strangers were in your room present right now.
He was holding a strand of your long hair in his hand like his life depend on it and if he let go he may get lost forever an old habit from as long as you can remember, catching his breath you brushed away the silver hair from his face and forehead for him to look at you more, "Ada.." you wiped off another tear with your thumb before standing up and rocking him in your arms, "you want ada?" He nodded yes, then no making you chuckle, "ada's scary nana, i- i want ada, my ada" you frowned a bit not understanding a single thing from this boy's mewling when one of the girls came into the room, looking absolutely relieved when he found the prince in your arms,
"Heavens," she let out a breath after bowing down to you, "my queen i am terribly sorry but the prince is incredibly fast!" You laughed making others in the room to let out a giggle, "what's the matter?" You said kissing your son's head as you kept caressing his back,
"The price walked into the king's chamber and i imagine he got scared of the kings new crown my queen."
The boy sniffed and look up at your face, "is that true? You're not really fond of ada's formalities are you?"
He shook his head as you walked slowly towards the doors, wanting to clear the air for both yourself and the little one in your arms, "nana no!"
"My son is not scared is he? The elven prince? Who's protecting nana then?" He nibbled at his fingers that were holding your hair.
"Let us go and find ada shall we?" At last he gave in, holding on to you so tightly you made your way to the hall wondering how gigantic of a crown or cloak it might be to scare him off like that, Thranduil probably didn't even notice the young boy running.
With a lazy knock on the door they opened it for you to walk in, the intense light made you shut your eyes for a few seconds after stepping in and let them adjust then to open it changing the arm you were holding you boy with you placed the free one on top of his head to avoid the sunlight reaching him, Thranduil on the other hand was surprised by your presents turned around to see you and finding Legolas curled up in your arms, he smiled softly somehow unable to take his eyes off of you, light shining on your hair and face make it ten times more heavenly making him fall once again, even more.
"See, it's ada, your very own." You mumbled to the little kid before kissing the palm he placed on your lips for more comfort, your husband looked at you confused before stepping forward, "he got scared of your crown, you had to see him then, face red and wet of tears!" You said smiling before pointing to his crown, mouthing and asking him to take it off, and so he did without a second thought.
"He's all fussy and grumpy now, gods may have mercy on us."
He stood next to you, taking his time to watch you talk as he brushed your hair away from your shoulder to leave a tiny kiss on your skin, Legolas on the other hand was still seeking for more attention holding the colar of your dress.
"My my, what was it little leaf? A monster?!"
He whispered the last part, walking to your back where Legolas's head was resting, or hiding.
Moving and making a little space between your hair with his finger, he finally found the scared boy, eyes still shut. "Or maybe a spider was it?" He ran his two fingers gently on your boy's back making him finally giggle from the tickling.
"Then where was your bow and arrow? Didn't my prince wants to save his ada?"
Pulling back from your hair he faced Thranduil and check him carefully, his blue orbits were moving so fast scanning his dad's face, not missing a spot. After making sure the man in front of his eyes is in fact his father he proceed to reach for his face and touched the man's nose with his index finger,
"Ada-" "yes! That's correct my green leaf! It's ada!"
He rested his free hand around your waist after carefully taking the boy out of your arms into his,
"Wanna show ada your new bow?" He nodded excitedly clapping his hands, "yes yes!" crawling out of his dad's arms to managed to run even faster towards the doors and stumble one or two times since his small feet reached the ground.
"Do you really believe the head piece is scary, my love?"
He looked at you while pulling you closer to himself, you formed a tiny space with your fingers and looked at him through the hole "maybe a tiny bit?" You laughed pressing your lips together before feeling his soft and warm ones on your temple, "i need another"
"Another what- Thranduil!!"
He smirked before cupping your face with his hand
"This one's yours but i want another to have equal share."
You laughed loud covering his eyes with your hand as you went on your tip toe to kiss his lips.

@alexachung: I'd like to share the news that for the past few months I have gradually been winding down operations at ALEXACHUNG, the fashion line I founded in 2017. It was beyond an honour to be able to create my dream wardrobe, and I would like to thank our wonderful customers for the love you sent our way - you have great taste. The experience of setting up and being at the helm of my own company has been rewarding and frequently joyful, but the last couple of years have been challenging for small independent businesses and ours is no exception. The decision to close was not taken lightly, not least because I am so grateful for the passion and creativity the team at ALEXACHUNG brought with them every day and the faith everyone involved had in this endeavour. I am so proud of the company we became. Needless to say my enthusiasm for fashion remains undimmed, and I've been celebrating all that we've achieved!

After minutes of silence from the other room, you walked back into the office wearing an apron,
he then immediately l searched for your injured hand,
“you look awesome!” you laughed holding both your hands away from your body as you walked towards him careful enough to not ruin his clothes with your dirty hands,
“Appreciate that! Is- is your hand okay?” you nodded showing the bandage to him,
“it was just a cut, um.. I gotta fix something.”
“I know”
he mouthed still looking at your appearance, “I over heard the conversation, I was a room away”
he was a bit nervous thinking he did something wrong now,
“it’s alright I just wanted to say your work might be delayed,”
you scratched your head walking to your desk picking up your glasses,
“although it wouldn’t be done in a day, if you’re late you can just stay here” putting your glasses on you looked over them at him,
“oh I think it’s better if I leave, I will be back….. tomorrow?! Is it alright?” you raised your eyebrows smiling,
“if you stay we can start working in the midnight, don’t act like you’re forbidden to be here! This is your home.”
Viktor never actually thought about it this way, why did he constantly felt like he must stay hidden, careful and in the shadows? He wasn’t a topsider, he was a Zaunite.
“Man up Viktor! Go get some food while I’m fixing her arm so we can start working!”
you almost shouted as you ran out with your hands full of stuff he thought you need to fix the woman’s arm.
Oddly, his mind was quite and safe around you and this place, playing with his cane he finally managed to walk out of the room,
it was dark outside and the dim light of your store made the place look much smaller, neon lights sneaking inside from the huge windows, shifting colors from purple to blue and the buzz sound of them could clearly be heard,
your voice in the background along side with clinking of the metals, some glasses and the other woman talking was fading more and more by the time he took the door knob in his slim hand, turning it gently to open the door,
the heavy air and thick smoke hit his nostrils, a little hard to breath but nothing too much for him, not yet.
“Put your hand down!”
you warned fixing your glasses on your nose, she was sitting on a chair with her arm laid on the table before you, a lamp was on,
above you both to give you a more clear view of what you were doing, with a tweezer in one and a plier in other hand you looked up at her with the glasses that magnified your eyes almost double times,
she laughed at the sight of you as she tried her best to remain serious,
“I’m sorry, I won’t move it I promise!” you frowned moving your hair out of your face before leaning in again,
too many shattered pieces and many more torn wires tangling together in such a small space took you hours to fix, and some parts needed to be redone, wonderful!
“Silco was asking about you, like twice this week” you chuckled continuing to do your work,
“what have you done to this man? He’s fussier than Jinx now.” You looked up removing the glasses and putting them back on the top of your head,
“what have I done?”
"I think our boss is enchanted by a little lady from Lanes.”
You had to admit, to this point now you did really admire Silco and his work, there were things that still didn’t sit right in your mind, like every other person you didn’t approve his behaviors in many ways but still,
he had your respect, and the control of your whole body.
Your heart beating faster and your breath would hitch in your throat whenever he walked passed you, the strong smell of his cologne never failed to excite you,
you chuckled to the words grabbing a napkin while you tried to clean your hands,
“maybe it’s just because he worries his orders might not be ready?” you licked your lips giving her another look before cleaning your hands with the apron you were wearing,
“yea call it what you want I’m not dumb, I did hear you that night” her words made you drop the tweezer you were holding, she laughed in respond and held your arm to help you stay still,
“I’m sorry…?” your face was now tinted with a pink blush all over your cheeks and nose, how cute.
“Quiet down a bit next time, eh? You don’t want the whole club to be aware of your little visits right?”
you quickly nodded standing up from your chair when the door cracked open and a figure, rather unknown for your eyes walked in catching the bigger woman’s attention too,
her first reaction was to step and stand in front of your body, “Viktor! It’s alright Sevika I know him,” you patted her arm and walked pass her,
“seems like I interrupted in the middle of something!” his tone was bitter and the looks did nothing to help the feeling,
“yea but you did anyway” Sevika shrugged raising and eyebrow at him before kissing the top of your exposed shoulder goodbye, leaving you in shock. “what was that?” you whispered low enough for Viktor to not hear you,
“don’t tell Silco” she smirked walking to the door,
“see you soon sugar.” You waved her goodbye as the door closed behind her leaving you in the room with the man who has his eyes widen by now.
He was just standing there with bags in his hands and a faded smile slowly coming back on his thin lips,
“I didn’t think I could find it but, the same place we used to go!” he said handing you one of the bags,
“same order, if your taste hasn’t changed though,” the mumbled staring at your eyes one more time,
“no way! You found your way here too!” smiling as you place the boxes on your other table that was much cleaner than the other,
“I had some moments of doubt too,” he shook his head sitting on the chair your brought him moments before,
“at least you made it alive here!”
He didn’t saw himself in a place to ask you anything about these years but was somehow disappointed that you didn’t bring anything up either, it was like an unwritten deal, no one’s going to talk about what has been.
You were still the most precious thing he had left without even realizing, not until he walked back here.
Licking your fingertips clean he tried to figure out how you even manage to hold these tools in your hands and even get them to work for you,
“alright, shall we?” he looked at your face hesitating for a moment before finally standing up, standing up to giving you a full access to his brace like piece on his body, never to admit but his most vulnerable moments were the ones he had to ask for help, show his weakness.
From the mirror across the room the whole moment was being recorded in his mind, the power you held against his presents felt the most unreal in that moment,
you were gentle yet so strong and skilled with every move you made working on his leg piece,
you sat down on the ground one leg under yourself and the other flexed before him to make your position more stable as your arms worked with one of the heaviest tools he’d ever seen and helping with the things now and then until the might met the day,
The sun was trying it hardest to shine beneath the thick clouds of Zaun, even the view from your window looked cold, sending chills to your stiffed body.
The two of you fell asleep mid working while both were insisting on not needing any for hours, you were curled up on the couch, head resting on Viktor’s thigh as he put his head on one of the small cushions, supporting his neck from falling.
The coldness of your bare feet and toes woke you up from the rather uncomfortable spot you shared with him, you instantly felt so bad for sleeping on his leg for even a short time,
but last night made some impressive progress and knowledge since the design of his leg piece was far much different from what you did down here,
the conversation never was made but you added the tiny Shimmer pipes, or their space in his prosthetic leg,
not thinking much of asking for a permission, or knowing if he even wants something like this running in his veins or not.
You slowly stood up rubbing the sleep away from your eyes to see how much cleaning you got to do before a crowd of people run into this place,
viktor’s head was still leaning against the couch when the weak sunlight finally broke through his eyelids and woke him up,
his hands went straight to his lap to search for you when his eyes found your figure right in front of him with a small cup in your injured hand, taking a sip of the coffee inside.
He took a moment to appreciate the view of you totally not aware of him woken up,
but he needed to get up and the thought made him flex his body a little was he stood up,
the pain free leg and the way he stood up so easily caught him by surprise so he moved his leg one more time to make sure he didn’t mistake the blessing he just woken up to,
“morning” he heard you greeting him but the excitement of hìs new ability was far more powerful,
“it’s not done yet you know”
“it’s pain free, my leg doesn’t hurt at all!”
he breathlessly said walking to you as he took both your shoulders in his hands, pulling you in for a hug, you relaxed into his arms and tightened your grip around his neck,
“your cane!” you said laughing into the hug, holding still.
You words just made him realize the leg is not only pain free but the strength and power made him forget about his need of a cane.
“I just walked here without it, you never failed to amaze me, and I’m so thankful for it, for you Y/n” he said taking your hands in his tightly, bringing them up to his face,
“Take it as a payback for saving my life once before” you said smiling.
“I owe you a lot”
he said before kissing both palms of your hands, holding them close for a bit longer,
“you owe me nothing Viktor, it’s not a favor! It’s my job” kissing your hand one more time he went back to get his cane again but this time only for sake of not forgetting it here,
he felt light weighted as he started walking, “I need to go, I didn’t tell anyone I’ll be gone for this long so”
“Make sure to come back soon, we still got a lot to do” you laughed handing him the papers the two of you have been writing since last night,
about the smallest details to the necessary and key part of your work, he studied you so carefully.
“I will” he mouthed before folding the papers and shoving them in his pocket, leaving the place this time he got the chance to say goodbye and a promise to come back,
he felt much better walking away this time not just because of his leg but the fact that he knew he could come back anytime he wanted to.
The walk to Piltover was shorter than he thought thinking about all the things he over heard, you being involved with weapons and Shimmer, Silco.
A name that was said a lot and surly contained a bad feeling for him, he could feel you were in trouble but is not daring to step forward thinking any wrong move can make things take turn,

“fix your leg?” you pouted, wandering your eyes on his body one more time before standing up, you checked the small window on the door before turning back to face his now concern eyes, “how did you know I fix things like that? Do any of your piltie friends know it too?” he shook his head no before pulling up the hem of one leg, showing you more of what’s under there, “I know you won’t ignore this request,”
Taking another deep breath you clenched your jaw watching him struggle to stand up, even with his cane.
He was ready to leave but a grip on his arm stopped him from taking further steps, “I will fix it, under one circumstance” you said letting go of his arm, he could feel the pain growing in your voice and he could see the fear starting to built up on your eyes when you looked at him one more time before licking your bottom lip to talk, “when it’s over, you need to leave and no one, I mean it Viktor, no one should know about this!” you warned as he stood straight, holding his cane with the other hand, “as much as I want to ask you why’s this hiding game for, I respect it, and I appreciate you for that!” he spoke reaching his hand to your face, and gently caressing the soft skin of your cheek, the overwhelming feeling of his touch made you remember all the things you went through, to get here.
He pulled you a bit closer by the back of your neck still holding a gaze with your now watering eyes, kiss her, do it! That’s all what’s on his mind now, having you this close once again made his heart skip another beat, moving his fingers on your neck to your throat he could feel the throbbing rhythm under his touch, you still liked the way he touched you, same affect.
Lips nearly touching each other, you opened your eyes to face him inches away from you, that made you pull away quickly as someone in the other room called your name, you looked at him wiping your eyes clean from the tear that just rolled down your cheek dripping on the back of his hand, he froze in place, “Y/n..” “Things changed Viktor, I changed, if it was not 10, maybe just 5 or 6 years ago I would stand here, face to face with the boy I learnt everything I know from” you cried out taking another deep breath, “I would beg you to stay, to not leave me alone here in a city that swallows the weak, and I was weak when you left.” Tears coming down your eyes as you stared into his golden ones, there was nothing in there, not anymore.
“You wanted me to stay?” “I needed you to stay, but that’s alright” your murmured kissing the hand that was holding yours, “I’m happy you’re safe, and we’ll get this leg fixed soon!” your tune changed again, it was the same warm, joyful voice that he always heard, “you still amaze me!”
“Oh there’s yet so much to see!”
They called, one more time,
“I’m gonna bring you something to wear, you look so neat for here.” He chuckled looking at himself in the mirror then you one more time before you walked back to open the door, exiting the office leaving its door open, “Jasper would you bring a pair of decent clothes for the gentleman in my office?” you almost sat down to be in the same height and whispered to the little boy in front of you and giving Viktor another smile, Everything was better from far away now where he was standing, watching you.
“yes ma’am, oh boss was asking for you too,” you turned to him quickly and nervously, so obvious for Viktor to notice your sweet smile now coming back on your lips, “why didn’t you tell me sooner?”
“You were busy!” he mocked you, raising his eyebrows pointing at Viktor.
“Alright, alright, is Sevika here?” he nodded running to the tools he knew you needed for her, “I got it Jas, go do what I told you!” you patted his shoulder sending him on his way, knowing Viktor was still watching your every move from the slight open door, you nervously smiled when the tall woman walked in, beaten up almost to death. Blood splashes were everywhere from her face down her neck and arms,
“Heavens Sevika..” “it’s not mine” she spoke referring to the blood covered face and chest lighting a cigar that was hanging from her chopped lips, “I thought you’re here to pick up the new orders!”
you ran around opening drawers to finally finding a clean cloth for her, stumbling to the bathroom you turned on the water to wash the cloth when Jasper walked in from the back door with the clothes you asked for, you heard a loud groan from Sevika that thankfully got both Jasper and Viktor’s attention too,
“stay here” you mouthed voiceless to Viktor before making your way back to the woman sitting, almost leaning on your sofa, Jasper was a smart kid so he simply just handed the clothes to Viktor then made a noise for Sevika to know he’s here.
“Oh, you look like shit!”
“Jasper!” you turned around with a frown on your face, the boy would be the death of you one day, but that day couldn’t be today.
Sevika raised both her eyebrows looking at the dark haired boy, “Piss of kid, I’m in no mood.” He then rolled his eyes and walked straight out of the place,
with you sitting on the sofa beside her you kinda blocked the way to your office and starting to clean the blood off of the skin of her neck and chest, she flinched when the cold piece met her sensitive skin, “the Shimmer container is broken.” She said closing her eyes as she rests her head on the back of the sofa giving you more access to the scratched skin, you moved your hand further cleaning the dried blood and still open wounds, “It’s alright I’ll fix it” you simply brushed off the situation by giving her another look of certainty, that was your job you made it so you will fix it too,
“Silco said you’re already finished with the weapon?” you looked up beneath your lashes, and answering with a simple ‘mhm’ your lips shut and clearly distracted by something else, "this soon?"
“I have other things to do too, so the quicker this get done, the quicker I can do the rest of them.” You stood up from your seat looking at her arm one more time as you tossed the bloody cloth away, “and you fucked the arm one more time! Sevika I swear if you keep doing this I’m not going to touch another piece of this!” placing your hand on your hip you gave her another annoyed look, “doing what? You didn’t expect the arm to stay clean with me, did you?”
“I taught you how to fix it!” still annoyed, you moved your hand to your hair and tied it in, something between a bun and ponytail, just to get them out of your face but still let it rest loosely, she was trying to move something inside of the arm,
“the minor problems? Yes!” she said standing up and stepping forward, Sevika was taller and the fact always gave her an unfair satisfaction to know once she's infront of you, she's going to have all your attention, well mostly.
taking another step she was now few inches away from you when the blade came out of her arm with a speed that made you gasp, you were scared by your own creation and you knew too well that blade can cut your throat open with ease, “but this? Look it up bunny,” the pet name again, this woman will never stop being a tease, she pointed at her forearm that now was losing a piece, completely vulnerable to any simple damage, “this isn’t minor, they fucking torn my arm apart,”
The damage, the way it was somehow ripped was like nothing you’ve ever seen, the thing was strong and with the looks of it something burnt the edges of her arm too causing the Shimmer to actually blow up, “This wasn’t a fight, whoever did this is using something…. I've never seen before” you breathed out taking her metal arm in your hand running your fingers over the cuts, “careful!”
“I am” she watched as you worked again, it was either another blade or a gun this thing was now able to destroy one of your best and finest works, grabbing a random part you pulled it real hard that caused the older woman to actually lose balance and trample forward, you took a handful of broken pieces out and throw them on the ground with a clink sound that continued a bit longer than expected, reaching your fingers further inside you closed one eye and stared into nothing when a burning feeling made you take out your hand fast, whining at the sudden pain you held your wrist and unconsciously keeping your bloody hand between your thighs Sevika moved her arm away from you and carefully held your hand with hers, her organic one.
She was holding it up in the light so she could see what you have done again, "let me see," the tip of all your fingers were cut, now bleeding a bit, "it's alright, it's just a cut" you mumbled shaking you hand and putting the finger tips between your lips looking at her arm again and taking it with your other hand, “gods Sevika this blade was your idea! It fucking chopped all the wires off!” she smirked taking your chin between her two fingers, “you’ll find a way sweets,” voice filled with sarcasm.
Viktor was listening to the conversation, at first just because he was close and sitting in your office but then it got interesting, so that’s what you do, not just prosthetic limbs but you would turned them into weapons, now this looks more like you,
At first, this felt against his manners, he had heard about Shimmer here and there before, but this was the closest he has ever been to the real thing, all the topsiders were fighting over it calling the liquid dangerous and threating, down here people were living with the drug, good or bad, the meaning of it was far too different.
Taking another look at his leg he compared it to the people he just saw few hours prior, if he ever doubted walking in here, he was now so certain he wanted to do it, he wanted you to fix it for him!
Reader and Viktor both were with Singed, and when he decided to leave undercity, things took a turn for both of them.

“I know someone who can help” Viktor said leaning on his cane and taking another step, “then what are you waiting for?” Jayce sounded a bit less concern by Viktor’s suggestion as if a glimmer of hope was all he’s searching for, for Viktor though, coming going back to Zaun was harder than he imagined, he left the place long ago to follow a dream that ended up, here!
“I’m still thinking about it, there’s a low chance she’s still there.” His eyes flickered as he looked away from Jayce and tried his best to avoid any further conversation, to avoid further talking about where he’s headed to, back to Zaun.
He thought about what he wanted to say when he meet you, how would you react to him after all these years, going from friends or more, to strangers or less, does his name even ring a bell? Do you even want to see him? And before his thoughts were able to answer his clouded mind, he had arrived. To the same place he once said goodbye, he shifted from leg to leg and adjusted his cane under his arm, he sighed hopelessly looking for any something to make him question his decision and force him to go back, but nothing. His heart yearned, ached to see your face, like how you always, so brightly, would walk around the place and talk him through everything you did, anything you wanted to do.
He took a deep breath as he reached for the door knob, when a sound, a familiar cracking sound of the floor got his attention, are you there?
Turning of the metal handle made the cracking sound stop, anyone who was inside there is now aware of his presence too, oh for it to be you.
He opened the door sneaking inside the place to make minimum sound possible when he faced the sight he was afraid, Singed!
His forehead wrinkled, frowning at the man before him as he tightened the grip on his cane when he stood up from his chair turning to Viktor, seeing the boy again he had a hard time storming his mind to remember, “Viktor?” he stepped closer to the thin boy, “is she here?”, Singed smiled stepping out of dark to reveal his burnt face and eye.
“No she left, not long after you did.”
“Where?”
He waited a couple of seconds before looking at Viktor again, “Out there, is a new world boy! So different I’m afraid you’ll be lost.”
“I asked a short question, I rather prefer a short answer to it.” His thick accent remained the same, were you that different now? Viktor shook his head disappointed from not getting what he looked for,
“She… she’s in Lanes, somewhere up there doing good as I heard…” he said writing something on a piece of paper before ripping it from his notebook, holding it between his index and middle finger to Viktor’s face, staring at him as he sort of bend over to his height. “You would have been a wasted potential if you stayed here, that’s what you said right? Are you anything better now?”
“Perhaps,” he said grabbing the paper from his fingers as he tried to read it, “too impatient”
Viktor looked up again, “I’m afraid time is limited for me” he simply just said before walking to the door.
“be careful where you step in boy.”
Viktor hoped coming to you would bring him peace more than answers, possibilities which would make everything go worse, well at least for him. You and him used to work together, trying theories that would lead into an explosion half the times,
“Your hands were greasy” you whined cleaning your face in the small mirror that you were holding. “what does it got to do anything with me?” “you didn’t close the lid tight enough!” he laughed at the statement you made and marked his research as a yet another fail in his note.
Young but failure never was a word defined in neither of yours dictionary, you had an extreme energy and power that always fitted his calmness.
he would take his time to lead you into a way, help you stabilising your experiments, you were an engineer not an inverter, "but that doesn't mean you can't make your own stuff!"
"I rather fix what's broken," your voiced echoed in his head vividly, he needed you fix something for him.
“Watch your steps!” a man yelled beside him only to bring him back to reality, he’s here finally, after the walk that he thought might've been the longest he has ever done, the path felt forever to get to the end and there were some times he wondered if he had lost the way or not, lost in his own home! Now he understood how long has it been, Looking around at the store signs to find the name he came all the way for, written on a piece of paper now and there it was, a bright neon sign, not so big though just enough to help people around here, on his way down here he saw enforcers walking down the streets, clubs were filled and the never ending loud music could be heard all the way from across the alley, it was chaotic around here but luckily he still knew how to get his way around here,
Reaching for the entrance he walked inside somewhere like a workshop, hundreds of things were hanging from the walls and ceiling, wooden with a really nice design but yet so simple and bigger than he thought, maybe this is not even your work place after all, where is this place even? Every second he spent there way more crowd would walk in , people were coming and going but there was still no sign of you, nowhere.
“Can I help you sir?” a girl approached him as he turned around to meet the short figured lady with long wavy hair, she held her arms behind her back as she swayed on her feet waiting for him, but the first thing that caught his eyes was a prosthetic chest piece, the metallic item immediately had his attention, it was yours, you made it and the trace of your work could be found on each part of that piece, he thought it would be rude to stare more than this and it'll probably bring him more trouble, “Yes! I think you can, I’m looking for someone” she smiled nodding her head, “Y/n?” Viktor’s eyes shined when he heard your name, he found you, he finally did. “yes! Yes I’m looking for her.”
“I think she’ll be here in an hour or two, she was called for something. you can stay here if you want.”
“I appreciate that so much!” and another smile was what she offered Viktor before getting back to her work.
Zaun was nothing like when he left and he was well aware of that now, but fear of you not being the same you were was starting to get him, bit by bit.
It's been more than 10 years since you last saw him, for the few first years there were news of how he's actually doing in Piltover but little by little there was nothing, no news no letter, none.
An hour and so was passed and the store got a bit less crowded, when a clicking sound of the door along side with your voice broke the silence, it then plants a smile on his face as he took a moment to observe your presence without interrupting anything, you sounded the same, same passion and warmth when greeting and talking, but a bit more mature, he loved it already. It was all till the girl let you know someone had came for you, it wasn’t anything odd since you worked in a place where you had to deal with people and their problems everyday, not until they’re from the topside! They usually got nothing to do with Zaun and this place but for taking, like a hurricane that comes and ruin everything afterward, keeping your mind and tongue focused since you didn't wanted to say anything to put things on display, or put anything in danger, you were already under their gaze so you didn't want to make it worse. fixing your hair, you walked in to your office when you saw the figure sitting there, “sorry if I made you wait- Viktor?!” you almost shouted and lost for words, “hello there” he stood up from his chair with the help of his cane to look right at where you were standing. This was the moment he frightened, that the smile on your face drops or your tune get colder, asking for answers! being mad at him for leaving! but instead you ran to hug him, wrapping your lean arms around his shoulders, he relaxed his tense body as much as possible with your touch like he just gave in to everything, anything, just ask him to, he will set the world on fire for you.
But what if he shouldn’t? “Are you aright? I- I thought you were dead or something!” you laughed looking at each and every corner of his face when he placed a hand on your back, “I’m alright, I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to disappear.”
“But you did”
“I did and I’ve never been more sorry in my whole life,” he mouthed taking your warm hand in his, caressing the skin with his thin fingers. “why now?” your question made him look up from your hand, “I’m afraid I’m running out of time to wait longer, I need your help, I really do.”
You nod walking away to close your door and when you asked him to sit the sound of his bone plates made you turn to him quickly, “any better?” you asked pointing out his leg as you sit across him, he shook his head no, still staring at your face, “so what can I do for you?” you asked straddling on your seat.
I was away for three days and now my two latest posts reached 124 & 122 likes!!! I've never reached this many and i never thought you guys actually would like my writings!!!
Oh i'm so grateful and i'm here so say i'm working on another piece that will be a few parts long and the first one will be out tonight, it's Viktor x reader and Silco x reader cuz why not🤭
